• Gordana (10/5): - Very affordable place, excellent rooms, excellent location, clean and quiet and great hosts. We visited as tourists. In contrast to other reviews, we found that there was very little construction noise. It is very close to a metro and buses. Transportation to the tourist centre is not difficult and very quick. Google Maps is very inaccurate. Cafes and supermarkets are very close. Bear in mind that reservations are not for a specific room. We were moved to an excellent room that was fortunately available. Pictures listed here are accurate. Our rooms were very spacious and cleaned regularly, even topped up with water. Sadly there was no WiFi at higher levels, though there was on the ground floor.

• Weber Laura (10/5): - Ich hatte einen eintägigen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und habe gemeinsam mit meiner Familie in einem 1+1-Apartment übernachtet. Das wohnungsähnliche Konzept hat uns sofort überzeugt und für eine sehr angenehme, beinahe heimische Atmosphäre gesorgt. Die Unterkunft war sauber, modern und funktional eingerichtet, sodass man sich auch bei einem kurzen Aufenthalt rundum wohlfühlen kann. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Service: Herr Sefa war äußerst freundlich, aufmerksam und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Auch das übrige Personal war sehr herzlich im Umgang. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt war die vorhandene Tiefgarage, die für uns besonders praktisch war, da wir mit dem eigenen Auto angereist sind. Insgesamt eine rundum positive Erfahrung.

The rooms were fully equipped with everything you might need, including an iron, ironing board, all kinds of kitchen utensils, and even an oven, which really elevated the level of comfort. The hotel facilities were excellent. Additionally, the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, especially Mr. Sefa, made this experience even more special. I would definitely recommend it. Nothing

Или если хотите слышать каждый шаг или же каждый поход в туалет по большому вашего соседям с разных сторон вам нужно обязательно приехать сюда. Стены очень тонкие всю ночь слышал как занимается любовью соседи как они кричат орут и строят разбирательства. Все было настолько слышно что жена подумала что я смотрю Турецкий сериал а на самом деле я не смотрел я просто все слушал в реальном времени

• Lin Sok (8/5): - Jde o poměrně dobrou lokalitu blízko veřejné hromadné dopravy. V okolí jsou restaurace, obchody a příjemné prostředí. Do ubytování se lze dostat velmi dobře i z letiště. Ubytování je ale jinak dobré, prostorné a pohodlné. V zařízení chybí některé vybavení jako koště, lopatka, papírové utěrky do kuchyně, houbička na nádobí atd.

• Phebe (8/5): Very good - The suite was the perfect size for us, everything was clean and tidy. The staff at the front desk went above and beyond helping us with ordering food online or for recommendations for cafes/restaurants in the area, as our Turkish isn’t very good! One of us used the sofa bed and it was very firm which was a bit uncomfortable, and the pillow was quite lumpy.

During the stay we found out that putting dishes in the dishwasher and turning it on was also provided by the cleaning crew. Thus, we would have not needed to worry about the nonexistent dishwasher tab in the kitchen.
• Zainab (7/5): Good area, spacious apartment - The apartment was spacious and was close to stores, and the reception staff were friendly too. The cleaning staff were also very friendly, helpful, and sweet. It’s nice they have an oven too The bed was uncomfortable and caused back issues, and there were basic necessities missing such as soap, a sponge and fairy liquid too. For the amount that I paid for the apartment, I’d expect these basics to be provided, but they weren’t. I ended up having to buy a chopping board too

We got wet in the rain, and in the room there was a hot radiators and a clothes dryer - the clothes dried quickly. We lived in a smoking room, but there was no smell. There were no kitchen utensils.

• Ralitsa (8/5): Very good hotel with spacious apartments. - The hotel is great! There are actually two separate hotels in one building Armoni Residence and Leos Residence. The apartments are spacious and comfortable, can’t say anything bad. It was clean and cozy, with big bedrooms, bathroom and nice kitchen with dishwasher. In the kitchen you have plates, cups and cutlery but there isn’t tabs for the dishwasher or sponge and soap to wash them, which is kind of uncomfortable, but not that big of a deal. The hotel have underground parking which was a big plus for us, so we can leave our car safely while exploring the city. The location in Beşiktaş was great for us. Away from the most touristy areas but close to some very beautiful neighborhoods like Beyoğlu, Bebek, Kadıköy. There is Şişli metro station not that far from the hotel, to where you can get by foot or whit bus 30A. We didn’t like that we had to change apartments. After we arrived, the staff told us after the first night we have to change the apartment for the second night. They didn’t explain why until the second day when one very polite man from the staff finally told us that the problem was because there was a football match between Galata Saray and Arsenal and some of the fans didn’t leave as expected. We totally understand the situation, but they just could have explained that earlier.

• -andrew_s- (9/5): I recommend this place and apartments for stay in Istanbul. - All requests were served less than half an hour. Most of them were complete less then 10 minutes. Thanks a bunch to Mr. Tuncay! Easy access to/from the airport, attractions on the European side of Istanbul and the Asian side via the Bosphorus Bridge by bus. You are like on a crossroad - any direction you'd like is accessible for you! A good enough place for a family with two children, if there are no noisy guests on the same floor. (We were lucky!) It's quiet outside at night. Сurtains provides good black out. Easy access to food stores any you like (1 to 7 mins by walk) Some ballpen writings on a kitchen wall. Electric oven worked for 1.5 mins and than the switch in electric box is switching off completely not allowing you to switch it back. Sound isolation is not good. We lived on 1st floor, just in front of elevator and we can even heard music playing in the elevator stopped on the ground floor.
• Rudaw (1/5): Not advise anyone to visit them and pay their money and get noise and bad bahavoiur instead of relaxing - The location of the property was good for transportation I recorded some video’s for noise and bad behaviors of reception but there is no place to share it - The behavior of customer service - The location was inside a construction area so we should to wake-up early because Noise of drillings - I think the price was high at that time due to this Noise - we spend two days without washing machine, not working, the customer service says it is not their problem and they will try to fixing after response of the maintenance company. Means we paid full amount for wrong place - they took our clothes to laundry but they not return back completely. - the apart was dirty - booking.com mistake to recommend this please without checking

It's just once during all 5 days and i left in the middle of my total stay due to this zero standard of qualifications I don't recommend this place ever also it's fees is too much high compared with thier zero level of services

• Natalia (6/5): too high rating on Booking for the offered service - The apartments are 15-20 min walk from Cevahir mall, the rooms and bathroom are spacious, lots of storage space for your luggage and clothes, the reception is 24h open. The apartments are very outdated, especially the bathroom, they don’t provide even a basic package that helps you accommodate. Only the bathroom towels and toilet paper provided during the stay and one time 2 small bottles of water , no toiletries, no dishwash liquid and sponge, no tea towels, only 3 pots for cooking including a frying pan that can’t be used in anyway as it is scratched to the root, no salt, no sugar , only some cheap tea bags and coffee. No proper sets for tea mugs, glasses, cooking pots very limited in bad condition. The washing machine was faulty, the bathroom walls and shower were dirty and the shower mosaic floor coming out and impossible to sanitize , the cleaning was very superficial everywhere, even the towels old and grey. Even though the staff tries to be helpful and replaced some inconveniences , we wouldn’t suggest this place for tourists with families as our stay wasn’t pleasant as it was expected from reviews and photos.

The only thing we didn’t like was the noise from outside at bedrooms. I think the windows are not very good at keeping the noise.
• Gulnara (10/5): I liked it & recommend to everyone who is looking for comfortable long stay in heart of Istanbul business center - 1) location is just perfect 2) very friendly & good English speaking reception 3) Checked me in early without any problems 4) rooms are well equipped & organized+very wide 1) in general rooms need to be refreshed in decoration +good dry cleaning of curtains & fabric furniture is required 2) room was dirty, despite it was cleaned, but after my request to re do it, they did really well & I didn’t need any service for other days
• Maria (10/5): Lovely encounters - We really enjoyed our stay, everybody was very nice and helped as with every problem that we encountered, we were 2 girls and felt very safe. Loved the personal, I recommend.
• Amir (6/5): Good place but pictures gives expectations for better appartment. - We had appartment 707. Helpful staff. Good view and a large apartment. Nice gym in the 10th floor. Many restaurants and coffee shops just few minutes walking distance. Large apartment missing useful furniture. No chairs or tables in the bedrooms. No microwave. Very few dishes. Only 5 plates and 5 glasses! Impossible to use the dishwasher when you have so few available dishes. Old bathroom missing a shower. Smelling smoke from noisy appartment in the same floor.

• Ares (10/5): Exceptional - The hotel was really nice and clean. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. We were granted early check in as we arrived in the morning and got the room right away and also we were awarded a late check out. Thanks Tuncay for all his help.
• Lukman (9/5): Superb - Staff were very helpful, especially Tuncay and Gokhan. And the housekeepers.
• Diana (9/5): Superb - very spacious, warm, good wifi, netflix, nice furniture (some bits were pretty old though), nice bakery very close by, fairly close to the Metro. some of the furniture (one bedroom and bath) was a bit old
