• Alexander (10/5): Familienfreundlich in bester Lage! - Hausmeister und Rezeption hervorragend. Lage geht kaum besser (eine Straße hinter der Hauptpromenade), Pool sauber. Nichts auszusetzen.

• Nelly (7/5): - Апартаментът се намира много близо до плажа и главната улица с магазини и заведения. Няма никакво уединение, ако искаш да седнеш на масата пред апартамента и от двете страни комшиите са на 1 метър разстояние. Апартаментът миришеше много неприятно - на влага и за 5 нощувки само веднъж беше почистен. На басейна няма шезлонги. Много е прашно. Паркоместата отпред не са достатъчни.
• Krasimir (3/5): - В денят на настаняването около 12 часа на обяд получих съобщение чрез вайпър, че трябва да взема ключа за апартамента от място което е на около 15 мин пеша от мястото на настаняване. В момента в който получих това съобщение вече бях на плажа и пиех 2ра бира а колата я бях паркирал пред мястото за настаняване. Около 17 часа отидох до апартамента с нагласата че все пак ще направят компромис и ще изпратят някой който с кола ще дойде за 1-2 мин и ще ми отключи да се настаня а от там ми казаха че трябва да дойда до тях и че няма как да изпратят човек който да ме посрещне на мястото в което трябваше да ни настанят. Малко ядосан и на няколко бири нямаше как да отида с колата се наложи да се поразходя  до рецепцията от която ми дадоха ключ на който пише 6.1 и най-нагло ме попитаха дали ще намеря стаята за настаняване, а аз им отвърнах дали имам друг избор и те естествено замълчаха. След около 30-40 мин се  върнах обратно в комплекса и го обиколих 3 пъти и на нито една врата не пишеше 6.1. Обадих се в агенцията и им казах че не мога да намеря стая 6.1 и че има 5.9, 6, 7. Те ми отвърнаха че ще изпратят човек. След доста обикаляне пеша от плажа до апартамента и рецепция и пак апартамена чаках вече 30 мин и още никой не идваше. Започнаха да ми затварят телефона и чак след около 40-50 мин с много разправии дойде човек на мястото и ме заведе до стая на която пише само номер едно.В последствие разбрахме от съседите че някъде в Интернет е описан комплекса като Перла 6 и може би затова пише 6.1 на ключа.Странното беше че никъде в букинг не пише че комплекса се казва Перла 6 а само перла и още по лошото е че имаше врати на които пише 5.1, 5.2 ,5.3 и т.н естествено без 6.1 което ни обърка още повече Иначе апартамента беше хубав и на удобно място. Единственият проблем беше че интернета прекъсваше много чесно а вътре нямаше хубав сигнал за да използваш мобилните си данни.

• Ioakeim (8/5): Very good - The premises and the staff were great.the location is very convenient! There is a charge for the baby crib 10€/day. And 25 for a dog. We have been to so many hotels and apartments, first time someone is charging us for the baby bed.

• Maria (4/5): Fix drainage in bathroom. - Bedrooms Very small. Very tight space for 5 people. Bathroom smelt like mould which travelled through the apartment. Terrible smell.

• Ayşe (9/5): Superb - The apartment was new and very clean. The pool was small but enjoyable for the kids. The apartment was very close to restaurants, markets and the beach. We had a very enjoyable family holiday. Because of the shower is open, a lot of water splashes on the floor. Wi-fi is poor especially when it rains.
• Razvan (8/5): Very good - The apartment is new, meets the description, decently clean. Front yard is clean and well maintained. The pool is a nice addition if you have kids. Beds were not very comfortable, WIFI was very poor we had to switch to the phone especially during peak hours (raining or late at night). There is no parking reserved so finding a spot is a matter of luck The walls of the apartment are thin and do not insulate well from the neighbours' noise.

• Dasa (10/5): Exceptional - The location was close to the beach. There are a lot of restaurants, some shops... The apartment was nicely decorated, it had all the cooking utensils. The staff was attentive and friendly. A small swimming pool is in use. The pool is quite small and shallow for everyone to use. . But we came for the sake of the sea.

Super close to beach and restaurants. A recommendable place for people with or with no children. Own private pool perfect for afternoon relax.

The apartment was perfect great size, outside seating, everything was spotlessly clean, great location near the beach and restaurants, the pool was perfect for the kids.Overall a great place to stay. We will definitely be booking again for next year

• Georgi (8/5): good location and very polite hosts - Great location not to close to the crowdy main street and in the mean time easy access to the beaches and all other entertainments in the village. The host were very polite. all was fine except part of the neighbours in the complex, part of them was to noisy
• Mihaita (7/5): Good location for a short holiday - The appartents are new and clean inside, close to the beach and taverns/restaurants. As restaurants we reccomend: Elea Restaurant and Aíthrion but are a lot of taverns where you can eat. The kitchen is small but have all necessary for a short holiday. The pool was clean and the water had a good temperature. The terrace is small but is a plus. We were welcomed with a bottle of white wine in the fridge, a lot of informations about the Kavala area. The check-in is at 15:00. We arrived sooner and we asked them gently if they can help us to check-in earlyer because we have a kid which didn't sleep all the night in the car and is really tired. No way, they did the maximum effort to open the room at 14:30. We encountered this problem in another location and they were more responsive. (this request was send before departure but they didn't replied me ). Anyway, we should respect the check-in hour. The appartemnt is new and it looks as if they rushed to put it into operation. There are traces of grout/plaster and lime on the tiles, doors. There are a lot of mosquitoes. It looks like they did not use any repeller for this purpose. In the building and close to the building everithing is under construction. During the quiet hours is ok. (we undertood that without noise can't be inprovements in the area). The linen and towels were changed only once in 7 nights and then they woke the child up by ringing the doorbell. :( A lot of issues with the internet connection. In the building and in the restaurants. Prepare to have cash always with you because they are using Wi-Fi connections instead of gsm for the POS. In our last day there was an issue with the watter in the building and we can't wash before the long drive to our home. :(

• Lora (9/5): Superb - Great location - very close to the beach. It was clean, they change the sheats every 3 days. The kitchen had everything you could possibly think of. There are 2 rooms - one bedroom and a kitchen/living room where you could also sleep. There is free parking on site There was a storm the first night and the internet was down - they didn't fix it but I only asked once and didn't bother to call again. The bed and sofa were a bit uncomfortable to sleep on but nothing too bad.
• Ivan (9/5): We was pleasure to rest in this hotel. - Hotel is pretty good with qute number and clear pool in the yard. Sea clear and warm, beaches clear as well and comfortable. In the area you can find couple grocery stores, pharmacies and many cafes for all tastes. Cleaning every 3-4 days, not bad, but not perfect. For instance we didn't have a shower gel in the shower room from the check-in day and it wasn't appear after cleaning.
