• Sarah (10/5): Perfect location, beautiful property, and a memorable stay. - The views from the private terrace were absolutely amazing. The Colosseum was literally a 5-minute walk through a beautiful park, and all other main locations were within easy walking distance. We would definitely recommend this accommodation and happily stay here again The only small thing was that the terrace could have been a little tidier, but the incredible views more than made up for it. Everything else was wonderful, from the great communication to the warm welcome on arrival. Overall, it’s an amazing property and we had a fantastic stay.

En la cocina muy poco menaje(3 cucharillas pequeñas) y caja de la campana deteriorada. Bastante "dejada" la parte del balcón del apartamento.

Do Koloseum 5 minut, do metra linii B również, do metra linii A 10 min spacerem skąd jechaliśmy do Watykanu, do fontanny Di Trevi 2km spacerem. Wszędzie blisko. Spokojna okolica. Na wprost wejścia do budynku typowo włoski bar z kawą, rogalikami i kanapkami. To był nasz najlepszy wybór ! Dziękujemy 😊

• Kim (10/5): Exceptional - This was the perfect stay for New Year’s Eve! The private terrace was exceptional for watching the fireworks, truly magical. Fabrizio organised a private transfer from the airport, met us at the apartment to show us around and even left wine, beer, coke, water and snacks, going over and above to give us the most comfortable and special experience. The shower didn’t get too hot but this didn’t detract from how fabulous our stay was.

• Peter (10/5): We absolutely wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. - The location was exceptional. Just a few minutes walk from the Coliseum, 2 different grocery stores, lots of different restaurants. The hosts were amazing. Met us at the door, explained the layout of the apartment and neighborhood, and even left us some water and snacks. They also checked in with us everyday to make sure we didn't have any questions about anything. They also arranged for private cars for us at very reasonable rates. The view from the rooftop was to die for. There a washing machine in the kitchen - very convienent. There wasn't anything we didn't like.

• GARY (7/5): we loved the apartment and it’s location and the views from the terrorist. Were disappointed in the condition of both te - Location was great, apartment was also great. The view from the rooftop terrace was awesome and the hot the property manager was very helpful and good to deal with. He helped us with transfers around Rome and gave us lots of useful information. We were disappointed with the outdoor terrace deck areas. They were very in need of some TLC, but did have great views from the terrace, but the other patio just looked into other people‘s windows.
• gordan (10/5): Exceptional stay in Rome - Absolutely everything! Nice and spacious appartment in an elegant building near Colosseum with two terraces, one with a stunning view. As a super nice touch, we were provided with cold water, beer, Coke, snacks and croissants, coffe and a bottle of wine! Lovely host who greeted us, provided all the necessary information ( like sights and restaurants in the vicinity , as we arrived quite late)and got us extra keys and some more coffee next days. We really felt welcome and special here. This experience was far beyod usual generic apartments and hotel rooms! Everything exeptional!

• Tracy (10/5): Fabulous trip with a great vibe. 🩷 - Absolutely amazing location overlooking the colusseum. Fabulous roof terrace where you can see right across Rome. Lovely Italian building with an inside lift. Fridge stocked with water, beer and wine. Lovely kind owners. We contacted them once we had left and once through security at the airport realised we had left over £350, keys and bank cards in the safe. They were sent out to us registered post at no cost to ourselves. Lovely to know there are still many honest people in the world. Lots of gorgeous little bars and restaurants. Advise going down many of the side streets as prices can change dramatically. Would recommend visiting Trastevere. This place is quaint with lots of little streets with many little bars and restaurants. It’s about 30min walk from the Coluseeum. Would totally recommend this to our friends. Nothing
• Audra (10/5): Exceptional - The location was ideal for our purposes. The spectacular views over Rome sold us on the apartment. It was surprisingly tranquil. The rooftop felt a little unloved but the table and chairs were in good order. We had a junior gull for company, but it didn't bother us.

• Whyte (8/5): Cosy with best views in Rome - The location was fabulous. A few moments from the Colosseum. The views from the terrace were astonishing. Possibly the best view in Rome. Having the sole use of the terrace and view is why we paid the hefty price. It was spotlessly clean. The apartment was very small, though with a large bedroom. Only suitable for a couple. It was very tired and old fashioned and full of IKEA furniture though it was very comfortable and cosy.

• Aoife (8/5): A great spot to base yourself in Rome. Would stay here again. - Fantastic location, only 10 minutes walk to the Colosseum. Lovely terrace immediately adjoining apartment , and a gorgeous rooftop terrace up a short flight of stairs, which we had to ourselves. Comfy beds, well supplied kitchen. The host kindly left us some cold drinks, a nice bottle of Chianti, and pastries for the following morning. Also a coffee machine, with plenty of coffee pods. Also gave us plenty of recommendations for restaurants in the immediate area + in other parts of Rome Not much, it really was a fantastic spot to stay. Only small criticism was re bathroom -- the toilet seat was broken + the bathroom fan is very noisy.
• Wendy (10/5): Perfect apartment in a quiet street. - Perfect location in a quiet street with so many Roman ruins nearby. Large sized bedroom with a big comfy bed. Close walk to the Colosseum and near to lots of restaurants and sandwich shops. The view from the terrace upstairs had a fantastic view over Rome. The host, Fabio, was lovely. He gave us snacks and drinks when we arrived and was so kind and helpful. If we ever return to Rome, we would definitely stay in this apartment again. Nothing
• Mohammad (10/5): I encourage anyone who reads this to take this apartment - The house is cozy/clean/ and in a perfect location. My family and I were so happy to have gotten this apartment not only for the space it provides which is bigger than most rooms in Rome but also for the amazing view of Rome from the terrace. Our host was also one of the best, very accommodating and kind and made our stay very comfortable and sweet. Really happy with the new memories we made in Rome

• 1344668 (7/5): Good - Location was excellent. 15 minute walk to Colloseum and close to restaraunts and transport. Nice bottle of wine and some condiments were a nice touch. The rooftop balcony was also lovely. Fabrizio who met us was very helpful & gave us many suggestions on where to eat. The apartment needed some things fixed. The shiower water pressure was poor. The sheets in the bedroom were thin and poor quality,the bidet didn't work, the rug in the lounge room needs replacing or cleaning.
• Jennifer (9/5): Close to everything, spacious, good air con - Amazing location, walking distance to everything with lots of good cafes and restaurants in the vicinity. The apartment managers were friendly and quick to respond to any of our questions or issues that popped up. They also arranged an airport transfer which was really helpful. The apartment has plenty of space and the airconditioning works well in both the bedroom and lounge area. The bed is comfy with good pillows and the shutters completely block out any light. The huge private roof terrace has a fabulous view over Rome (accessible via stairs). Plus there is a water fountain outside the front door which is really handy. We would absolutely choose to stay here again

• Anna (10/5): Unique place - Stunning property. Beautiful, quiet flat at the top floor, with balcony and the most incredible view of Rome one can imagine. The apartment has everything whats needed, even for a longer stay. Perhaps a dishwasher would be great addition :) Apartment is in a lovely neighbourhood (5 minutes walk to Colloseum) but at the same time in a local, friendly and quiet area with plenty shops and restaurants. Kind and friendly hosts! Preparing welcome drinks and snacks is such a nice idea! We felt welcomed!

• Phil (10/5): Made the right choice booking here. - On arrival, we were met by Fabrizio, he was the perfect host, he showed us around the apartment and settled us in. There was a lovely bottle of wine and some beers in the fridge, plus some nice pastries to eat. This apartment is absolutely fabulous. It was clean, comfortable, and spacious, and the kitchen was well equipped. The rooftop garden was a real bonus with lovely views towards the Colosseum. It's very central and there are many places nearby to visit and good restaurants were not hard to find. If we come to Rome again, this apartment will be at the top of our list. Would definitely recommend it to my family and friends. The Internet was a bit of an issue, but Fabio provided us with a small piece of equipment that allowed us to have full Internet.

• Damian (9/5): Great place to stay. Great views from rooftop terrace - The host was very welcoming. Fabio met us quite late in the evening and showed us around. We were greeted with a bottle of red wine, milk, sugar, tea and coffee and croissants. Fabio brought additional cups and plates the following morning and organised cleaners for the middle of our stay. The balcony was great for breakfast and the roof-top terrace for our sole use (but separate from the apartment) was wonderful for pre-dinner drinks and afternoon relaxation. The terrace has one of the best views of Rome - looking over the (ruins of) Nero's Domus Aurea, the Colosseum, Vittoriano, Santa Maria Maggiore, St Peter's and the Janiculum Hill on the horizon!! Nothing

Beautiful apartment- very clean, spacious, well laid out, quiet and safe with a small balcony off the apartment and an incredible private rooftop terrace. Fabio was very accommodating with our request for a late check in check out. We also very much appreciated the extras in the fridge after a long day of traveling! And last but certainly not least, the apartment is in the best location, just 5 mins from the Colosseum through a lovely park which means you get to pass by it everyday and see it from the terrace :) There is nothing negative I can say, it was all fabulous

• Sunnie (10/5): A magical space to feel the vibes of Rome, peaceful and buzzing all at the same time. - Our stay was amazing from the moment we met our transfer at the airport, to the moment we flew back to England. Fabrizio met us at the apartment to hand over the keys, and explain everything. He is very kind and patient and always available for any questions on WhatsApp. He will come to the apartment for an emergency, and his calm nature will put everything right. The host Fabio is also available on WhatsApp and all the information regarding c check out times etc, is sent through on text. Everything is super clean, and all the appliances work well, so you can relax in the kitchen. Comfortable huge bed and spacious bedroom. The terrace has magical views of the City, and Colosseum….walking distance to coliseum is 5 minutes. Local shops and restaurants nearby, 5 min walk to the Main Street La Merulana, where you can find good supermarkets and grocery stores.

• Aaron (10/5): Oh wow. Lovely warm charming all of it - Fabio and Fabrizio were the most gracious hosts and made us feel so welcome and were very attentive to our needs and helpful. The location is just superb. Across the park from the coliseum. So so great The apartment is so lovely and the balcony is private feeling and super relaxing. This is a great space for a couple. We enjoyed ourselves so much. The shower/tub in the bathroom was a little slippery. I'd recommended they try the stick on decals. They tried mats with suckers but they didn't stick since the surface has a slightly raised pattern.
