The location is perfect - right on the esplanade with lots of restaurants and cafes, even open during off season. It is extremely spacious, comfortable, and nicely decorated with high quality furniture. The bathrooms were recently renovated. The beds were comfortable. All TVs were smart TVs. WiFi worked well. Washing machine & dishwasher tablets were provided. The host let us use the underground car park, which was much appreciated. Nothing!

Very clean and comfortable, the balcony outdoor area was a huge bonus. Nothing other than would be great to have been provided 2 sets of keys when 3 adults are staying

- Natasa (10/5): Exceptional - The location is perfect, across the beach. It is not officially Kalamata beach, it starts a few minutes walking from the apartment, but it is still good for swimming. Beach umbrellas and sun beds belong to a restaurant. They are free as long as you order anything. The night fun is also at this location. My boys had a lot of fun at the amusement park, which you can see from the apartment The first apartment balcony I would sit on and just stare at the sea :) Amazing view... The apartment itself is older (kitchen and bathroom cabinets), but all the furniture is new and very modern. TV in every room as well as airconditioning. Owners are super responsive in a matter of minutes. They even delivered a brand new drying rack since I was scared to lean over the balcony to put my clothes on the existing one. If I ever come back to Kalamata, I would definitely stay here again. I will add a few things in the don't like section which are not deal breakers, but nice to have. Only one key that is also used for electricity, not very practical for a family. We asked the lady who waited for us at the apartment for the second one, but she said it is not possible, not sure why Have to wait for hot water, to be able to shower. This is not the only apartment with that 'feature' in Greece, though. Pillows are too inflated. Parking was not available, had to park on the street.
