• Helder (3/5): Unfortunately disappointing overall. - Nothing worth mentioning. No elevator on a 4 floor building. Living room and kitchen area dimensions were small. Pillows were uncomfortable. Staff only helps with requests if you pay extra money. Lack of flexibility on cancellation policy.

Hanno stipato 5 persone in una stanza di appena otto metri quadri - La posizione rispetto alla linea metro L’inesistenza di comprensione e comunicazione con lo staff, che non ha minimamente risolto il nostro problema (mancava un futon e uno dei prenotati ha dovuto dormire per terra la prima notte e altrove le successive), risposte automatiche a domande di aiuto, una cosa davvero imbarazzante.

Aucune aide pour les valises bien que l'appartement était inoccupé a l'arrivée et au depart. Odeur de tuyauterie horrible, pas de support pour la corriger. Appartment finalement sale avec un aspirateur plein de poussière. Pas d'ascenseur et escalier tres étroit, und galère pour monter les valises, surtout pour une femme. Espace pour les poubelles souvent plein et besoin de réclamer une action
• Maria (8/5): Good option to stay - The accessiblity to train stations, convenient/grocery stores and restaurant. My first night was okay. The building lights were off. It was too dark. After it was reported, the management went and fixed it.

• Cabada (7/5): We really enjoy our stay and the place was good. Thank you very much for allowed us to stay. - The main thing we all liked was the toilet first time after a 14 hour fly we seat in a super comforted toilet. Then another thing we like the most was the location, and accessibility of the pad. We were happy with the place thank you very much. Well the A/C unit does not have instruction in other language but Japanese, but we used our translator, then it was difficult to keep the heat at a constant temperature. The other thing the shower room had an extractor that work all the time and was loud we put it off and came back by itself.

• Christine (2/5): Would not stay here again. - The location was the only thing that was good. The property was not clean, and smelled absolutely terrible. Right when we walked in we were hit with the smell of sewage. The property has no staff on site, but eventually (after lots of looking) we were able to find a QR code to scan for info on how to reach someone. We tried to call, but no one answered. I emailed, and finally heard back. The customer service person didn't seem very concerned with our issue, but after many emails back and forth they did finally get someone to come check out the smell the following day. We also arrived to hairs in the bed, dirty floors, and no linens (pillow cases or sheets or duvet cover) for the futon bed that we were supplied. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had in a long time. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere that employs humans on site to help you when things go wrong.
• Munirah (6/5): Pleasant - I love the area , many convenience stores and located closely to train station When i booked , i was not notified it was at 5th floor without elevator . Found out couple of days before coming . The room was smaller than pictures that have been displayed on the website .
• Sui (6/5): Smart tech clean room with insufficient bedsheets, one toilet roll and zero tv connection. - Modern Smart technology house with high tech locking system. Clean environment. Near food shops and supermarkets. Beds/sleep: Not enough bedding, pillows and bedsheets for the two mattresses we were provided. The two mattresses were also not made up and had loose strands of hair. There was only one toilet roll for my family of four persons for three days stay. We had to buy toilet paper in between stay. There was no storage of luggage prior to check-in. Highly inconvenient. The room was very cold even with Heater on. The floors were very cold to stand on. The TV connection didn't work and we couldn't even watch local tv networks. No check in information provided such as what shops nearby, how to use room lights etc.
• Andrey (8/5): Decent place for a few days - It's more spacious than most of the places I have been in Japan. Quite street and comfy bed. The host is responsive enough. There is no iron and the host refused to provide such... 21st century, smart toilet, but no standart amenities. There is a wardrobe, but it was full with the temporary bed for a third person. The air conditioner is very weak and needs to be servised.
• Daniel (6/5): I can recommend here but be aware of its shortfalls - Convenient area / new and clean property. The room we had on the first floor didn’t have much natural light. The system for getting in and out of the building and rooms was very confusing. It took us quite a while to figure out. I actually had to help two other people get into their rooms during our stay as I noticed them also struggling outside. Once you understand it though it’s simple enough. One of the people I helped was on the fourth floor - there is no lift so I helped her as she was struggling with her suitcases to climb up the stairs

• Jason (7/5): 2nights - The property has a good location. It is clean and very thoughtful owner prepared whatever needed. it don’t have a elevator and the staircase is narrow. at the same time the check in procedure is tedious.

• 재식 (1/5): If I had known all of this, I would never have booked it - The cleanliness is good. The accommodation location with Shibuya, Ginza, Odaiba, and Narita Airport is not bad. I thought it was check-in time like normal accommodation, but this place can only be checked in after 4 o'clock. There is no floor heating at all, so it's very cold in winter. If the floor is not heated, we should at least provide indoor shoes. The shower was an uncomfortable facility to wash. This accommodation was the worst of dozens of international travel accommodations. It's not comfortable because it's cold, so it's not cost-effective. If I had known all of this, I would never have booked it. I think it's based on the fact that we haven't had such a review of the accommodation so far.

• Charoensintaweekul (8/5): Good Place, a bit confusing at first, but it's a bargain ! - - Average Location, 6 mins walk to Akebo no bashi , hard to find at first, but was fine after that - Really like that there's a laundry machine - The heating dryer was totally cool and useful - The postbox ( in the first place ) was too hard to understand for me. ( the provided video clip was a bit unuseful ) - All buttons of the A/C remote and the dryer's panel was all Japanese, would be better to attach the translation to the wall nearby. - Trash separation was kinda confusing tasks. I'm still not sure if I had separate them correctly. - No Japanese TV
• Little (8/5): Very good - it was very comfortable. the water pressure was a little low but we couldn’t figure out how to change it on the machine in the bathroom.
