• Papas (1/5): - Δεν είχε καθόλου μα καθόλου ούτε σήμερα ούτε χθές ζεστό νερό. Έχω ανάψει 4 φορές τον διακόπτη από τον γενικό για το ζεστό νερό μέσα στο δωμάτιο και δεν έχει αλλάξει τίποτα. Το νερό συνεχίζει να είναι παγωμένο. Επίσης δεν είχαμε ανταπόκριση ούτε από τον οικοδεσπότη - ιδιοκτήτη ούτε από την booking η οποία μας έστειλε ένα αυτόματο μήνυμα ότι απλώς θα επικοινωνήσει μέσα σε 24 ώρες.

• Alessandro (5/5): Cleanliness definitely to be improved. Location-wise is lovely, if you do not mind lot of noise. - Location is wonderful, right in the center, we never had hot take any transportation around (I’m in Athens often, so trying to find the best location to walk around). Bed is really comfortable. The spaces are really wide, lot of room and light. Super cozy flat. I usually do not write any comments, cause I’m pretty a low-maintenance person, been traveling the world in hostels in the past, so my expectation are not really high, in order to be happy and satisfied. So I guessed this time it was just a series of unfortunate events. The apartment wasn’t really well cleaned: shampoo bottle was broken on the counter, and leaked everywhere when I entered. Found hairs a bit here and there throughout the property, in bed, in the sinks, on the toilet seat. Also, a previous guest apparently shaved his beard and tons of small hair were still behind the sink. The trash bin wasn’t fully emptied when entered the accommodation. Raised my concerns about cleanliness and asked the management to inform the cleaners for the next time. I never asked to come and clean nor I was proposed, I just wanted to let the management know. Secondly. We were not informed about the renovation works going on in the building (which apparently the management wasn’t informed neither). they were building/replacing the entire elevator infrastructure, so I find it hard to believe that they did not know. So at 7.30 am we had hammers on full mode just right outside our door. I would have appreciated more transparency here, so that I could have decided whether or not stay here. Another unfortunate point, which is my fault this time, is not considering the location of the apartment right above a lively bar, which is open till 2am. Even if you have the windows closed, you can still hear a lot of noise and loud music, so bring your earplugs, or if you are visiting the city for partying, just make sure to be part of the noise downstairs, as it’s a lovely bar :)

• Reinder (3/5): Mager - De accommodatie is recent gerenoveerd en ziet er verzorgd uit en is goed centraal gelegen om de stad te ontdekken. Bijna alles is te lopen. Er was ‘s morgens geen warm water. Douchen was er dus niet bij. Contact over opgenomen met de beheerder. Blijkt een zonnecollector de warm water voorziening te regelen. Maar als deze niet schijnt is er dus geen warm water. Na eerste contact werd aangegeven dat dit via de stoppenkast te regelen is. Maar ook dit werkt niet. Geen instructies in de accommodatie hoe dit geregeld kan worden. Na wat pogingen contact te krijgen met de beheerder werd er gewoon niet meer gereageerd. Probleem werd dus niet opgelost en werd genegeerd. Daarnaast is de accommodatie boven een club gelegen waardoor er ‘s nachts erg veel geluidsoverlast was. Zaken die niet duidelijk zijn beschreven.

• Fabian (7/5): - Alles bestens, bis auf die Disco im EG. Die Wohnung ist im 1 OG. Am Freitag und Samstag geht die Disco unter dem Apartment steil. An den Tagen ist vor 01:30-02:30 schwer ruhe zu finden.

• Louisa (8/5): Spotless apartment and great location. - The location was perfect, a short walk to Monastiraki metro. The apartment was very clean. Good communication with the host, there was an issue with the check in but I was compensated with a late check out. The water was cold so it was uncomfortable having a shower. It would have been nice to have a small bin in the bathroom and a curtain or blind for the window in the toilet. Also the first night there was loud music from the bar downstairs, it didn't bother me but light sleepers may have an issue. The only thing that really bothered me was the cold water but I would stay here again.

• Donatella (10/5): - Brand new refreshed apartment, near all (metro station Monastiraki, Ancient Agorà, restaurants, bars, etc.), clean, functional; perfect comunication with the host, very kind and at disposal. No noise at all from the street, even if at 1st floor. 10/10
• Wyndham (4/5): Perfect flat if you don't mind sleeping above a nightclub - Aside from the noise issues, this is a near perfect place to stay. It has a modern design, is generally clean, and an ideal location within the city. Noise is a massive issue in this flat. It is unbearably loud and should be advertised ahead of time. The flat is above a nightclub that plays extremely loud music until 1 am. If you go to bed before then, this simply isn't the place for you.
• XENOFON (8/5): Εξερετη. Ευχαριστούμε για την φιλοξενία. - Πρωϊνό δεν υπήρχε. Η τοποθεσία όμως πολύ βολική. Κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης και κοντά στο μετρό. Το ότι στην έξοδο από το διαμέρισμα έδινες πάνω στα τραπεζάκια του εστιατορίου. Έλειπε από το δωμάτια ένας καθρέφτης για το μακιγιάζ.

• Panayiotis Constantinou (10/5): Great Stay in Athens - We had a really nice stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was polite and easy to communicate with, everything went smoothly. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Athens.
• Vasiliky (8/5): Studio near the Acropolis - This cute studio apartment was great for an overnight and probably would be good for a longer stay too. It is a great location in central Athens, comfortable, clean and spacious! When I walked in, I could smell smoke from cigarettes which put me off a little as I am very sensitive to the smell.

Lit confortable J' avais réservé un appartement avec une chambre, nous nous sommes retrouvés dans un studio. .. Normalement il était précisé qu'il y avait un ascenseur : et non ! quasiment aucun équipement dans la cuisine. Pas de douchette dans la douche, juste la grosse pomme

• Giovanni (10/5): Ottima struttura - Ottima posizione: in pieno quartiere Monastiraki, permette di raggiungere tutte le principali attrazioni a piedi. A poche decine di metri c’è comunque la fermata della metro. La struttura è nuova e ben arredata: letto comodissimo e bagno molto spazioso con due lavabi. Di sera la strada è silenziosa e tranquilla. Sicuramente da consigliare. Forse nulla, solo dei consigli all’host: sarebbe utile qualcosa per le pulizie (scopa, straccio, paletta…); il Wi-Fi non funziona bene; sarebbe stato gentile permettere il check in ritardato ad una tariffa nettamente inferiore.

The bar works everywhere day with lauds noises until 2 am at list. Also, it’s not pleasant to enter into the building between a crowd of people because of the bar.

Spotlessly clean with the appliances you need to make it a home away from home. Netflix and other streaming channels available. Air Con and a lovely balcony. The bar underneath doesn't disturb you once the doors are closed. Will definitely return Nothing
• Nikos (2/5): Noise is unbearable, stay away - On the day of my arrival (5 Oct 2024) the bar downstairs had its opening. The bar is on the ground floor and the apartment on first floor. The noise from the customers and the music is unbearable. It starts around 17.00 where the employees open up to prepare the bar and goes till late at night. I stayed several nights and I could barely sleep. My advise it to simply stay away, since this is not something that is fixable by the host. It will always be a problem There were other minor issues as well, but the noise was by far the most important: I had issues with the hot water, the apartment is missing a table and chairs to dine or work (they brought me a portable one after I told them I couldn't work in the apartment), the toilet seat was broken and other small things.

The host was very quick to respond to our questions. Excellent air con. The property is directly over a bar with music which is very loud in the property and we were kept awake until 3am. The balcony directly overlooks the outside seating area of the bar, so as well as the music there is a lot of noise from the customers. There is also flashing lights from the bar which came through the bedroom curtains.

The house was immaculate and seemed very new, with a fresh and modern feel. The owner of the apartments was incredibly kind and polite, always ready to help and ensure we had everything we needed. Their warm hospitality made our experience even more enjoyable. • Jean (10/5): A perfect place for a stay in Athens - The appartement is ideally located between Psiri and Monastiraki. It is spacious and well renovated, and has all the amenities you can wish for. Alexandros was an attentive host, very responsive and friendly. I will definitively book this place again when I next come to Athens
