Dola (10/5): I will come back in my next visit. Thank you Madam for having me. - The facility was easy to locate, convenient and close to transfer points, amenities, and safe. Friendly and quiet, with respectful neighborhoods and conducive for reading, studies, work. The cooking facilities were excellent and user-friendly too. Hostess is friendly and kind. I loved everything about this place. And it is within my budget!

Mona (1/5): No privacy at all! - I stayed here for six weeks, and it was by far the worst experience I have ever had through Booking. You are actually living in the same house as the host, which was not made clear in the listing, and this means there is no real privacy. I constantly felt observed and uncomfortable. Despite respecting all the rules and trying to be considerate, I was repeatedly criticized, insulted, and treated in a very unfriendly way. The host sent me multiple aggressive messages, including threats that my belongings would be placed outside on the street without any valid reason. She made unfounded accusations, demanded money, and created a hostile atmosphere that made my stay extremely stressful. I cannot understand how this property has received such positive reviews, as my experience was the complete opposite. Perhaps it is only tolerable for very short stays where guests do not use the facilities. For a longer stay, it was unbearable. Overall, this was a nightmare. The host is not capable of accommodating guests in a respectful or professional manner, and I would strongly advise against booking this property if you expect privacy, safety, and a peaceful stay.

Richard (10/5): Just what the Doctor ordered!! - Just what I was after! Spotlessly clean, bags of hot water, easy and free parking, and a delightful host. All for a VERY reasonable rate. I shall be visiting again. Absolutely nothing!
Susan (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious, quiet, clean, comfortable room with kettle and tea/coffee provided by host. Nice view of the garden. Weekend parking oitside.
