• Luciana (5/5): Es un lugar que sirve solo para dormir porque ofrece solo cama y ducha - La ubicación Está en el último piso, no hay ascensor y las escaleras son empinadas y altas, fui con mi mamá de 77 años y fue difícil el subir y bajar. No hay smart TV y el wifi es malísimo. No había ni nevera para guardar el agua o algo que compremos y necesitemos mantener fresco considerando que hace mucho calor, tampoco había vaso ni nada, solo cama, mesita de luz y mueble para guardar la ropa. Pedimos un vaso o tasa para tomar agua y nos dijeron que no había y no fueron capaces de acercarnos uno. Había un calentador de agua extremadamente sucio.

• Jose (9/5): En el punto - La ubicación estaba extraordinaria! Y las habitaciones estaban muy cómodas La ducha tenía una fuga que afectaba a poderse bañar bien. Tanto en el baño como en las habitaciones habían mosquitos y nos aseguramos de abrir y cerrar las puertas al balcón de inmediato.

The check-in and check-out are easy. The only window of the room was directly in front of the other room, so we had no privacy if we left it open, and with it closed, it was a little stuffy.

• Catherine (7/5): Great room shame about the stairs - Ease of finding and getting into the place Hosts gave very clear instructions and we used whatsapp to communicate. The room was clean, bed very comfortable. Was very helpful to be able to leave and go back for our luggage on the day of check out We didn't know there would be so many stairs and no lift and the room was right at the top, so it was an effort going up and down. I would also have liked tea and coffee making facilities in the room. We did find a kettle but no cups.

Difficoltà nel parcheggio essendo una zona ZTL bisognerebbe specificare questo ai clienti e coordinare meglio per avere una meta più comoda per i parcheggi.

• Babygirl (6/5): La posizione è stata molto comoda - La posizione è ottima, a due passi da tutto. Asciugamani pulite, smart TV, gli Host ci hanno consigliato le migliori attrazioni da visitare. Consigliamo per brevi soggiorni come il nostro. Non siamo riusciti ad utilizzare il condizionatore, il deposito del luggage era negli spazi comuni ed incustodito per cui abbiamo preferito non usufruire del servizio.

Si trova all’ultimo piano senza ascensore con moltissime scale ripide

La struttura, seppur datata non è malvagia, però ubicata all'ultimo piano senza ascensore, vietata alle persone anziane e con disabilità.

• Assi (9/5): Siisti perustason majoitus erittäin hyvällä sijainnilla ja isolla parvekkeella johon pääsy molemmista makuuhuoneista. - Sijainti erinomainen ja lähellä nähtävyyksiä, parveke iso plussa. Asunto oli siisti ja tilava. Yhteydenpito majoittajan kanssa toimi loistavasti ja asunto oli helppo löytää. Ilmastointi ei toiminut kunnolla, sammui itsestään ja oli heikko tehoinen, sama ongelma molemmissa makuuhuoneissa. Varusteissa ei ollut juomalaseja/mukeja ollenkaan, eikä huoneistossa keittiötä tai kylmäkaappia. Talossa ei hissiä, joten matkatavarat kannettava 4 kerrokseen.

La entrada al alojamiento se debería restaurar, aunque, entiendo que como hay varios propietarios sea complicado, ya que cuando llegas a las plantas de San Lorenzo se nota la diferencia
