• Jerome (8/5): - The pool was fantastic. The 3 x bedrooms upstairs were very comfy, with more than enough wardrobe space for a big family. The lounge room seats and lounge were very comfortable. The carport was great for our 7 seater vehicle parking on an angle. The outside view looking over the lake was amazing. Not something we've experienced before.

It’s in a prime area, making it easy to explore the surrounding neighborhood on foot. Public transportation is also close by, which is a huge plus for getting around the city efficiently. Whether you’re here for business or leisure, the location is spot-on. Space: The space in the property is well thought out and generously proportioned. The rooms are spacious, allowing for comfortable movement and ample storage. The layout is functional, with plenty of natural light pouring in, making the space feel even more open and inviting. It’s perfect for both short and long stays, offering a cozy yet expansive environment. Cleanliness: Cleanliness is clearly a top priority at this property. Upon arrival, everything was spotless, from the floors to the linens. The bathrooms and kitchen areas were particularly well-maintained, with no signs of neglect. The overall hygiene standard is excellent, which significantly adds to the comfort of the stay. There wasn’t anything to not to like. It was a great property.

• Pam (10/5): Definately recommend this property. Clean and Spacious - The property was private but close by Uber to everything in the area. Beautiful outlook from living areas. Owner will give you details on how to have your food delivered before arrival :) The fifth bedroom, although perfect for children didn’t perfectly suit our group. We were a group of five ladies, we did however use the space for a group activity area.

Great location, comfortable and spacious home. Our group loved the pool area and the views over the water. Cafes were not too far away and we did coffee runs each morning.

• Linh (10/5): We had a great stay and our kids enjoyed the pool and swimming in the small beach. - The house is very clean, have beautiful water views, the pool is very clean. The house close to shops, Surfers Paradise. Ash is a wonderful host, he very quickly responding to all our questions. It could be better if there are a few kayaks for kids paddle into the water.
