• AlWil (9/5): Empfehlenswertes gut gelegenes Appartment für längeren Aufenthalt - Gute Lage (nah am Pio Nono / Patio Bellavista, dem historischen Zentrum und der U-Bahn Bellas Artes), sehr komfortables Bett und Appartment ausreichend groß, starkes Wifi, frühes Checkin und späteres Checkout möglich, hervorragende Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer, ruhige Nachbarn und kein lästiges Hundegebell, 3 schnelle Fahrstühle (kurze Wartezeiten) Zimmer lässt sich nicht gut abdunkeln (sensible Menschen brauchen definitiv eine Schlafbinde), Küche nur mäßig ausgestattet, kein Kaffee oder sonst was, nur eine einzige Toilettenpapierrolle (bei einem Aufenthalt von 6 bzw. von 3 Tagen), wenige Steckdosen im Schlafzimmer (ich habe jedoch im Urlaub immer einen Steckdosenverteiler mit dabei), kein Balkon, der direkte Nachbar ist wohl Kettenraucher und im Flur riecht es daher sehr heftig nach Zigaretten (man sollte die Tür also nicht länger geöffnet halten)
• Eric (8/5): Good value for the price. - It was clean. The location was accessible. It was noisy at night. It’s an urban location with traffic noise so be aware of that.
• Terri Powell (7/5): Cheap apartment in good location - I liked the location. It was an easy walk in any direction to most places. Christian was quick to reply to messages. Good value for money if the mould was gone. Its a small apartment in a 20 storey apartment building. Non of the reception staff spoke English as much as they were kind. My biggest issue was the black mould in the bathroom. A huge health risk and really needs to be fixed before allowing future guests. The curtains dont cover the windows for darkness or privacy. Needed to keep the windows open for air flow which made it very noisy. The gas stove controls aren't labelled so I was too scared to turn them on. An instruction sheet would be very helpful. There is no washing machine in the kitchen as promoted. The unit needs a deep clean.

• Roberto (10/5): Esperienza ottima: sicura, comoda e accogliente. - L’appartamento è vicinissimo al centro, a due passi dai quartieri più belli, dai ristoranti e dalle attrazioni principali di Santiago. Il condominio è davvero super sicuro: c’è il portinaio 24h, controllo all’ingresso e la sensazione di privacy è molto alta. Anche la zona circostante appare ben sorvegliata e tranquilla: mi sono sentito sempre a mio agio anche tornando la sera tardi, ma naturalmente senza andare in giro con il cellulare in mano. L’Host è disponibilissimo e mi ha assistito con grande cortesia per tutto il periodo. All’interno l’alloggio è comodo, pulito e ben attrezzato. In sintesi: posizione eccellente, struttura protetta, host attento e ambiente rilassante. Lo raccomando caldamente a chiunque voglia stare al centro senza rinunciare alla sicurezza! Il terzo giorno ho notato che lo shampoo messo a disposizione era terminato. Non è stato un grande problema, ma l’ho segnalato subito all’host che si è mostrato estremamente disponibile e in pochissimo tempo ha provveduto a rifornirlo personalmente. Ho apprezzato molto la rapidità della risposta e l’attenzione nel risolvere anche un piccolo dettaglio come questo: un segno di cura e professionalità che raramente si trova.
• Pablo (9/5): Estadia com ótimo custo benefício - O apartamento tem uma localização excelente pelo preço, foi possível fazer vários passeios a pé. Tem eletrodomésticos de qualidade como, cafeteira, torradeira, aspirador de pó, secador de cabelo, uma banheira, aquecedor, é um lugar aconchegando. Excelente para quem não quer gastar muito. O corredor externo que dá acesso ao apartamento tem um cheiro terrível de cigarro, e a capa que estava no sofá parecia já está no tempo de trocar.

• Guest (10/5): - Nos encantó la comodidad de la cama y la habitación. Y que se puede llegar caminando al centro histórico y a dos cerros. El dueño es muy agradable y siempre estuvo atento a nosotros. Nos sentimos cómodos. El barrio recoleta esta pegado al Mercado central que no es lindo. Pero caminando para el lado del cerro san cristobal es todo hermoso y hay muchis sitios para ir.

• Milton (8/5): Localização, Custo Benefício, Conforto - Apartamento confortável, todos os itens em funcionamento, chuveiro quente, com aquecedor. Nada que atrapalhasse nossa viagem, mas Poderia ter um sofá cama, porem o colchão disponibilizado atendeu nossas necessidades. As cortinas poderiam ser maiores para impedir passagem da Luz.

• Niki (9/5): Superb - Very nice place to stay for a week, the place has everything you might need, check in was quick and communication with the host very good, there are many places for a dinner not far away from the place, the area does not seem to be dangerous. I was working in the mornings and wifi was good enough.
• Julia (8/5): Well equipped, central located. Perfect for some days ins Santiago. - It’s placed 4th floor in a 24/7 guarded apartment complex. Checkin and out were super easy. The kitchen is well equipped. The shower is nice and warm. Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The windows were not closing properly so noises from the street were not fully blocked.

• Barbara (10/5): Great little place - We stayed 3 weeks and everything was great - kitchen well- equipped with everything working well. Location excellent - close to park and metro. Christian was so accommodating- he even brought us some small cups because we drink Arabic coffee!
