Guest Reviews
- Barbara Newman (9/5): Excellent value and very well equipped. Will keep this place in mind for the future. -
- Tamara (7/5): Good -
- Amy (8/5): Very good - Well equipped kitchen & 2bathrooms were a bonus. No fire wood for wood heater but the split system worked well
- Zoki (7/5): I’ll stay was positive. The Home was basic but neat and the location was great. - We thought the location was great, and it was tidy and neat.
We really would have liked internet access / Netflix provided but we got by without it .
- Sok (10/5): Little Holiday Home - Great accommodation for a weekend away and close to heart of Inverloch.
- Andrew (7/5): Good -
- Emma (10/5): Exceptional -
- Simon (10/5): Lovely old renovated home, clean, bright, and comfy, perfect stay for a young family, great value! - Clean, bright, renovated home, very large inside and outside. Super easy location to find, and very close to the beach/pier where we saw a man play with some huge stingrays which was incredible. Inverloch is great, also just 1hr drive to Squeaky Beach too, rated best beach in Australia 2024! Yes the home is old, and the kitchen area tilts downwards a bit (haha), but that's part of its charm of being an original home in this area. It's been nicely renovated, perfectly clean, heaps of room, gardens and surrounds are well maintained, and the host is lovely and responsive. We loved it and would stay again. Thank you for helping us create some wonderful memories :)
- Manoj (8/5): Very good - Location was good. Stay was pleasant; place was clean. Plenty of space out the front and back so kids or the family could play Mattress was a bit hard and uncomfortable to sleep on but not a dampener. There were stuff from previous stays that could have been removed.
- Tim (5/5): Passable - Location was fine No wifi. Uncomfortable beds
Aircon in bedroom didn’t work
- Craig (10/5): Excellent great house -
- Betty (7/5): Sufficiently comfortable for the weekend. - We appreciated the coffee and Tea provided, and the general cleanliness and spaciousness of the house. Really liked the nice big veranda/deck at front of the house, especially on a sunny morning! Living room was nice and comfortable once we had the heater on for a while. The master bedroom was quite comfortable. There was no breakfast provided, contrary to our expectations. Fortunately we had brought some of our own. Also, there was only one table knife in the cutlery drawer. I would have liked a non-slip possibility in the bath tub shower, which was, well, slippery. In addition, the instructions for how to access Netflix were insufficient and did not work, so we were left with commercial TV only. Could not seem to connect or locate any source of Wi-Fi which the booking said was included. We wished that more than one bed had had an electric blanket, as there were two of us wanting two beds. We also had expected a wardrobe or some way to hang up clothes, as we were attending a wedding and wanted clothes to look un-wrinkled. The beds in the second bedroom were so close together, it was difficult to walk between them.
- Kelly (6/5): Pleasant -
- Leonie (7/5): Good -
- Aubrey (1/5): Disappointing. - There were only two rolls of toilet paper for a multiday stay.
No heating in two bedrooms
Lights to the rear exit and bedroom did not work
Not clean enough
Inadequate cutlery
No firewood even though there was a wood stove in the lounge room
You needed to leave the light on in the hallway to make the bathroom lights and exhaust fan work
You needed to do laundry (towels etc.) when you left
Building was in poor condition, it did not seemed well maintained at all.
- Roger (8/5): Very comfortable apart from the linen issue. - Location was on the outskirts of the town, but quite ok with a car. Breakfast was not included The host initially said that we would have to provide our own linen and towels. After complaining the host said that linen and towels would be provided. They were but the host left a note asking us to fit our own linen over their linen.
- Andrew (8/5): Very good -
- Margarita (5/5): Passable -
- Robert (7/5): Good -
- Gallardo (9/5): property very comfortable I will back -
- Karina (8/5): Very good -
- Veronica (10/5): It was Perfect. - Absolutely magnificent. The accommodation was beautiful and comfortable and central to everything. It was relaxing but too short. Wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks to host for a beautiful weekend away. There was nothing to fault with this home
- Denis (10/5): Very comfortable stay in Inverloch. - There was plenty of room for three adults and it could easily accommodate several more.
It is in a convenient location to the town shops. Inverloch is a lovely beachside place to stay. We didn't manage to get a signal on the tv but this was not a problem for us.
- Maureen (9/5): Superb - The different spaces

Cosy That we didn't stay longer :)
- Anonymous (5/5): ok - Location, and accessibility full of possums in the roof, could smell then and here them all night long.
