- Lesia (10/5): Amazing host and cozy big apartment - Amazing owner - Dimitris helped us with all the needs, so friendly and attentive person! He even took us to a big supermarket because we were with a child and needed to prepare a special meal at home. The apartments are large and cozy! Sometimes we heard karaoke at night from a nearby bar, which prevented us from falling asleep.

- Noa (8/5): Nice and comfortable apartment - The apartment complex is very nice and pastoral. The apartment was very comfortable and had a kitchen with everything you need for cooking. The washing machine was good and the staff was very nice and helpful. The shower was pretty small, and at night there were some noises from upstairs. If you are sensitive to noise at night, this may be disturbing.
- Yevheniia (10/5): Sehr schön - Es sind nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Strand. Er ist lang und es gibt dort genügend Plätze. In nur 2 Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß die Hauptstraße mit vielen Restaurants und Geschäften. Alles war sehr schön dort. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss und bietet einen schönen Blick auf den Olivengarten. Auch der süße Kater darf nicht unerwähnt bleiben – wir haben ihn gefüttert. Auf der Insel benötigt man ein Auto, aber vom Apartment aus ist alles leicht zu erreichen. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns in allen Belangen unterstützt.
- Callista (10/5): Absolutely fantastic, would 100% recommend - Lovely clean spacious apartment very close to the main strip of Kalamaki which has so many great places to eat and have a drink. Friendly owner that helped us with anything that we needed. Thank you :) Everything was great - just something to be aware of if there are elderly people or people with mobility requirements staying here - they may struggle with the walk to the beach. The closest walk is 10 mins but it’s further if you want to be by a beach bar.
- Laura (10/5): - The apartment was immaculate! Location is perfect for bars and restaurants and the beach. The host was so friendly and welcoming, waiting for us when we got there and always around if we needed him. Would definitely stay here again!

We were 3 adults and one baby, we had plenty of space for everything, kitchen and big fridge was a plus, the terrace was amazing. Close to the beach (10 min walk) and very close to main road - restaurants and markets. Dimitris was the best host we ever had. From restaurant recommendations, car hire, call for taxi, good communication, he was very friendly and kind. On our last day, due to bad weather no airplane could land, it was chaos and we were stuck. After 7 hours with the baby and lots of baggage in the airport, at 22:00 I called Dimitris and he arranged for a taxi and offered us the apartment back. That was very kind, we were tired and with wet clothes. Thank you, Dimitris a lot, you saved our day! The only negative thing was the noise from the karaoke night on main street.

Very good air con and fridge freezer. Washing machine a bonus. Tiny shower cubicle and with a shower curtain. Tile cement on bedroom floor tiles made bedroom look grubby and unwelcoming. Bar above can be a little noisy.

- Anastasia (10/5): - Właściciel Dimitris jest bardzo miły i zawsze pomocny – reagował natychmiast na każdą prośbę. Klimatyzacja w każdym pokoju działa sprawnie, łóżka są bardzo wygodne. Do plaży około 10 minut spacerem, do świetnej restauracji Greek Stories – 5 minut (polecamy!), a do sklepu również ok. 5 minut. Mimo bliskości głównej ulicy w apartamencie jest cicho i spokojnie. Świetne miejsce na pobyt w Kalamaki – zdecydowanie polecamy!

- Clara V. (8/5): Ottima posizione e bel giardino! - Il punto di forza degli appartamenti è sicuramente la parte esterna. Offrono un grande giardino dove si può mangiare nel proprio patio ed anche giocare (noi avendo un bimbo di 4 anni era ideale)! C'è anche una doccia che si può utilizzare liberamente e tante comode sedie a dondolo appese agli alberi. L'appartamento era fornito dell'essenziale per soggiornare ed era comodo. La posizione è ottima, si è nella via parallela alla strada principale di Kalamaki dove si trovano tutti i negozietti, ristoranti ed anche un parco giochi per bimbi con gonfiabili e varie attrazioni! Inoltre si è vicinissimi alla spiaggia di Kalamaki che è super per i bimbi avendo acqua bassa e cristallina. La struttura nel complesso ci ha soddisfatto, alcune note secondo me migliorabili ci sono. Innanzitutto manca la lavatrice, noi abbiamo soggiornato 10 notti e ci avrebbe fatto comodo (anche una comune agli appartamenti). Su consiglio di Dimitri lì vicino c'è un albergo (a 50mt) dove si può fare la lavatrice, il costo di ogni lavaggio è di € 7. Altra cosa secondo me che bisogna migliorare è l'acustica, gli appartamenti, o perlomeno il nostro, sono posizionati sotto alle cucine credo dei pub che danno sulla strada principale, la sera quindi risultano essere molto rumorosi. Noi avendo il bimbo di 4 andavamo a letto non tardissimo ed almeno fino all'1 di notte c'era molto rumore. Ultima cosa la pulizia iniziale non era perfetta ma Dimitri ha subito rimediato, è stato molto molto gentile durante tutto il soggiorno!

The yard is very generous and you can park the car inside the gate. The owner is a wonderful host, always available for our requests. The pictures form the site are real. The shower could've been bigger.

The host, Dimitris and Veneranda, was super friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed — it really made us feel at home. The apartment was large, spotless, and had so much storage space! The kitchen had everything we needed, and it was a joy to cook there. Everything felt so comfortable and well thought out. The location is perfect — just a short 10-minute walk to the beach or a quick 2–3 minute drive. There are lots of great restaurants and shops nearby, so we always had something to explore. We truly loved every moment and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Zakynthos!

Clean and comfortable place. - The owner Dimitris was an extremely helpful and chill guy, he helped us out in every aspect possible, and we could reach him at any time of day! When we arrived, the house was clean, and well supplied. The AC is door automatic which was pleasant, and the fridge was nice and big, able to fit food for 6 of us. The aparment is located below several restaurants, one of which had karaoke, so there was loud music and singing above us at night, but since we had plenty of things to do throughout the day, we were so tired that it didn't matter to us. Just be aware, that if you can only sleep in complete silence, this might annoy you.

The location is central, when it comes to entertainment and restaurants, but rather far from the beach: a 10-15 min walk under the burning sun. At least it's flat :). We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment and services provided. Thank you again, Dimitris! The running water in the apartment is salty, so it cannot be used for cooking or drinking. But it's probably a Zakynthos thing, not a Plaza Apartments issue.

Spacious apartment inside and out. Lovely garden area. Only thing that could possibly make it a bit better would be a washing machine and possibly a microwave oven.

- Barbara (9/5): A fantastic holiday with lovely hosts - We liked the location of the apartment- right in the centre of Kalamaki. The apartment offered space for our family of 4 with two teenagers. Beds were comfortable and everything was in perfect working condition. The huge fridge freezer came in handy for freezing water for the scorching days by the pool. Nothing was too much trouble for Dimitris, he was always ready to help. We didn’t have to worry about the cleaning essentials as they were all there. I can’t forget to mention the air con - it kept the apartment lovely and cool and it helped to have separate units in both bedrooms. Overall, we had a fantastic holiday and will be recommending the place to friends and family for future stays. Slight niggle was ants wanting to share the kitchen with us but those sort of things are to be expected in hot climate.

- Lucia (10/5): Holiday in Zante - I booked the apartment for my brother and his friends for an holiday week in Zakynthos and my choice was the best. The apartment was big enough to host 5 people, clean and the position excellent for them who stayed every night in Laganas (reachable by scooter in 5mins). The host Dimitri was excellent, starting from the beginning giving me all the information I needed to make their stay the most comfortable and safe. My brother had an accident during their stay (which could ruin his holiday at all), but Dimitri helped him to solve the situation. He couldn’t do more for them.

It is definitely not worth the 132 euros per night. The rooms were not very clean, and the kitchen utensils were of poor quality, including dull knives, no kitchen paper, no body/hair hygiene products, and inconveniently placed items in both the kitchen and bathroom. The apartment felt like bunker with poor ventilation. Our sleep for all seven days was ruined due to constant noise from the shop/cafe above during mornings, lunch and evening. Additionally, the bath ventilation and fridge were very loud. The water in the shower and kitchen was consistently salty, making it feel like we were showering in the sea. Sometimes, we even smelled fuel after showering. The water quality was terrible, making it impossible to brush our teeth due to the disgusting taste. Don't get cheated by the size, yes it's big but not worth your destroyed holidays.

- Cojocaru (9/5): Superb - Our host was very friendly and helpful, the location is a ten minute walk from the beach and very near to restaurants and bars. The apartment is big, with AC in each room and a kitchen packed with everything you need.
- Jenny (10/5): Exceptional - The hosts were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. We felt very welcomed. Our apartment was very spacious and clean, with air conditioning in all rooms. The location was ideal for the beach and just off the main strip. The only fault was that there was no safe.

- Andrea (10/5): Perfect accommodation 🤩 - Spacious apartment with equipment. There is a supermarket nearby and a beach a short distance away. I liked the terrace which was sufficiently covered and private. It was possible to park in the area without any problems. The environment (garden) of the apartments was pleasant, quiet. Children can go crazy with the ball there. What was most awesome was the staff. They are very friendly and when we asked them for help with the light, they immediately fixed it even though it was already late in the evening.

- Claudia (9/5): Quiet, easy, comfortable, functional/ Great place! - Perfect apartment for me! It was close to supermarkets, shops, beaches but with ‘green’ view and quiet place. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The hosts were so nice and very helpfully people. I felt like ‘home’. With you are a group of friends you can rent separate apartments and still been ‘together’ as they are located close to each other. There is no pool, but who needs pool, with all the noise and with all the beautiful beach’s that are around? I will come back! Thank Verendana & Dimitris Nothing

We highly recommend this apartment, you will have friendly hosts and a safe and beautiful stay.

Appartments have great location, parking for a car, big garden, terrase, fast and extremely well working internet. Many restaurants and bars can be reached within 5-10 minutes of walking
- Mark (10/5): Exceptional - Kalamaki is the perfect location on the island. The back garden is perfect for the kids. The flat size was perfect for the parents. The two kids and my wife and I. The hosts were perfectly friendly and accommodating. The beach was a lovely 15 mins walk. Just perfect! There was nothing. I loved the place.

- Alkisti (10/5): perfect stay! - the garden view, the veranda for our breakfasts, the proximity to kalamaki beach, (we had a car for the rest), the lovely welcome and availability of the owners to help us, their presence on the property, the comfy beds, air con in every room, mosquito netting , and clean kitchen and bathroom with everything needed to cook our meals with, extra towels, the place was great and good value during high season!
