- Papazafeiropoulos (8/5): Cozy, clean little apartment, great for summer vacation next to the nicest beaches of Messinia. - Small apartment very close to the Kalogria and Stoupa beaches. Super clean, renovated and with all the kitchen appliances we needed (new and clean). The host was available any time and was very polite and kind. The apartment is very close to large super markets and a walking distance to everywhere else. We had an amazing mountain view apartment which we enjoyed every morning before the sun rise. The apartments that are facing the main road are noisy which prevents you keeping the doors open while sleeping (air con to the rescue 😉). Another thing (is not the hotel’s fault, rather the municipality) is the fact that reaching the main beaches requires you to walk on the main (usually busy) road since it lacks pedestrian side walks (just for a 100 meters) and might be dangerous especially if little kids are with. Moreover the problems with the water supply in the area (especially this year that it was all dry as the ppl said) was affecting the hotel where the water pressure was low (but bearable).
- Stamatis (8/5): Overall good choice with a few amends it would be perfect. Very pleasant and always available host. - People there are very friendly and great. Room was very clean and tidy. There were 3 bottles of water waiting for us. All equipment working with no issue. Mr Nikos brought us a gift prior to our departure. I thought all rooms would be having sea view, ours was looking towards the street. To be fair we didn't confirm a sea view when booking the room I would propose it is noted. The rooms looking at the road are slightly noisy from the cars passing in the street especially at night when it is quiet. The bed could have a better mattress but for this price it is ok. The second bed for the kid which is a sofa bed is definitely not to be used as it is very hard to sleep on and is for children under the age of 12 so you are sure your feet are not out of the bed. We would like to have a TV in the room.
