• PILAR (8/5): Estancia agradable. Apartamento funcional con muy buena comunicacion centro Jerez. - La ubicacion muy buena. Tanto para moverse a pie como en coche. La cama y sofa cama para dos de los huespedes resultaron un poco duras. El menaje en cocina resulto un poco insuficiente (escasamente cubria para 2 personas) principalmente platos llanos y cucharillas. Por otro lado, serie recomendable contar con un spray matainsectos (Apto 3) en la pared de la habitacion y en las ventanas bajaban hormigas e insectos de las vigas del techo.

Eigenaren zeer vriendelijk, konden direct inchecken met alle informatie die via WhatsApp werd verstrekt, teven konden we de kamen langer houden, tot aan ons vertrek. Isolatie, bovenburen zijn goed te horen.

• Nicola (10/5): Lovely apartment, friendly helpful host, would book again. - An absolute gem of a find, really friendly host and great value for money. The kitchen area is the apartment we stayed in is very small, workable but small.

Poca vajilla (2 platos de cada). Celebramos la noche vieja y no teníamos para poner aperitivos. Cafetera para una sola taza de café. 1 solo rollo de papel higiénico. El apartamento estaba congelado cuando llegamos. Tardó mucho en coger algo de temperatura. Estos detalles los menciono más como recomendaciones que como crítica. Por lo demás correcto.

• Mariano (2/5): - La situación Toda la vivienda tiene suelos, ventanas y puertas con una antigüedad superior a 50 o 60 años. Oscura, sin ninguna silla o mesa en la cocina, que obliga a desayunar de pie. La tapa del wáter, suelta y el suelo de la ducha, húmedo hace imposible pisar con un mínimo de seguridad.

• Maryna (9/5): - Un piccolo appartamento al piano terra con tutto il necessario. Ho dormito sul divano che, contrariamente alle mie aspettative, è risultato abbastanza comodo. L'acqua calda funziona perfettamente ed era veramente un piacere fare la doccia. È presente anche una piccola cucina. L'appartamento si trova in una via molto silenziosa, vicinissima a Piazza Arenal. Qualche piccolo problema è stato risolto dallo staff con efficienza. Cosa migliorare: Avremmo gradito un'accoglienza un po' più calorosa e qualche sorriso in più. Ci è mancata un po' la sensazione di essere i benvenuti. .

They were super nice. They recommended places to eat and different parts of town to explore. Came at night & couldn't find the house address, #2. Told owners that they need to tell future renters. The numbers 1856 are clearly visible day and night. The 2 is too small to see in the dark. They also said they'd ask that the street light be repaired.

The bed is comfortable, air conditioning and fans are great, useful well prepared kitchenette and roof terrace with washing machine and clotheslines. Everything is good!

Me molesta que cada vez la hora de entrada sea antes y la hora de salida más temprano. Aún así, fueron majísimos con nosotros y nos dieron facilidades.

• Tomas (7/5): - Divisões grandes, limpo. Todas as divisões têm algum tipo de janela. A poucos minutos a pé do centro. O anfitrião foi muito prestável com todas as informações necessárias. Uma janela é para a rua, mas as restantes são para o pátio central partilhado, por isso abrir as persianas para entrar luz retira muita privacidade. A máquina da roupa é partilhada pelo condomínio.

Quizá, como sugerencia, hubiera agradecido un ventilador en la habitación aunque tengo que decir que hemos coincidido en plena ola de calor. Si no fuera así creo que con el aire acondicionado del saloncito hubiera sido suficiente.
• Luis Javier (9/5): At the heart of Jerez. - Location, facilities. Nobody's fault, but as the building is quite "historic" the floors are at different levels and that can be challenging sometimes. The outside roof is perfect to have breakfast and the inner patio at the ground floor is really scenic.

• Marta (8/5): Very good - Great apartment with lots of space, and good cooking facilities. Was very quiet and could not hear any disturbing sounds during the whole stay. The street number was barely visible, arrived in the evening and street number not visible at all which caused confusion. There are many doors and locks to open, to get inside the apartment.
• Chris (4/5): Nice apartment but needs attention to detail - Apartment is close to the areas of tourist interest and has potential to be a good stay (needs some work though!) The stove top is not connected to electricity- I checked to see if it was just un-plugged and found a nightmare of wires with improper connections- It may have worked once, perhaps a wire has slipped out? The WiFi worked- but was so week that to get my phone to connect I had to go downstairs and pick up signal from the apartment there... Area is close to centre but felt a little rough- owners warning to ensure all doors locked at all times didn't do a lot to make me feel better about the place Bed seemed clean and ok, but quilt is not in a cover- wonder if it ever gets a wash? Communications with owner good and maybe could have sorted the wifi with a new booster… but I had wasted enough of my Jerez time already so went out instead. All up, a nice enough apartment but a bit of attention to detail needed. Dissapointing. My guess is that the place is not registered as with the local authorities for tourists
