• Laurie (7/5): Top mais à améliorer - L'emplacement est idéal a 2 min de la gare et du metro, 25 min a pied du centre ville, la superficie de l'appartement est tres agreable et confortable, le nombre de chambres est parfait, l'accès sécurisé est rassurant. Sur les 2 douches 1 douche est non fonctionnelle (aucun debit) Il y a des réparations à faire pour que ce soit tres bien, trou dans un plafond, draps à changer (trous) Il faut également mettre plus d'ustensiles (verres, couverts...)

• Mathieu (7/5): - Bien placé à côté de la gare d'Atocha, du parc de Retiro, du musée de la reine Sofia. Appartement assez grand, propre et confortable. Nombreuses chambres permettant de moduler la répartition des occupants. La cuisine mériterait de nouveaux ustensiles, et elle est éloignée de la salle à manger. Peu de pression dans la salle d'eau à côté de la salle à manger.

• Zbigniew (7/5): Generalnie udany z kilkoma przygodami - Lokalizacja i dobrze wyposażony apartament Pan który nas przyjmował wskazał miejsce Parkingowe, niestety okazało się że kolejnego dnia samochód został odholowane na parking policyjny. A podobno było to miejsce do tego apartamentu

• LORENZO (8/5): - L'appartamento si presenta pulito e silenzioso, pienamente corrispondente alle foto e situato all'interno di un bel condominio. La posizione è ottima per raggiungere a piedi il vicino centro storico di Madrid, la zona del Prado e dei giardini. La stazione di Atocha dista poco più di un minuto a piedi. La zona in cui è situato l'appartamento è tranquilla e piena di servizi come bar, ristoranti, supermercati e depositi bagagli. Nell'appartamento abbiamo riscontrato alcuni piccoli difetti che la proprietà dovrebbe risolvere al più presto ma che non hanno disturbato più di tanto il nostro soggiorno. Nel bagno con le piastrelle marroni dalla doccia esce poca acqua calda, forse bisognerebbe controllare il filtro interno di uscita dell'acqua calda. Lungo il corridoio sono presenti sul muro e sul battiscopa i segni di un'infiltrazione d'acqua probabilmente proveniente dalla doccia del bagno con le piastrelle chiare. A parte questo tutto bene.
• Ellen (8/5): Rustige locatie en leuk appartement. - Een zeer rustige ligging, groot appartement met veel kamers, overal rolluiken, leuke living, goed beveiligd We hebben bij aankomst 45 minuten moeten wachten tot iemand kwam voor de sleutel. Het appartement was niet zo netjes gepoetst: veel stof onder de bedden alsook stof aan de plinten. Er waren twee badkamers, maar slechts één douche had een goeie straal. In de ene douche was er amper druk in het water.
• Sara (4/5): No recomendable - La ubicación Estaba muy sucio, había pelos a saber desde cuando en los baños y en las duchas. Las mamparas se descuelgan. El sofá cama dice que es para dormir dos personas solamente porque se hace grande pero no tiene colchón ni nada, es incómodo. Algunos nórdicos estaban manchados. La wifi no funciona, está el router pero no funciona a pesar de reiniciarlo y avisar al casero en dos ocasiones de que no funcionaba, no hicieron nada.

• Piotr (3/5): I was very embarrassed in front of my friends. I had never been in such a dirty apartment. - Good location of the apartment in the center near the train station. Silence at night, because the bedroom windows overlook the interior terrace. We waited for the keys for half an hour at the door, despite the arrival time given. The apartment was very dirty, I travel very often and I have never seen such filth. Smelly fridge and oven, piles of dust under the beds, even on the coffee table in the living room. We looked at the fan in the bathroom with disgust, it was so dirty. I sent photos to the owner by text message, unfortunately no response.

• Jelena (9/5): Loved it and would definitely stay there again! - The property is clean, spacious and excellently located in a building with a doorman and double doors so it felt quite safe staying there. It is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and everything that you may need. We were a large group of 5 female colleagues doing field research in Madrid and stayed there for 10 days. The host left ample supply of toilet paper, napkins and paper towels, cleaning supplies, washing detergent, dishwasher tablets, zip lock bags, cling foil, shampoo and shower gel. There were enough dishes, cups and kitchenware. The wi-fi was super speedy though limited in range. WE really found the place comfortable and close to various eateries, cafes, stores, parks and museums. It's steps away from Madrid's largest train station. We loved the privacy that the place provides with 5 separate bedrooms. The host was very kind and allowed us early check-in for a small fee, which we appreciated very much given that our plane landed in the morning so we were able to enter the property as soon as we arrived. She was very responsive. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the place. The neighbors could be noisy sometimes. The other bathroom had a very low water pressure that it was hard to take a shower sometimes. The frying pans need to be renewed as they are supposed to be non-stick but are all scratched. The wi-fi signal does not reach the first bedroom (next to the kitchen) due to the apartment's layout so a wi-fi extender would be a plus. Luckily, I (who was staying in that room) had a good international mobile data plan so I did not really mind but it could be an issue for someone.
