Linen
It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.

- B (5/5): The property needs to care better for guests. A let down. - The view was lovely. The house was large, but did not make up for downfalls. There was a fireplace, without any firewood to start a fire in the fireplace! Terrible - false advertising in my opinion. I paid almost $100 extra to get linen. And only got 2 pillowcases per double bed. Seriously how many people actually only use 1 pillow each. :( Just uncomfortable. And in the main bathroom- 1 towel per person this does not give a sense of luxury. The doona- all of them - are so thin it was cold. There was not even a spare blanket for the main bedroom. In the walk in robe for the main bedroom , there was a hole in the floor - a laundry shoot, but it was floor level. And large enough for a small child to get in. So very dangerous. There was very clear expectations on cleaning dishes and putting them away, which we did- without any dishwashing liquid. Another example of false advertising... the free wifi- is needed to email to ask the password. There was also a gross stain on the wall above the main bed I stayed less than 24 hours and was not happy with what felt was an inability to keep up with expectations that come with the price.

- Batur (4/5): Beautiful view but unclean - Location of the property was very good, view was amazing. Unfortunately, the property was not clean. The bed covers, chairs and coach were really stained, unclean and seemed very old. There was no soap in one of the bathrooms. The drawers in the kitchen were dirty as well; there were crumbs and dirt inside. There were ants on the kitchen counter.

- Viktoria (8/5): We recently stayed in this house, and while it had some lovely features, there were a few areas that could use improveme - We really enjoyed the stunning sea view, which was definitely the highlight of the property. The large living area was another great feature, providing plenty of space to relax and spend time together. The house itself had a lot of potential with its charming design and tranquil surroundings, making it a peaceful spot to unwind and enjoy the scenery. The main issues we had with the property were related to cleanliness and practicality. The kitchen was not particularly clean, especially the stove area, and some of the cookware, like the frying pan, was in poor condition. The bed linen, which came at an extra charge, was wrinkled and felt unprepared, which detracted from the comfort. The pillows were also of very low quality, making sleep uncomfortable. In terms of location, while the view was beautiful, the property was not practical for beachgoers. The nearby beach area was muddy and not suitable for swimming, and the closest proper beach required a 30-minute drive. For those planning daily beach trips, the location would be inconvenient.
