• Fazeena (10/5): Amazing with beautiful city view at night. - The location was very convenient, right by the station which is what we needed. Finding the correct entrance to go through as I was confused and the maps kept taking us round to the other side.

Everything was clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. The location was very convenient, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and transport links. The only small issue was that it was a bit difficult to find the key collection point for the apartment. It would be helpful if clearer instructions or directions could be provided to make the check in process easier.

• Tracey (8/5): Lovely appartment in great location - Location was perfect for us. Less than a 5 minute walk to the ice rink. Appartment was lovely and spacious and had a nice view. Check in was a bit tricky. And we couldn't use the shower untill the last evening as the door was broken when we got here.

Everything you could want inside facilities and right on top of train station so good if youre coming in via train. Value for money couldnt fault apartment. Bit of a pain having to travel from car park to other side of shopping area to collect keys from key safe and then go back to apartment entrance again with lots of bags.

No hot water early in morning. Difficult communication to get booking in process, only sent details 15mins before check in.

• Harsha (7/5): Apartment at an excellent location. Very well done up. But needs to be maintained well. Will stay here again. - The apartment is just above the Milton Keynes Train Station. Extremely convenient from a location point of view. Very good transport links. Lots of coffee shops, eating joints at the station. Event newsagents, Premier shop, etc. The property is very nicely furnished and well maintained. Very comfortable for short stays. The instructions to locate the key weren’t clear. The location was difficult to find in the dark. The property overall was clean. But the toilet hadn’t been flushed after last use. So question the cleaning efficiency. The wash basin in the toilet is not working. After use the water takes a long time to drain. It needs to be fixed. The door handle of the door to the living room, came off. Needs to be repaired. Though I had paid for late checkout, the cleaner came in at 12 and was asking me to move out. But the owner was easy to contact and sorted things quickly.

When booked we stated 3 Adults and a Child but bedding wasn't available for the second bed however the host was quick to sort so thank you. Couldn't use the shower as the door was physically detached
• Emily (5/5): Great location, flat was ok - Helpful video for arriving. Very close to paid for parking and ideal location for getting the train. Lots of facilities in the flat Change instructions to find entrance from collecting keys to "walk diagonally to the left from DPD the entrance is shortly before Subway" as I wandered around for a while looking on the left, it was late at night so was a bit worried. Table had some residual food stains on it, shower door was broken off and against wall in bathroom and bathroom was a bit grubby (i.e. long term stains in toilet, mirror aged). Blinds aren't great and quite noisy

• Richard (4/5): Poorly maintained and managed accommodation - Location and size of accommodation The glass shower door was off its hinges and leaning against the wall, there was confusion over the keys as the wrong keys were in the wrong lock box and the WiFi did not work.

Great location and even though its right next to the railway station you really can't hear anything at all. Will stay again. I didn't get the instructions for entry until I tried to check in, but they called me immediately and talked me through it.

• Gary (7/5): - Apartment has lots of potential. Good size, kitchen and sitting room nice. Attention to detail lacking. Kitchen tools missing, bathroom soaps etc all empty. No hand towels. No live TV due to no licence. Very sneaky by not advertising this. Location was a little rough outside.
• Gaudenz (7/5): - The process to get the apartment key is incredibly complicated. First you have to pick up the key in a DHL locker shop. To do so you get two codes by whatsapp, one to enter the DHL shop and the other to open a key box. The latter however did not work properly, so I had to phone and to wait for assistance. The key includes a batch so that you can enter the office building, that is 100 yd away, and search for your apartment. It must be added that neither the DHL shop nor the office building show the least sign or hint of the existence of the apartments. The office building even got a reception, however they have no idea of the apartments, either. It is an access process for IT freaks, but indeed it is hard to understand and time consuming. The apartment itself was nice.

Unfortunately the bed was broken, as in, couldn’t sleep on it at all lol, and while staff did try to help, wasn’t really anything that could be done to fix such an issue. Brought down the vibe, but still a beautiful place overall. Once bed is fixed, will definitely be back.

Also when I came in the owner had the mattress changed which was an issue for other people but not to worry anymore it is a fresh brand new mattress which was very comfortable. The owner accommodated me very well and also allowed to do a late check out despite a late notice, exceptional service and extremely kind, would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, it was great
• Bryan (6/5): Overall, a stylish and modern apartment with great amenities, but the uncomfortable and unclean bed - Nearly everything about this apartment is great! The modern design, sleek kitchen, and well-set-up living room make it such a cool space. The WiFi was excellent, and overall, it had a high-end feel. However, what really let it down—and was honestly so surprising—was the bed. How can everything be so new, yet the mattress feel so old? I could literally feel the springs pressing against my back, making it incredibly uncomfortable. On top of that, I don’t think the bed was properly cleaned. It was made to look nice, but when I got into bed at night, I found tiny crumbs or biscuit bits underneath, which was pretty gross. In the end, I had to sleep on the sofa for the rest of the week because it was actually more comfortable. I’m not one to complain, especially since I was there for work, but this place is so close to being a perfect 10/10—if only the bed had lived up to the rest of the apartment’s high standard.

• Lori (7/5): Beautiful apartment, shame about the matress which meant a terrible nights sleep. - Beautiful apartment, very clean and modern with all amenities. It was also really soundproof considering it was next to the train station. The matress was really bad. Whenever you moved the springs would spring back up 10 seconds later waking us up. In desperate need of a new one.

• Chun (8/5): Very good - Very spacious. Conveniently located at the train station. The dishwasher is definitely a plus. Some of the light bulbs were not working but this problem was soon sorted out by the owner. The city was experiencing heatwave, couldn't open the windows for some fresh air.

I did not appreciate taking a cold shower. As above. I had to take a cold shower and was not offered any compensation for this. Also, could not get the host to provide me with an invoice to submit in my business expenses, which is very disconcerting.

• Ahmed (9/5): Amazing Flat and Location will definitely recommend would 100% book again - Clean and very modern flat. I have been to a lot of flats in this city and this is probably the most modern clean one I have been to. Host replied quick and gave clear instructions to how to grab the keys and get to the flat through videos demonstration. No AC or windows so you can’t control the temperature of the room maybe I couldn’t find it but it got very stuffy and hot.
• Charita (9/5): I would definetly recommend Elegant Apartments, Station House, Milton Keynes to family and friends. - My family of 3 Adults enjoyed their stay at Station House A in Milton Keynes. The location is perfect and competitively priced, a step away from the train station, bus stop, supermarkets, coffee shops and restaurants. The apartment had modern furniture. The beds were comfortable. Towels, bath robes and other linen was of good quality. All appliances were of a high standard and worked well, including the WiFi and TV with access to streaming services. A big plus was the Nespresso machine with a box of pods. Supplies of other sundry items including toilet rolls, detergents, bath soaps, shampoo and washing pods were adequate. Heating and ventilation also worked well. Building security and access control was of a high standard. The shortage of cuttlery and breakfast chair was replaced speedily by support staff once contacted.
