• Claudia (4/5): For a 9.0 average score, it was a very disappointing stay - The view on the city Convenient location for both the airport and the city center Looked quite run down and not like the pictures We had clean bedsheets and towels but everything else didn't feel very clean: dust on the ceilings, dirty kitchen drawers with hair in it One of the matresses was really worn out and bedsheets were synthetic so had a weird feel to them We asked if there was a hot water switch (common in Vietnam) and they told us no but we found ourselves without warm water a couple of times The pool itself was nice but lacked any basic amenity (no chairs, sundbeds were damaged), plus the pool staff was very rude to us
• Lokare (9/5): - The apartment was a good size and quiet, had a sperate bedroom and another bed in the living room, beds were comfortable enough, large fridge and small kitchen, it was reasonably clean. There were three small grocery stores on bottom level and a nice restaurant. The shower and shower screen needed a better clean, some mold and soap scum on the shower screen, it was a fare distance from attractions, so needed to use grabs a bit, sometimes there was a bad smell from the apartment next to it when you walked past but couldn't smell it once in the apartment.
• Eva (10/5): Convenient location and friendly service - Everything about this place was very convenient. The apartment is fully equipped and allows you to cook your own meals easily. A supermarket is located in the lobby and Co Ba Cafe serves great local food. The swimming pool on the 7th floor is a nice place to relax. The host was friendly and always ready to help. Tracy assisted us with finding good local food and also arranged tours to Cu Chi and Can Gio which were very well organized.

The host responded quickly and the check-in process was smooth even though I booked quite late. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and the wifi worked well so I could finish some work at night. The location in District 4 was also convenient for getting to District 1. Good option for a short business stay and I would stay here again.

The apartment was clean, well equipped with a kitchen and washing machine which made our stay very comfortable. There is a supermarket right at the lobby and Co Ba Cafe offers many delicious local dishes at reasonable prices. The host was very helpful and gave us great recommendations for local food and places to visit. Tracy was especially amazing and helped us arrange a private Cu Chi tour and a Mekong tour which made our trip even more enjoyable.

• Aliyah (10/5): Reliable Business Stay with Great City Access - I stayed here during a business trip and the apartment worked perfectly for my needs. The internet connection was stable, the room was quiet enough for online meetings, and the location made traveling around the city very convenient. There were plenty of cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby for quick meals between meetings. The check in process was smooth and the host responded quickly whenever needed. After a long working day, the pool and city view were a nice bonus to relax. I would recommend this place for both short and extended business stays in Ho Chi Minh City.

The WiFi is fast and reliable making it perfect for remote work. Security is excellent with 24/7 staff on site. There are plenty of convenience stores and great eateries in the immediate area. I was very satisfied with my 2 night stay here and would definitely stay again.

The apartment was clean, quiet, and comfortable enough to rest properly after long working days. The air conditioning worked well, the bed was comfortable, and the space felt private and relaxing. Getting around the city was easy because of the central location. There were convenience stores, coffee shops, and restaurants nearby, which helped save a lot of time during the trip. The WiFi connection was stable throughout my stay and worked well for emails and online meetings. The check in process was smooth and communication with the host was fast and clear. I also enjoyed spending some time at the pool in the evening after work. For a short business stay in Ho Chi Minh City, this place offered very good value and a stress free experience.

There are many food options near by and a supermarket right downstairs which is very convenient. We enjoyed visiting Co Ba Cafe in the lobby where they serve a variety of local dishes that tasted really good. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable with all the necessary amenities including a kitchen and washing machine. After a day out we also enjoyed relaxing at the swimming pool on the 7th floor which was clean and quiet. Everything made our stay very enjoyable.

Ze reageerde mega snel op de app en bij een vraag werd alles meteen geregeld. Echte toppers. Absoluut waar voor je geld. Ook de wasmachine was een uitkomst. Verwacht geen luxe want het is erg gedateerd. Maar dar vinden wij niet erg. Enige nadeel van de locatie zijn de liften jn het pand. Daar moet je soms erg lang op wachten. Maar het is vakantie dus rusig aam ;-) De bedden zijn erg hard, dat vinden wij niet erg maar houd hier rekening mee.

Ingredients are easy to find at the suermarket downstairs. The swimming pool on the 7th floor is clean and relaxing which is perfect after a long day. The building itself feels comfortable and convenient.

Preis-Leistung stimmt. eher alt, verbraucht, Bettwäsche roch nicht frisch, Handtücher rochen auch nicht frisch. Die Better sind eher Bretter, extrem Hart. Poolarea war komisch mit securityguard, nur 2 Liegen für gesamtes Gebäude. Man muss aber sagen dass der Preis zur Leistung passt.

The space is roomy, clean, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a short stay. The location is great, close to District 1, making it easy to explore the city. Having two separate bedrooms made it perfect for privacy, especially for a family or group of friends. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was quiet, allowing us to rest well. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to cook meals. The host was friendly and responsive whenever we needed support. The location was also convenient for getting around. Overall, a great place to stay and I would consider coming back.

• La Roux (10/5): - The room was fine, the shower was surprisingly very nice and the location was very good. Staff were very friendly and as accommodating as possible and of course the value for money was very good.
• Jade (10/5): - Perfect for a city centre stay on a budget. Location is great, room had everything you could need and beds were comfy. Great for a short stay getaway in a great location!
• Harbin (10/5): - No complaints, we will definitely visit again. Brilliant value apartment in the heart of apartment. Staff were very hospitable and welcoming from the outset. Brilliant central location.
