• Markéta (5/5): Disappointment - The location of the acommodation is really great! You are in the very center of the city. The location is quiet, since you can’t enter the streets of the center with a car. We really appreciated the location of the apartment, close to everything. The apartment is small but very nicely designed. The bed is comfortable but not wide enough for two people. We were disappointed with the communication with the owner. Finding the acommodation was quite challenging. Also you can’t reach it with the car, only in designated hours and you have to find a parking space on your own, we’ve been lucky to find one near, but still you have to reach the apartment by foot. When we finaly found the acommodation, we found out the fridge was leaking and there was a water on the floor. We contacted the owner via booking and phone call but they were unreachable. We had no feedback from anyone since the last day of our stay. The door of the fridge were broken, they did not fit and opened spontaneously, but we somehow managed. The kitchen is not fully equiped. When you want to cook there and use dishes, you can’t dry the dishes properly since there is no kitchen towel or draining board. Also there is only few dishes to use. The handle of the bathroom door is broken so you cannot close the door which is quite uncomfortable when you are traveling with friends and cannot have the privacy. It smelled of cigarettes and even when we aired it out, we couldn't get rid of the smell.
