• Valentine (6/5): - Très bien situé, personnel réactif (le canapé-lit n’avait pas été préparé malgré notre demande en amont, le personnel est intervenu rapidement pour faire le nécessaire). Instructions d’entrée très claires. Nous avons reçu les instructions à seulement 14h50 pour 15h… malgré nos demandes pour anticiper le Check-in, nous avons attendu de 12h à 15h en bas du logement. Nous aurions souhaité juste déposer nos valises afin de pouvoir profiter pour visiter un peu l’après-midi mais ça n’a pas été possible. Énormément de moustiques Aucun rideau aux fenêtres Aucun réseau wifi dans la chambre, uniquement dans le salon quand ça veut bien et la cuisine. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas plus d’équipements de cuisine comme un micro-ondes, un torchon, du sel, du poivre, de l’huile, du vinaigre. Beaucoup de bruits dans le couloir ainsi qu’à l’extérieur cependant le logement est situé à côté de la gare, d’un arrêt de métro ainsi que d’un gros carrefour avec beaucoup de circulation donc c’est normal qu’il y ait du bruit venant de l’extérieur.

• Daniel (7/5): - The apartment itself is very comfortable and has everything you need. This is a great place for one or two people to stay for a short time while exploring Florence. Perfect location, 10 minutes walk from the train station and ~25 minutes walk from the main plazas. You'll also find shops within a 5-10 minute walk. The host is very friendly and responds quickly; they even let us check in much earlier without charging any extra fees, for which I am very grateful. The bed wasn't very comfortable; it's not too big and the mattress is too soft, so if you lie on the edge of the bed, you start rolling off because the mattress doesn't hold its shape. There were also constant internet outages – the connection speed fluctuates and sometimes stops working altogether.
• Dmytro (6/5): A small flat for a reasonable price close to the Florence center - It is a small two-room flat very next to the railway station. It is well-equipped, the kitchen has anything You need. There is a balcony with a view over inner yard and a piece of a very busy street just in front of the railway station. The pickup of keys was really easy and instructions were very clear. There are free earplugs for quests - and it is very nice because You really need them. Basically, it was my mistake not theirs. I should have seen how close it is to the railway station. The level of noice at night is very high - and it is difficult to sleep even using the earplugs provided (many thanks for them anyway!). There are no mosquito nets - and there are a lot of mosquitos in the yard below (however there was a fumigator provided, thanks to hosts again). So, I was suffering at night there - but I think hosts have done anything possible to mitigate this.

• Andrey (10/5): - Отличные аппартаменты с хорошим ремонтом, очень удобные, были все кухонные принадлежности. Управляющий был всё время на связи, процедура въезда и выезда была очень удобная. Аппартменты находятся недалеко от вокзала, до старого города не более 10 минут пешком. По пути к вокзалу есть пункт хранения багажа, можно сдать вещи в случае необходимости. Лифт был на ремонте

• manwindy (9/5): 在意大利的冬季入住了6晚，整体感觉不错。 - 1、位置在火车站边，步行5-6分钟，适合以佛罗伦萨为枢纽辐射开去的旅客。门口有两个公交站，到市中心的各个美术馆等可以坐公交，还算方便。火车站的另一个方向有CONAD超市，物美价廉，步行需要距离需要10分钟多点。 2、有加装电梯，虽然比较慢，但是胜在不用搬箱子走楼梯。 3、厨具齐备，有大冰箱，大烤箱。我基本上只用了烤箱复烤东西。没有煮饭，印象中没有调味料，需自备。 4、厕所位置有管道供暖，对于南方人而言足够了。万和的燃气热水器，洗澡热水也够用。 5、不要同时开多个大功率电器，不然房间容易跳闸。跳闸的话空气开关在走廊和大厦的大堂各有一个，不要问我怎么知道的…… 6、另外提醒，用中国的计算标准，房间实际是在3楼，别找错门了。 1、1房1厅的设计，房间1张双人床，客厅1张沙发床，理论极限可以住4人。但是沙发床的弹簧部分已经塌陷，睡1人勉强，2人够呛。 2、房间低频噪音比较大，水泵运作声音明显。 3、入住期间凌晨3点发生了爆水管事件，自己摸索关了水闸，打扫卫生搞了2个多小时。虽然是偶发性事件，房东也在第二天派人来修好了水管，但还是放在这里吧。希望后续入住的不要遇到。

• Vinocur (4/5): Muy desgastante y estresante - La ubicación NO VOLVERÍA. Cuando llegamos vimos que el ascensor estaba fuera de servicio y no fuimos avisados. Subimos (al llegar) y bajamos (al irnos) el equipaje dos pisos por escalera. No andaba el wifi en la habitación (solo en el área de cocina). La cama adicional tenía el colchón desgastado y hacía ruido. Demoraron en responder los mensajes por la falta de Wifi y al día siguiente argumentaron (falsamente) que había sido un problema del servidor por año nuevo. La red desapareció ya que el módem estaba en el departamento del vecino correspondiente al mismo propietario y al irse de su cuarto lo desconectó. La administradora nos hizo buscar el módem y no sabía que el departamento Bonnie no tenía módem propio. Estuvimos sin wifi todo el 31 de diciembre a la noche. Prometieron un reembolso del 10% vía Booking pero todavía no se hizo efectivo.

• Dylan (7/5): Overall decent value for money for a short stay & a comfy bed (sans good WiFi) - Super comfy bed, quite central to most of the main attractions in Florence and public transport to help you navigate the city is very close by. Might be an idea to make sure you have plenty of data on your eSIM, because the apartment is definitely due for a new router/modem/internet plan and/or some satelites to boost the signal. Was getting 2 bars right next to the thing lmao.

• Ecenaz (5/5): - It was a 15–20 minute walking distance to the Santa Maria Novella church. The location was very good. The performance was quite good for the price. However, there were some newly formed stains on the towels small brown ones. They weren’t marks that stayed after washing. We couldn’t understand the reason; they looked more like dirt. We asked the staff member who was assisting us via WhatsApp for a recommendation for luggage storage in the city, but we didn’t get a reply. They only responded after we sent the message saying we had checked out. So, in terms of attentiveness, they are not very good. But for this price, if you are a student and traveling, it can be an option to consider.

• Emanuele Giuseppe (10/5): Piccola, ben rifinita e in ottima posizione - Struttura ben rifinita, e attrezzata di tutti i comfort per essere autonomi. In poco spazio c'era tutto quello che serviva. Anche il bagno per quanto piccolo era ben fruibile e la doccia era molto comoda.

• Tomas Emilio (8/5): Muy bien - Bien ubicado, a 20' a pie del centro, al toque de Santa Maria Novella y con tranvías/buses cerca. Se ve que el depto está recientemente renovado. Lo encontramos muy lindo y bien equipado. Ningún problema con el retiro de las llaves, aún llegando al hospedaje tarde. Tiene un ascensor lento pero funcional. La gente es muy quejosa, pero el sofá cama para dos adultos anduvo re bien. Como todo barrio cercano a estaciones de tren, la zona no es especialmente linda. No se sintió para nada inseguro, pero costó encontrar lugares cerca para comer/desayunar o hacer las compras.

Küçük bir daire ancak İtalya’nın herhangi bir otel odasından büyük. Rahat. Bide yok, bide duşu var ve ben bunun için tercih ettim. Ev sahibi ile her an iletişime geçebildik ve birkaç küçük problemi hemen halletti. Check In süreci kolay. Saat 15.00’da size bir mesaj geliyor ve kapı şifresi ile içeriye giriyorsunuz. 2.kata çıkıyorsunuz ve yine mesajda gönderilen kasa şifresini girip anahtarı kasanın içinden alıyorsunuz. 2 kişi konaklaması için ideal. 3.kişi zorlanarakta olsa ve boyutları küçükse koltukta uyuyabilir. Şehir merkezine 10-12 dk arası yürüme mesafesinde.

• Nikolic (9/5): Skvělý poměr cena/výkon - Líbila se nám lokalita, vybavení a celkově jsme byli spokojeni. Pro 2 lidi nadmíru dostačující. Nefungoval zamek od zachodu. Baterky do ovladače byly vybité. Koupelna je menší, ale nic tragického.

• Mery (7/5): Buenas ubicación pero mejorable el trato - Ubicación Creo que la comunicación con el anfitrión podría mejorar, así como el trato. Si no hay nadie en el apartamento sería cortés dejarnos por lo menos dejar las maletas... íbamos con dos niños pequeños y las maletas y hasta las 14:55 no pudimos entrar.. Estuvimos en la puerta durante una hora... Además, el apartamento creo que es pequeño para 4 adultos, y el sofá cama no es muy cómodo para dormir, para nosotros que íbamos con dos niños pequeños estuvo bien.

• Hellen (7/5): ideal for less guests and late arrival for the advantage of good location nearby train station - Very good location as nearby train station comparing to fairly good price, shower pressure is nice. clean, Ideal for 2 guests. Toilet is jammed just as the apartment is small (ideal for 2 guests) that unfolding sofa bed will take majority of walkway in living room. Sofa bed is creaky with noise. For a while there was burning smell from toilet vent connecting to upper floor but soon disappeared. Be aware the check in is as late as 15pm if you arrive early like we did (the code won't be valid) and we waited in the cold for an hour (not worthy to hassle to find luggage storage for just couple hours)

• Alejandro (7/5): It is quite expensive for what you get but overall not super bad. - They have all utensils and tools for the kitchen, so you can cook and have almost any kind of meals. Also, it is modern and everything looks quite new. Even though it is a flat with kitchen, they don't have washing machine. The toilet is very small (it was blocked btw) and the bed not very comfy.
• Caceres (10/5): Very happy - Self check-in place. The apartment is really really fresh and has got everything one needs! The shower is amazing. Wish we stayed longer. 5 minutes walking distance from the train station which was great. Perfect place for families. Came w my two kids (6 and 7 y/o).

The rooms are green and nice and definitely work to stay Don’t use the elevator. It’s quite a tricky one. You’re easy to get stuck or locked in, but then the downside is you have to carry your suitcase or your luggage up at least two upstairs The bathroom is extremely tiny, although very neat for people who are tall and a little bit huge it’s not the best place for them. It feels like a bathroom was forced. The host wanted me to WhatsApp all of my personal details and I was not comfortable with it. I didn’t want to send a stranger my passport pictures of my passport. I understand that it’s needed for checking in every place in Italy, however they could be a better way to share it rather on a personal business. I would prefer that they had a business WhatsApp or a business email where you could share this information rather than sharing it with a person. What made the experience frustrating was that the horse refused to give me access to the house until I shared the information so for a while long time I was standing out waiting to access the house in the heat until I shared all of the information that I was not comfortable sharing over WhatsApp
• Sudhanshu (8/5): Comfortable but sleeping can be an issue - Clean apartment located 8 mins walk from main Train station and 20-25 min walk from all major tourist sites. Clear check-in instructions given before time. Proper kitchen with good amount of pans and plates for 2-3 people. As mentioned in a lot of reviews, mattresses are definitely an issue. The mattress on the bed is slumped in the middle and the mattress on sofa bed is impossible to use. If you back issues, or you are more than 3 people or if you are staying more than 2 nights, this apartment is not for you!

Dark funky hall to get to unit. Absolutely no staff support. Moderately clean. Way overpriced. Totally unresponsive when i tried to connect them.

• Amparo (9/5): Superb - Location is perfect, near the centre. The appartament has everything you need. I really enjoyed the balcony. It is very near the tram stop so very convinient if you get to Florence by plane. It is perfect for solo travellers.

• Molli (7/5): A convenient and decent small place to call home for a short stay in Florence. - It was a good value and good location with just about everything we needed and even a small terrace. It was bright, not cluttered and included some nice, thoughtful touches. The climate control/A/C was excellent to have, though I wasn’t sure how to get the radiators/towel rack to turn on. Check-in and check-out were super smooth and easy. We appreciated the many places where we could store/put away our own things. The mattresses were not in the best shape—sagging in the middle for the bedroom and too thin for the one in the sofa bed. The shower had great water pressure but at one point the hot water completely disappeared during one of my two showers there and it could use a small shelf/place to put shampoo/soap/etc. inside the shower. It was too noisy to open windows at night for fresh air due to traffic/trams and the street lights are very bright outside. A microwave would be very useful to have along with at least one bread knife and one or two other large knives for cutting vegetables/fruit/etc.

• Froso (4/5): good location. but not hot water. - the location. the decoration. minimal. we did not have hot water at the bathroom. and we have to boil the water through the little boiler machines that we have at the kitchen.

• Chris (5/5): V-shaped bed, not the cleanest but great location - Great location near the cathedral The bed was broken in the middle, it had a V-shape. So you would roll to the middle. Furthermore, contact is through mulitple unpersonal automated messages (even with 'threatening' if you don't leave the city tax in cash behind, you will be reported to the police). Finally, huge amoungs of dust on top of the fridge. Highly doubt they do cleaning outside the regular, frequent cleaning tasks.

• Carla (8/5): Very good - What we really needed was a one night stay for 3 people, close to the train station, with a late check in as we returned from Venice. This was a great location for that. The apartment was very clean and nicely appointed, and the extra bed (sofa) was already made up for my daughter. It's more of a residential neighborhood, so quiet, but no restaurant right at the street-we had to walk a little for dinner. Easy check in with codes to the street entrance and the apartment once you return the information sheet to them. Easy check out as we leave the tax money, and return the keys to the box. The air conditioner never really cooled off, we just had to kick off all the covers to sleep. You can't leave the windows open or the mosquitoes will eat you alive. I wasn't really sure about the safety of the neighborhood as we exited from the back of the train station, but it was ok. Just very residential and on the bus line. The apartment is very tiny especially with the sofa pulled out, and the tiny bathroom is within the bedroom so it is harder for 3 people to use. It needs a lamp as the overhead lights are just too bright for evening. I can't believe I paid this much for this little apartment, but it was what I needed in a bind.
• Spartak (5/5): Passable - I made a mistake and booked for 2 people, instead of 1. When asked the owner for a little refund , he said "absolutely yes". No refund up-to-date. When leaving I was asked to pay "tourist tax" 38.5 euro in cash!!! It is 19 euro per night!!! What is this?)))
• Beaton (10/5): Excellent host, cute little place, worth the money. - The location worked really well for me--everything was walkable. My host was a huge help and very responsive when I needed some help with check in (totally on me, his instructions were excellent). Overall, a stress-free stay!
