• Anne -Marie (9/5): Excellent séjour ds un appartement dépaysant - Facilité des codes et absence de clés très pratique quand on est plusieurs . Terrasse agréable mais accessible qu’à pied si logement en rdc. ( pas de code de l’ascenseur) Bonne situation pour visiter Séville à pied. Restos,bars,supérettes à proximité Les tableaux des codes peinent à s’allumer . Appartement sombre. Pas de table pour manger dehors.

• Angela Elisa (8/5): Buona posizione, in un quartiere abbastanza vivo - Ottima posizione nel quartiere Alameda, pieno di locali interessanti e a 20 minuti circa dal centro storico. Letti comodissimi. Avrei preferito avere un letto matrimoniale anziché due letti singoli uniti, specie avendo una bambina piccola che ovviamente voleva dormire con noi.
• Nataliia Datsenko (10/5): Автентичні затишні апартаменти з високим рівнем комфорту - Апартаменти знаходяться у старовинному автентичному будинку із садом у внутрішньому дворі. Доступ до апартаментів повністю автоматичний, адміністратори надають коди у листуванні, спілкуються англійською.. Приміщення просторе, складається з кухні-студії з двома диванами та спальнею. На кухні немає чайнику, але є плита та мікрохвильовка, тож це не проблема, натомість є дуже багато посуду для приготування та сервірування і кавоварка для електроплити, а також кава. Ванна компактна та зручна, вода нагрівається швидко, є засоби для душу. У спальні все на найвищому рівні, хрустка білизна, зручні подушки та ковдра. На вікнах можна закрити старовинні дерев'яні ставні і забезпечити собі міцний сон. Підлога кам'яна в усьому приміщенні, тож взимку краще мати змінне взуття або теплі носки, аби було комфортно. Розташування чудове, неподалік є маркети та місцеві невеликі магазини з овочами, фруктами, оливками та вином. Також неподалік є ринок з маленькими кафе, де готують з локальних продуктів. До залізничного вокзалу можна зручно доїхати автобусом (якщо небагато багажу, то можна й пішки, гуляючи вулицями Севільї). З вокзалу ходить автобус до аеропорту, сплатити проїзд можна банківською карткою.

• Sanchez (9/5): Buen alojamiento a buen precio - Apartamento en un patio interior. Muy cerca de la Alameda de Hércules.Bien situado, tiene un parking pero es muy caro. Solo dejamos el coche allí la primera noche. Fuimos andando a todos sitios. No estaba demasiado lejos de los lugares de interés. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. Estuvimos muy a gusto, repetiríamos sin duda. Cheking fácil. Nada

• Valeria (7/5): Ottimo per girare Siviglia - La posizione dell'appartamento è perfetta per girare Siviglia. Gli spazi sono arredati in maniera semplice ma confortevole. Avrei preferito che ci fosse chiesto se volevamo che i divani letto fossero già aperti e sistemati con le lenzuola piuttosto che dare per scontato che avremmo preferito farlo da noi per questioni di spazio.

• Paulo (9/5): Excelente opção em Sevilla - Excelente apartamento, totalmente equipado, com todas as comodidades, boa localização, perfeito. Só não sei nota 10 pelo facto de não ter estacionamento, embora haja um parque pago, literalmente por baixo do prédio do apartamento. Realçar que tive um atraso no check out, por ter o carro trancado, sem conseguir sair, e o proprietário compreendeu bem a situação. Apenas a dificuldade em encontrar estacionamento livre.

• Franck (9/5): Très bon logement au cœur de Séville - Emplacement exceptionnel, près de beaucoup de commodités, à 5 minutes des arrêts de bus et à 1 minute de bars, restaurants, glaciers.. Le centre historique reste assez accessible à pied et très simple d'accès en bus grâce aux différentes lignes circulaires. Arrivée autonome très simple, bonne communication avec l'hôte et hébergement situé dans un complexe assez typique. Le matelas du canapé lit pourrait être de meilleure facture, mais mes enfants ne s'en sont pas plaints. Pour le prix, le rapport reste excellent.

• Alexandru (9/5): Good value for the price paid if you are keen to walk to main attractions - Clean, quiet area-patio, big appartment with 1 livingroom/diningroom/kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 bath. The are is in the center, all main objectives are in walkable distance (20-25 minutes to Alcazar and the Cathedral, 30-35 minutes to Plaza Espana, 15-20 minutes to Palacio do Pilatos, 15-20 minute to Setas, 1 minute to Her ules de Alameda Plaza where you can find many bars and tapaserias). Some noise from the other guests in the patio, the bed from the bedroom is quite hard, 1 coach is not so confortable

• Mario (10/5): Exceptional - After finding the properly, all worked well. We did not require keys, just codes which facilitate the entrance/exit of the place. Also very safe from all perspectives It was difficult to find the apartment number from the street. The address which states in the apartment information says 8, and the real one was 9 (or the other way around). This is all about updating the correct info in the instructions.
