• Paul (9/5): - Great location. Lovely clean house with everything you need. There is a beach at the bottom of the road. Woolies and fuel stations less than 5 min drive away. Some personal inconveniences... 1. Needs a non-stick pan. Making omelettes for breakfast is a nightmare making it and cleaning up afterwards. 2. WiFi is weak and drops out occasionally. Decent connection in the lounge. Weakens towards the dining area. No reception upstairs.

• Adam (10/5): - Fantastic location, spacious, comfortable and ample bedding + towels. Easy to collect keys, quiet location. Heaps of reading material .Ticked all the boxes, would definitely love to stay again. Slight smell of cooking from prior guests and was ants in the bathroom. This is nitpicking, loved the coffee machine however am picky with pods, maybe some instant coffee to tide over until you could get to the shops to suit your needs.

• Wimalasena (9/5): Nice cozy villa value for the money - Feels like home , calm environment , living room window curtains can opened & get a greenish view of the garden. Kitchen is well equipped with all necessary ingredients . 2 beds have warming blankets Provided enough extra linen & washing items Like the cozy look, colour matching of the house , furniture etc.. Good to have an Dryer & rice cooker. Bidet shower in toilets if possible. Better If have 2 toilets

• Zoe (8/5): - A very quiet location and yet convenient access to everything we wanted. It was very cold a window was slightly open in the dining room. We did not discover it until the second night. The heat pump struggled to keep the place warm.

Very comfortable, exceptionally clean, well stocked with kitchen items and some necessary foods in the pantry - very much appreciated. Beds very comfortable and bathroom well appointed Very quiet location and friendly neighbours. As we are folk in our 60's and 70's could well have done with another loo in the downstairs location

• Rhonda (8/5): Lovely and quiet. - The townhouse was clean and modern. Ample cookware was provided with quality appliances. We found it very quiet and relaxing. Of course, being a town house, the bedrooms are situated upstairs. As an interstate traveller I appreciate the little extras provided by a host such as a complimentary first morning breakfast....sample condiments such as small jars of honey, jam, margarine packets, loaf of bread etc. What was in the pantry was out of date and I suspect random items left by previous guests. I also think a second television needs to be placed upstairs in one of the bedrooms as well as an air conditioner (it was over 30C for a few of the days we were there, and the rooms were very warm)

The house itself was immaculate, with comfy beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and a cozy living area. The host was fantastic—very welcoming and always quick to respond. Everything was perfect, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway Nil

• Paul (10/5): Very comfortable bed, choose back room with view of tree's Good location for our rest and break. - Could not locate property as down driveway behind other units, google saying youve arrived but didnt understand as photos didn't match properties at address, Knocked on door of another unit who was most welcoming and explained where the Unit was. He'd done this before, made contact with owner who responded the next day. Tv reception. ?? I have similar Ariel that works.

And the kids had their own space to scoot their scooters in the carport when it was raining .. and there was a dining table for us all to sit at for meals xx Nothing.. it was all wonderful

• Kerrie (8/5): Very good - Provided our own Please reconsider your advertised availability of wifi. It is extremely flaky. Numerous reconnections to read emails etc given there were only 2 devices trying to connect. Steaming works but only Channels 7 & 10 available on free to air.

We had a car so easy to get to and from places we wanted to see . Quiet location . Close to supermarket small park and cafe . Would stay again ! Nothing apart from no sheet provided for the cot and no dishwashing tablets.
• Alison (9/5): Howrah town house - Accommodation was ideally situated for our visit. Everything was as pictured and detailed in advertising. A well appointed town house with many extras included, close to shops and the beach. We did not find any negatives with this accommodation.

• Sam (10/5): Clean, comfortable self contained accomodation that is perfect if you’re not wanting a hotel stay… a home away from home - Perfect for more relaxed self catered accomodation. Clean, comfortable & well prepared townhouse accomodation. Host provided basic pantry items, laundry items etc. I liked being able to have a private car park under attached carport. Air-conditioned downstairs only but open the windows upstairs in bedrooms & cools quickly with evening breeze. Perfect spot to base yourself for day excursions/exploring. I would happily stay again next time I visit Hobart. Bathroom while clean & maintained in comparison is the only non-outstanding aspect of the stay. For those wanting to explore Hobart a little far without your own car.
