• Deb (10/5): Fabulous 10th stay in Nerja, beautiful location, lovely apartment and excellent hosts. - Lovely apartment, clean, well equipped, comfortable beds, linen changed weekly, spacious balcony overlooking the Plaza, excellent location and within easy reach of town centre, beaches, shops and restaurants. There were no issues with the property.
• STEPHANIE (9/5): Great place - will book it again in the future, - The location in town, the balcony was nice and large, the layout was ideal for our needs and even the neighbours were great. Even the furniture was very nice with comfortable beds. No sea view.

• Judith Gorczyca (3/5): Perfect location/terrible experience - The location was stunning and absolutely perfect to stroll into Nerja. We arrived as arranged to check in at 3pm. We collected the keys and walked into a dirty apartment. Dirty bedding etc from the previous guests. Bins full, dirty bathroom with their used towels. We were then left for a further 5 hours before a single cleaner worked like mad trying to clean everything alone. The next day we awoke to drills/ hammering and the floor literally vibrating. The ground floor directly underneath was having major construction. This happened all day 9-5pm every day. We've arrived home exhausted and very angry. We trust Booking.com to do the right thing and have put a complaint in. We wouldn't want anyone else to be given apartment 1C whilst the construction continues.
• KATH (4/5): Never stay here again as not advertised as one you get with one bedroom and no balcony to sit out on! - Arrived at 8pm to apartment not cleaned at all with dirty bedding and bathroom along with rest of apartment! Nobody would answer any telephone numbers supplied and I contacted Booking.com who also couldn’t get an answer! Now we had to find another place at 8.50pm and we were booked in here for 4weeks! I booked 2 nights in 2 different places as resort was full! Didn’t get reply to messages till 12pm next day! Very distressing as we are here for 4weeks, never had any issue like this with Booking.con as use every time I go anywhere! Photos on Booking.com only show long big balcony looking onto square and we ended up with French doors on 8 inch floor looking out to building site! No photos of this with our apartment! I complained about all including this and was told it didn’t say balcony and I had to ask for refunded 2nights I had to book as nobody answered any calls and their excuse was WiFi down!!!!
• Rachel (9/5): Excellent apartment - Excellent location lovely large comfortable apartment close to many restaurants and shops. Apartment serviced by lift and very secure building fully serviced kitchen fridge freezer dishwasher washing machine microwave and all plates glasses and utensils. 3rd bedroom needs a/c we were party of 6 we had 1 bath towel each could have done with spare ones in apartment.also no spare pillows in apartment. The shower in 2nd bathroom incredibly small

• Bernadette (9/5): We had a very pleasant stay. Apartment was quite warm but the air conditioning worked very well. - The agent in the resort (Lual) was very helpful and easy to communicate with even before we travelled. We had no balcony.

• Maeve (10/5): Amazing apartment in the perfect location, will be back. - Amazing location, amazing terrace. Beds were super comfortable. Shop just across the plaza with everything you would need. Pool area was simple but still super nice with amazing views of all of Nerja. Very low on toilet roll, had to buy some.

• Natalie (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was in a great location. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and responded to any queries or requests we had very promptly. The apartment was very clean. The 3 bedroom apartment was ideal for a family- we were a family of 6. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Nerja.
• Niamh (9/5): Apartamentos Plaza Espana - Location was perfect, central. The apartment was a good size, 3 bedrooms and having two bathrooms was great. The balcony was a great size. Apartment block was quiet and secure and the exterior shutters made it extra quiet at night time. It would be great to have more sunbeds at the roof top pool as the few there were belong to other apartments (we did still get to use them though 😀)
