• Sofia (8/5): - The property had everything we needed. Communication with Dani was excellent. The property was clean and perfect for 4 adults and a child. Can be noisy at night due to its central location. The twin beds could have been wider, probably more suited to children than adults.

• Frances (10/5): - A really clean apartment with a large living area, comfortable beds and a good hot shower. The owner was really easy to communicate with and facilitated a very late check in when our transfer was delayed. He also left drinks and snacks which were appreciated when we arrived! Great location beside the markets and walking distance to the main areas of the historic centre.
• Andrew (9/5): Fabulous city centre apartment. - The location is fantastic. The layout of the rooms and the room sizes are very good. The kitchen is well equipped. The dining and lounge area were very nice. The beds were comfortable. It has two bathrooms. The lounge chairs and settee could be more comfortable. The bed had a duvet, but no proper duvet cover.
• Francisco (9/5): El apartamento muy céntrico y cómodo, con todos lo necesario para pasar unos días fantásticos. - La ubicación es perfecta, justo al lado del mercado central de Atarazanas, en pleno centro de Málaga. En apenas unos minutos andando ya estabas en la calle Larios con una oferta de restaurantes, tascas y tabernas enorme. Mencionar a la persona responsable Dani, que estuvo en contacto via wathsapp en todo momento, dándonos las indicaciones precisas para acceder al apartamento y que se portó estupendamente a la hora de dejar el apartamento, dejándonos estar unas horas más. Muy amable en todo momento. Quizás a la hora de buscar un parking para el coche que alquilamos fue lo peor. Al estar en zona tarifada, al final tuvimos que aparcar el coche en un párking (había tres muy cerca de donde estábamos). Pagamos unos 25-30 euros al día por unas 12 horas de párking.

Everything you need. - Dani’s apartment was lovely and had everything we needed in a perfect location (check out the wonderful market next door and fantastic cheesecake opposite). Definitely recommended, and we’ll be back. Something to bear in mind though… Malaga is a busy, bustling city and constantly on the go. The apartment is next to popular bus stop with buses running late and starting early. You can certainly hear them in the flat. Not unexpected in such a destination though.
• Rita (10/5): - The rooms are clean and separate. We found everything we needed in the kitchen, even a dryer. The apartments are in a very convenient location, with everything within a 10-minute walk. Excellent apartments, attentive host. We liked everything, no complaints.

• Joanne (8/5): Good apartment but not so spectacular or new! - Excellent location - next to the market, a few minutes' walk to historic centre, Corte Inglés, with a supermarket over the road. The building felt secure and had 2 good elevators. Apartment was very clean and very well equipped with plenty of crockery, cutlery and utensils (although it did need more cups/mugs), dishwasher (with plenty of tablets), washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, coffee machine (Nespresso pods), kettle and toaster. Good WiFi. The comms with the owner, Dani, were excellent and we were able to check in remotely. There was even cheese and biscuits, beer and water to welcome us! The apartment feels a bit dilapidated, particularly the kitchen where the cupboards are delaminating and the old vanity unit in the ensuite, even the handle on the front door is loose. As per other reviews, traffic noise is noticeable (the double-glazed windows are surprisingly ineffective). Windows have external metal shutters that can keep out the light; I opened them in the bedroom and was not strong enough to shut them again (there is a catch on the outside wall to secure each while open - one of these is missing and so that shutter was banging in the wind all night). Also, the supports for both showers were too high up for us to place the shower heads in them and I had to climb on the bath to do so. (We are both quite short but still it should be accessible for all.)

• Izabela (8/5): - Great localisation but it has its dark sides, enough space for a family of four. We liked the wardrobes, bathrooms and the dinning room. The kitchen is equipped sufficiently but in basic stuff to do scrambled eggs and pasta. There is no oven. There is air conditioner centered in the dinning room which also gives warm during cold days. Many shops, bars and the big market. The only thing I asked were four duvets and we didn't get what we wanted. The children have two duvets but in the second bedroom we had one duvet with cover. There was a second duvet left in the closet but without a cover. So we had to used a duvet which obviously you should always use with a freshly washed and iron linen without it. It wasn't very hygienic. Although I asked for one I didn't get it, as the owner said he doesn't have additional cover. There was also only one bag left for litter, no paper towels in the kitchen, no fresh sponge to wash dishes, only 2 talbets for dishwasher (we had 4 nights and paid almost 1000 euro for this apartment) and no hand soap, but there was shampoo and shower gel. The other thing is the noise from the street - there is a bus stop just in front of the building and the buses with diesel engine on are standing there even at nighttime. So the noise of diesel working and the stink of fuel was felt in the bedroom. The easy solution is to isolate and regulate the windows which had big gaps. Through these gaps you can hear all the noise from outside. There was also cold when we arrived at 9 p.m. but we put the air conditioning heat pump and it worked. The floor is made of stone and is very cold and unpleasant in December.There was also a problem with electricity- two times the electricity fuses went off just out of the blue. Be aware that the water in the tap is heated by electric boiler so if many people take shower and you are the last one you may not have enough warm water.

Next to the amazing market - Mercado de Atarazanas. Many places for breakfast and tapas around. Easy check in and check out. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds and facilities. We were pleasantly surprised to find that they had left some beer and snacks for us in the fridge. Everything was perfect.

Beaucoup d'équipements disponibles (machine à laver, lave vaisselle, sèche linge, clim). Attentions du propriétaire et bonne communication. Extérieur très bruyant même avec les fenêtres fermées . Les bus gardent le moteur en route de longues minutes. Peu de luminosité dans l'appartement car fenêtres teintées. Meubles cuisine un peu fatigués (une porte ne ferme plus et une autre endommagée).

Appartement heeft wat onderhoud nodig in de douche en keuken. Geluid van de bussen is hard, misschien nog betere isolatie van de ruiten aan die kanten.

• JEyMAR (9/5): Vacaciones ideales para conocer Málaga - Ubicación muy buena para visitar el centro de Málaga, e incluso para acercarse a alguna playa. Al lado de parada de metro y con varios aparcamiento de pago cercanos. Apartamento muy amplio en edificio lujoso, con aire acondicionado centralizado en todas las estancias, y muy bien equipado, también con productos de baño, lavadora y lavavajillas. El anfitrión tuvo muchos detalles a la llegada, que nos esperaban en la cocina. Las paradas de autobús de debajo generaban mucho ruido por la noche, sobre todo si se dejaba la ventana abierta para ventilar. Aunque está muy bien equipado, algunos aparatos y piezas de menaje y hogar empiezan a mostrar su uso y desgaste. La ropa de cama podría blanquearse más al lavarse.

• morgane (9/5): - L emplacement, on est a 2 pas de tout, l' appartement avec de beaux matériaux et tres beaux, la déco, les 2 salles de bains et les grands placards et l entrée de l immeuble avec 2 ascenseurs, très joli et sécurisé. Le monsieur qui c est occupé de nous était très réactif, rapide pour répondre et donc bien présent pour toute difficulté ou conseil. Je recommande cette location 💯 Le seul bémol et ce pourquoi je n ai pas mis 10 c' est le bruit du bus en bas, pas de double vitrage donc on entend le bus toutes les 5 min et les gens en bas, et ça manquait de ménage sous les lits sinon rien à redire parfait.

• Claire (8/5): Lovely stay - Really nice apartment, felt safe and secure in the building, beds were comfy, shower/bathrooms were good, lounge dining area was comfy. Location was very central to the town areas which was great for the evenings. Little bit further to walk to the marina and beach but we didn't mind that as we're good walkers and on days when we went further afield it was really close to the bus stops and train station so that was great. Host was really good with communication and friendly and we were met on arrival by the cleaners who handed over the keys. Lift access was great for my mum (in her 70's) and for getting suitcases up and down as the apartment is on the 3rd floor. We had a really lovely stay here. As with many apartments in the centre of the city there is noise at night from the streets so make sure you bring your earplugs. It didn't spoil our stay as we came prepared as have stayed in centre of Malaga before but just something worth noting for other travellers who might not be ready for that.

The apartment is close to bars, restaurants and only a few minutes walk from the marina. The only downside of living in a central location on a busy main road is the traffic noise mainly from buses late into the night and starting early morning.
