Guest Reviews
- Muzaffar (2/5): Regretted being there. - Location. The property had very dirty smelly double bed. A new big tv, kettle, microwave, cupboard, desk and two chairs. We noticed there were extra covers, single duvets and sheets. Everything was so smelly, the carpet was extremely dirty and smelly. There was a commercial very tight shower, toilet, basin, towel but no hand washing soap, toothbrush, paste, shower gel etc. The interior is very cleverly designed but very smelly and dirty. We changed the duvet covet and noticed stained duvet. We regretted being there. There was a lot of rubbish outside by the entrance. Massive tele tower on top of building but not very good reception inside. It was very expensive. Only the location.
- Warwick (1/5): Bad - Manager didn't bother turning up he messaged me 2 hours later said he was asleep what a joke....was meant to be staying as it was cheap and close to the airport as I had a flight to catch the following morning DONT BOOK HERE THEY JUST WANT YOU TO PAY A CANCELLATION FEE
- Sigursteinn (10/5): Exceptional - Having a kitchen and frige. Big Tv Needs sockets by the bed to charge
A fan to cool and move the air would be good in that room
- Ted (8/5): Overall was very happy with my stay, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. - I was surprised at how quiet the location was. Was nice to go to sleep without lots of city sounds. The bathroom is a little small, usable but small.
- Jessica (5/5): Passable -
- Minde11 (5/5): Passable -
- Jill (10/5): Excellent stay. Great host and value for money - The host was very easy to contact and helpful with answers to questions. Bed could have been a bit comfier as it's very springy
- Joe (8/5): Very good -
- Panagiotis (8/5): Very good -
- Marumo (3/5): Poor -
- Shakir (8/5): Very good -
- Maxime (5/5): Basics all present, great support from owner although no frills in thisl accommodation - Basics such as shower, toilet, bed were functional without any fluff though. Great What's App support from renter The building in which the accommodation was located, difficult to spot especially after sunset, fog was not straightforward to access furthermore a plethora of residents within the building were about, coming in and out this at the time I got in i.e. 21h30
- Colin (10/5): Exceptional - Thanks, no issues.
- Sheikh (9/5): Superb -
- Stewart (4/5): Okay if you want to stay a day or two but not any longer. - It is a convenient location - you can easily get into the centre of Birmingham. It is self-contained and fairly quiet. There is an ASDA and a Lidl a short walk away if need to buy groceries. There is a wardrobe but no coat hangers, a sink but no washing-up liquid and a bin but no bin liners. The shower is small and there is no shower curtain. It is okay for one or two nights but any longer and the small but plentiful problems start to mount up and make it a more challenging experience than it should be.

- Victor (10/5): Exceptional -
- Hassan (10/5): Value for money - Spacious room with attached bathroom parking is bit of headache in the area
