Isadora (1/5): Péssima experiência, não indico a ninguém! - Absolutamente nada. Atendimento horrível, péssimo e desrespeitoso. Importunação durante a reserva da estadia. Me ligaram e enviaram diversas mensagens me dizendo que tinham outros clientes na espera do aluguel que eu precisava confirmar (já tinha sido feita minha reserva). Tive dificuldades para encontrar o prédio, pedi a cor do prédio para facilitar pra mim e a resposta foi um curto e grosso “Só tem um edifício na frente do Ricardo é difícil pedras negras” RIDÍCULO! Segue abaixo imagens do tratamento. Ambiente sujo e funcionários simplesmente não respondem e te tratam com arrogância. Nunca imaginei que pudessem ser tão rudes no nível que foram. Apartamento sujo, roupa de cama manchada que se negaram a trocar…. Péssimo péssimo péssimo!
