- Karen (9/5): Good location and facilities for travelling through Spain to Portugal. - Good location for our journey to Portugal. Easy to find, a nice cafeteria on site, served snacks, meals and tapas. Excellent restaurant also on site. Bonus was we could stay with our dog.

- Benjamin (10/5): Excellent - Perfect location for us when travelling from Santander to Valencia. One of the best nights sleep on perfect beds. Nice bar area with some really nice snacks. Hope to pass here again.

- Camille (5/5): Not a terrible property but have privacy concerns - The location was good, and the room was a good size. Overall, it was quiet, and the parking was good. We didn't try the restaurant, so we can't comment on that. The room didn't get very dark at night and the sun rose right into the room. They took scans of our passports, which they aren't supposed to do according to a 2021 law (we checked in online the night before and already entered our info, so they had it and didn't need the passport copies). They also tried to have us sign paperwork for another guest, so the whole check-in process felt very sketchy. I wouldn't stay here again just based on these issues.

El personal no es muy agradable. La habitación solo disponía de 1 enchufe libre en la pared opuesta a la cama. La calidad-precio es totalmente desproporcionada.

- Diego (8/5): - Habitación reformada, blanca, limpia y moderna. Ducha estupenda. La ventana con triple cristal no dejaba entrar ni un ruido del exterior. Demasiado calor en habitaciones, la mía mía no disponía de AC, solamente ventilador, cierto que estaba en plena ola de calor.

À notre arrivée l’hôtel a eu un souci avec la chaudière, il a fallu ce plaindre à trois fois ( arrivé à 19:00 ) pour enfin que l’hôtel ce décide à nous proposer un de leur partenaire pour nous héberger (22:30) pas d’eau chaude et pas de chauffage a savoir aussi que la température extérieure était de -4 a -5 degrés…. Je vous raconte pas le froid, mon fils est même tombé malade (bronchite) alors qu’à notre arrivée ils pouvaient déjà prévoir le coup ….. je leur souhaite de répare leur chaudière….. car au moment même a pour nous proposer des tonnes de couvertures proposez directement l’alternative

Plenty of spots to charge electric vehicles outside, as well as free parking in the back. Nothing negative to point out. The room was small and basic, but well within expectations.

We arrived after check-in time There was a mix up as another (late) customer took our key as well as his own. The manager returned to the hotel to resolve the problem. They offered complimentary breakfast to compensate, which was excellent.

- Jaime (4/5): Bonito pero super caluroso - Localización y estado de instalaciones, trato de personal. Hacia muchísimo calor, solo habia un ventilador de techo y hasta la cama estaba caliente de calor. La habiatacion estaba caliente, las escaleras de subida a la habitación eran un horno. .e resulta extraño que el bar tenga ese sistema de aire acondicionado tan bueno y luego las habitaciones sean hornos, al menos la nuestra.

Saltaba la luz por la noche por lo que el ventilador no funcionaba. No podíamos cargar los móviles. Si abres las ventanas teníamos justo unas luces y entraban los mosquitos. Llamamos a recepción pero a partir de las 23:00 no hay nadie. Es más un restaurante que un hotel. La parte del hotel la tienen muy descuidada. No hay ascensor. Llegamos a las 16:00 y la habitación aún no estaba preparada. Aunque nos pidieron disculpas y nos invitaron a un café. Ha sido el peor hotel y con diferencia en el que nos hemos alojado. Relación precio calidad muy bajo. Hotel pesimo.

- Alexandra (7/5): Good and easy access for a break on the road. - Nice hotel and cafeteria, pretty clean and fair prices for good food. The bedding is ok, not perfect but good for a couple nights stay on the way to Portugal. Easily accessible for the highway and to go visit Burgos. The restaurant was too expensive for us but seemed awesome, the cafeteria on the other hand was perfect for a nice and easy meal, very fair prices, good food. There was no AC in the room, just a fan.

- Irlapes (8/5): Buena opción a 3km de Burgos. - Estaba muy limpio, y tiene varios puntos de carga de vehículos eléctricos en la misma puerta. No tenía aire acondicionado y nuestra habitación triple daba a poniente. Eso sí, tiene ventilador de techo y por la noche en Brugos refresca aunque sea verano. Otro punto que no nos gustó es que no tiene ascensor y aunque es solo una planta, son dos tramos de escalera.
