- Linda (9/5): A couple from Canada - Great location for walking to the old town centre, the river, several gardens or anywhere in Murcia. The apartment was clean, quiet, comfortable and secure. It had three lovely large windows (door size) with metal grating across the lower part, shutters and curtains that both worked easily. We appreciated the large walk in shower, extra towels, a drying rack and access to a terrace up a set of stairs. The refrigerator is small.

- Jan (9/5): Smart, comfortable and quiet apartment in convenient location. - The apartment was very clean with comfortable beds and a good shower in a spacious bathroom. There are stone steps up to the bedroom so care is needed but the banister was lit to make it easier. It is quiet because it is tucked away in a little close off a small pedestrianised lane. This made it a bit difficult to find - but once there, you realise how convenient it is, being halfway between the old town(cathedral etc) and the shopping district. Very little - a mirror in the bedroom upstairs would be very useful, some pictures maybe to personalise it a bit. And a kettle for those of us who prefer tea!But these are small details.

The location was absolutely perfect, right in the city centre and just a few footsteps away from a busy shopping street, as well as plenty of cafés and restaurants. Accessing the apartment was easy and straightforward. The host was very helpful and communicated with us straight away, staying in touch throughout the trip and quickly answering any questions we had, including requests for extra towels. The apartment itself was large and spacious, with all the amenities you could need, including a safety deposit box, iron and ironing board, washing machine, fridge, microwave, and TV. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the pillows were great too, we had an excellent night’s sleep. The bathroom was also very good, with a powerful shower. There is a nearby car park just a couple of minutes’ walk away. You receive a 40% discount, bringing the total to €18 per day, which is very convenient. Overall, everything was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return again!

Piso cómodo y con todo lo necesario para un viaje corto Pese a estar en zona céntrica muy tranquilo. El piso estaba algo sucio, caminé 10 min descalzo en el piso (recién entramos) y mis pies quedaron negros.

It was very spacious, with a couch, a washing machine (they even provided detergent), a microwave, and a refrigerator. We were only there for one night, but it was very, very comfortable. Plus, it was right in the city center, so you could walk everywhere from there. Since the apartment is located in the pedestrian zone, you can't park near it. So we tried to find a spot in the public parking lots. But you can forget about that in the city center. We ended up having to park in a parking garage.
