• Rajendran (1/5): A waste of money and time - Nothing Everything about the room to the staff to the management. The room was so dusty and had odd doors to the point where I had to move back out in 5 mins of staying in there. I left immediately and refused to stay in there. And in spite of being in poor condition the refused to give me a refund and issued a partial refund of 20 pounds which is unacceptable. This was my worst experience with any room so far. The management doesn’t take action to clean nor to compensate for the mess. It’s basically a scam. The questionable stains, the smell of dust is very potent to me because I have severe dust allergies and it was really bad.

The building was quiet. Great neighborhood. A dish cloth, tea towel, kettle, extra garbage bags, more plates and cutlery, oven racks, broom & dustpan would have been appreciated. Bedroom door had a hinge banging against the wall.

Sono spoglie e mal messe. Per fortuna la pulizia era decente. Siamo rimaste solo perché la posizione è molto strategica per gli spostamenti ed il quartiere è carino.

• FATI (1/5): The property used a fake photo - Just the location I had a very disappointing experience with this flat. The location is good, but unfortunately the accommodation itself was in unacceptable condition. The apartment was extremely dirty upon arrival. There was a strong unpleasant smell throughout the flat, a lot of dust everywhere, and the overall cleanliness was very poor. The bed was uncomfortable and clearly not properly maintained. The most serious issue was that I found **bed bugs**, which made the stay very stressful and uncomfortable. This is a major hygiene and health concern that should never happen in a rental property. I would not recommend this place unless significant improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and hygiene standards are made.

Estaría bién una cazuela para poder calentar la leche y no tener que hacerlo en una sartén. No se puede hervir agua para hacer comida. Las fotos no tienen nada que ver con el apartamento.

Le canapé lit était dans un état déplorable. La machine à laver est moisie à l'intérieur. Le four non utilisable car pas de grille ni de plaque de cuisson.. Nous avons deux enfants en bas âge et nous ne pouvions pas faire chauffer leurs biberons. A voir les photos que j'ai prise. Je ne recommande pas du tout. A fuir.

It was the worst place I have ever been we walked in took some photos and walked straight back out. It smelt and made us feel itchy. The banister out the front door had been smashed and was a health and safety issue someone especially children could fall. Avoid this property at all costs. Photos they advertised are not what you get

Points négatifs : - Manque d'équipement secondaire (pas de repose serviette, d'égouttoire à vaisselle, de sac poubelle, ce genre de petits détails pratiques). - Haut taux d'humidité (logement au ''sous-sol''). - Mauvaise isolation phonique. - J'étais en dans un appartement du bas, malheureusement, les déchets stagnent devant les fenêtres, ce qui n'est pas agréable lorsqu'on veut aérer l'appartement... Mauvaise prise en charge, je n'ai pas reçu le mail avec toutes les informations pour pénétrer dans le logement le jour j, ni par mail, ni sur booking. • Yulia (7/5): Great location and all the basics you need if you need a place to sleep while exploring London - The location was great, close to the underground station but still in the nice quiet area. We enjoyed the bed in the attic. There was free WiFi, the iron, the hairdryer and a kitchenette with all the basic things. The water in the shower was hot. The carpet is really old and full of stains as are the walls. So even the room was clean it gave the impression of being not so nice.

• Alice (4/5): Non vale la pena spenderci dei soldi - Posizione Quando siamo arrivati abbiamo subito notato che la camera non corrispondeva alle immagini viste in fase di prenotazione. La stanza che ci era stata fornita aveva il materasso sfondato con le molle che pungevano durante la notte, il bagno strettissimo e sporco ed il pavimento non era in piano. La finestra non si chiudeva bene quindi sentivamo il rumore delle sirene della polizia, essendoci una caserma lì vicino. La struttura se ne è lavata le mani, fino a quando casualmente non ho trovato un responsabile che era lì presente e ci ha cambiato l’appartamento con uno più adatto anche alla spesa che avevamo sostenuto. Mi sono offerta più volte di andarmene in cambio di un rimborso ma facevano finta di nulla. Ho ricevuto solo 50€ da Booking

• Mattia (4/5): - Che era una delle opzioni meno care di tutta Londra. Abbiamo avuto più di un problema ma l'host è stato disponibile. Il quartiere è molto carino. La stanza è ben fornita con pentole, sale, sapone, lavatrice, asciugacapelli (solo nella prima stanza dove abbiamo alloggiato) La struttura è pessima, vecchia e decadente. Le stanze sono molto diverse tra loro e potrebbero non rispecchiare per niente le foto su Booking. Nella prima stanza è saltata la luce a causa di una perdita d'acqua proveniente dalla stanza superiore. Questa prima stanza aveva il letto molto scomodo ed era collocata sotto terra, senza luce naturale e con vista su tubature e sporcizia. Inoltre, era impregnata di un cattivo odore (probabilmente proveniente dalle tubature esterne e dalla sporcizia generale). A seguito del cortocircuito ci hanno cambiato stanza, la seconda era più carina ma comunque non senza problemi: il letto era molto più comodo, non si presentava più il problema del cattivo odore, tuttavia mancava un tavolo dove mangiare, il pavimento era a tratti rialzato e non sembrava molto stabile, così come le scale per raggiungere la stanza. Dopo il primo trasloco, che già ci ha fatto perdere una serata intera, ci è stato chiesto di rifare tutte le nostre valigie, per tornare nella stanza precedente. Dopo aver insistito, ci hanno lasciato pernottare nella seconda stanza. Il WiFi è molto debole, abbiamo dovuto usare i dati del telefono. In entrambe le stanze la temperatura non era regolabile, nella prima troppo caldo, nella seconda troppo freddo. Nella prima stanza il frigo era decisamente troppo freddo, e ci ha congelato il cibo. Nella seconda la temperatura del frigo era corretta. Capisco il prezzo inferiore alla media londinese, ma certe cose sono facilmente sistemabili.

• Ma Angela (1/5): DON’T BOOK ANY PROPERTY FROM THESE PEOPLE - NOTHING When I check in to the property it was not CLEANED. Also the it is definitely different flat the one I booked and the one I checked in. The “Manager” came when we checked in around 10pm to give a set of new linens and he offered to give me discount and move to another property in the morning (Saturday). My family checked out in the morning to put our things to the one he offered us but we need to wait until 3pm because they need to clean it first (they still have a guest at that time). When we came back at 3pm it’s quite clean but the lights in the toilet were not working and we were told that they send someone to fix it right away but no one came until Sunday afternoon at 2pm while we were sleeping (yes the guy went to our room without permission while we were sleeping) the host didnt sent us a message that someone will come. I didn’t hear any apologies regarding that matter until now. And also up until now the host didnt replied to me because I messaged him about the discount he mentioned.

• Baptiste (2/5): Rencontre de désagréments - Le logement n'était pas conforme à la description et aux photos sur l'annonce. Le logement n'avait rien à voir avec les images présentées. De plus, nous avons rencontré des nuisances sonores. Le logement étant très mal isolé, les voisins faisant beaucoup de bruit. J'ajoute à cela des problèmes de moisissures au niveau du mur et de la porte d'entrée, ainsi qu'au niveau du rideau de douche. Et également des problèmes de propreté au niveau du four et de la hotte. Je souhaite donc être dédommagé pour ces soucis rencontrés, non mentionnés dans l'annonce.

• Matěj (1/5): - Jediné co jde označit za dobré byla lokalita. Dostupnost metra byla cca 5 minut od hotelu. Přestupní stranice na metro a příměstský vlak zajišťovala dobrou dostupnost. To bylo ale jediné! Špatně udržované, rozbité věci, nefunkční zařízení, špinavý koberec, kuchyň, stěny ... všechno. Nevybavená kuchyň, malá postel sotva pro jednoho. Velmi špatně zvukově izolující stěny. Neustále šla cítit tráva (marihuana). Nakonec po dvou nocích byli zjištěny v ubytování dokonce štěnice - vše jsme museli po příjezdu dezinfikovat. Velmi špatné ubytování na hraně bezpečnosti a zdraví.

• Linda (4/5): - Henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä ja helposti tavoitettavissa. Sijainti oli loistava, metro aivan lähellä, kätevä kulkea minne vaan. Hinta hyvin kohtuullinen. Sisään- uloskirjautuminen oli mutkatonta. Majapaikka oli likainen, seinissä oli reikiä ja ovenkahvat meinasivat irrota käteen. Toisinaan suihkusta tuli vain kylmää vettä eikä mainittuja kylpytuotteita ollut. Kaikkia listattuja mukavuuksia esim kahvinkeitin, mikro yms ei myöskään ollut. Vuodesohva oli, mutta petivaatteita siihen ei ollut. Astioita, ruokailuvälineitä yms oli hyvin vähän. Mielestäni edullinen hinta kompensoi puutteita, mutta olisi ollut hyvä tietää niistä etukätee.
• Dayana (1/5): Infestacion de chinches y salida inmediata - La misma noche de llegada encontramos una infestación de chinches en la habitación, lo que nos provocó múltiples picaduras y nos obligó a abandonar el alojamiento inmediatamente por motivos de salud e higiene. No pudimos dormir ni una sola noche y tuvimos que pagar otro alojamiento de urgencia. Considero extremadamente grave que un alojamiento se ofrezca en estas condiciones. Esto arruinó completamente nuestra estancia.

• Mirella (5/5): Nem valós fotók, nem a legtisztább szoba. - A fürdőszoba tiszta volt. Egyáltalán nem azt a szobát kaptam, amit kifizettem. Az apartman wi-fi hálózata használhatatlan, illetve az alsó szinten térerő sem volt sajnos. A fürdőszoba tiszta volt, a hálórész annyira nem.

• Florian (4/5): Gemischte Gefühle - Heizung hat gut funktioniert und auch Ausstattung mit Kissen und Decken war mehr als angemessen. Insgesamt sauber und ordentlich. Die Lage und Anbindung zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist vorzüglich. Der Support war gut erreichbar und nett. Der Herd/Oven hat bei Ankunft nicht funktioniert. Geschirrtücher fehlte. Toilettenpapier würde auch auf Nachfrage nicht nachgefüllt. Die Wände haben leichte Schäden aufgewiesen und könnten ein neuen Anstrich gebrauchen. Leider war der Support nicht immer hilfreich und es dauerte eine Weile bis bei Problem schließlich geholfen wurde.

No tea or coffee in the apparent despite them saying it did when I specifically asked. It was VERY hot. It was VERY noisy due to people arguing all night in the flat above mine.

Le foto non erano dell'appartamento, la finestra in camera non si chiude, la cucina non era attrezzata, il letto è inutilizzabile, le molle del materasso completamente rotte e se ti siedi sul divano ti gratti ovunque per ore, non voglio sapere cosa potesse avere. Per non farci mancare niente siamo rimasti senza corrente elettrica per 1 ora, ignorati dallo staff.

• Benitez Casacuberta (3/5): Bien ubicado pero calidades cuestionables. - Te ponen de manera fácil el poder llegara al alojamiento y el poder acceder a el gracias a un código Comenzando por que las fotos no correspondían al apartamento mi aviación tenia un abujero en la pared tapado mal con cuadro, la tuveria/soporte de la ducha estaba mal anclada a lapared y por ultimo la bitroceramica no funiconava y la persona responsable nos dijo que lo revisaria con la persona encargada y no tubimos repuesta.
• Romero ricote (1/5): Mala estancia - Nuestra experiencia en este apartamento fue bastante decepcionante. A la llegada, el alojamiento estaba algo sucio y, para nuestra sorpresa, no había prácticamente nada de menaje: ni cubiertos ni utensilios de cocina, únicamente dos tazas y una cuchara, lo cual resulta totalmente insuficiente. La cama estaba en tan mal estado que tuvimos que bajarla al suelo porque el tabique parecía que se iba a romper. El baño también presentaba graves problemas: la taza del váter estaba rota y suelta, se podía mover con la mano, lo que supone un claro peligro. Además, la publicidad es engañosa. Se anunciaba que había un sofá, pero en realidad solo encontramos dos sillas de plástico mal colocadas. A esto se suma el constante ruido de los vecinos, tanto de noche como por la mañana, subiendo y bajando escaleras continuamente, con olor persistente a marihuana. En varias ocasiones dejaron la puerta de entrada del edificio abierta, permitiendo que pudiera entrar cualquiera, lo que genera una clara sensación de inseguridad. Como único punto positivo, la ubicación es aceptable, aunque no es nada destacable. Lamentablemente, no recomendaríamos este alojamiento.
• Jakub (2/5): No cóż... - Obiekt w sąsiedztwie stacji metra - to bardzo na plus. Ogólna koncepcja mieszkania ciekawa. Ale na tym koniec. Po przeczytaniu innych opinii i konfrontacji na miejscu, „na pierwszy rzut oka” miałem mieszane uczucia. Z każdą kolejną chwilą jednak odczuwałem coraz większy strach przed dotknięciem czegokolwiek! Powierzchownie odkurzona przestrzeń nie sprawi, że mieszkanie jest czyste. Zaniedbane wnętrze, wszechobecny niesprzątany długi czas brud, lepi się wszystko czego dotkniesz, niedziałające sprzęty, drzwi, które możnaby wyłamać jednym mocniejszym pociągnięciem, niewygodny materac na łóżku, na które trzeba było wchodzić na kolanach (niski sufit!), dziwne ślady pod łóżkiem, niedomykające się drzwi wejściowe, podejrzany (ziołowy) zapach na klatce schodowej, rozpoczynające się w środku nocy wyścigi po schodach (!!!) no a finalnie... pluskwy. Mogło być tak pięknie - ale nie było. Szkoda. Drugi raz nie przyjadę, nikomu nie polecam.
• Borja Javier (3/5): Chinches - Buena ubicación, parada de bus y metro cercano. Primeramente, el vecino de al lado hacia muchísimo ruido, además de la música y el olor a marihuana que entraba en nuestra habitación a cualquier hora del día. Además, de que estamos seguros de que vendía droga y metía a gente en la habitacion para fumar. Menos mal que estábamos todo el día fuera porque descansar a veces era complicado. Segundo, las condiciones de limpieza han sido insatisfactorias totalmente; manchas en las sabanas de la cama, ducha sucia, e incluso el último día nos encontramos chinches; mi pareja y yo tenemos varias picadas por el cuerpo. Siendo sinceros, no corresponde el precio que hemos pagado con el alojamiento que nos han dado. Lo único bueno ha sido la ubicación pero en contraste con el resto de cosas le quita valor. Y para terminar añadir que se bajaba la palanca de la luz si encendía más de dos fogones a la vez y para volverla a subir la palanca estaba prácticamente en el techo fuera en el pasillo.

• 98 (10/5): Posizione fantastica - La casa è in un ottima posizione, perfetta anche per 5 persone nonostante ci siano 2 camere matrimoniali, il divano è comodo per la 5 persona, consiglio di mettere un fornetto a microonde e di fare piu attenzione alla pulizia sotto i letti, purtroppo per chi ha allergie alla polvere è un problema. Per il resto tutto bene bagno molto comodo tovaglie ect. La mancanza di un microonde e la polvere sotto i letti

• Ana Maria (1/5): ME AMARGO MI VIAJE A LONDRES - Nada, HORRIBLE, CHINCHES!!!!! no vayáis a este apartamento porque todas las habitaciones tienen plaga, no cambio de sábanas, cuando llegamos encontramos sábanas sucias de otros huéspedes, el apartamento nada que ver con las fotos (el mínimo problema), y luego te niegan que tienen problema de bichos y tras pelearnos todos los días para que quiten de booking este sitio, no dan solución ni te reembolsan el dinero ni nada, además de que BOOKING ES LA PEOR PLATAFORMA , por qué son intermediarios pero no median absolutamente NADA. No voy a seguir escribiendo porque no me quedan ni fuerzas ni ganas para seguir con esto Todo, espero que os sirva para poder disfrutar de vuestro viaje, una última recomendación, elegir un Hotel que cueste más caro ya que 300€ en londres es como si no hubierais pagado nada y vais a perder el dinero una lástima
