• ALESSIA (2/5): Non ci tornerei più ed ovviamente non lo consiglierei. Pessima esperienza. - Posizione buona La chieve della stanza l' abbiamo ritirata nella via indicata su booking, ma la stanza era altrove a 8/10 minuti di distanza. Non lo trovo corretto. Stanza gravemente trascurata. Doccetta e saliscendi rotti, anta doccia rotta (al suo posto c'era una tendina di plastica), nel wc (cieco) mancava areazione forzata, split condizionatore non funzionante, arredamento estremamente ridotto, nell' armadio c'erano solo 2 appendini. Per 3 notti in 4 persone avevamo a disposizione 3 rotoli di carta igienica piccoli. Direi che visto anche il costo basterebbe veramente poco migliorare il servizio. Oltretutto nella pagina Booking tra i servizi era indicato macchina caffè, cucina, tavolo da pranzo ecc. , non c'era nulla e comunque non ci poteva stare in così poco spazio, che per 4 persone è troppo piccolo.

Die Wände sind dünn man kann nicht ruhig schlafen wenn Nachbarn zb oberhalb mit den Sessel rücken. Wie in anderen Rezessionen beschrieben auch uns plagt seltsamerweise ein Hautausschlag seit dem Urlaub

• Samar (9/5): Stupendo! Un posto unico in cui ritornare se si è in gruppo a viaggiare e se si vuole spendere poco a Roma. - La zona in cui era situata la struttura era ottima! A pochi passi dal Vaticano, una vera meraviglia.

• Joanna (3/5): Warunki słabe, ale Rzym piękny. - lokalizacja Apartament z trzema sypialniami odbiega od zdjęć ofertowych. bardzo mała kuchnia, stanowiła raczej magazyn właścicieli ( ręczniki, mop, wiadra drabina , puszka po farbie i worek z ręcznikami), to powinno być niedopuszczalne. Brak możliwości zrobienia posiłku, a tym bardziej dla 7 osób, w kuchni 3 hokery , brak stołu i bardzo mało miejsca. Brak ekspresu, który widnieje w ofercie. Godzinę przed wymeldowaniem nachodziła nas Pani sprzątająca z pretensją, że jeszcze jesteśmy. Było to smutne i wprowadziło wielki haos szybkiego pakowania i ogarniania dla 7 osób. Nie jesteśmy wybredni, nie oczekujemy luksusów za te pieniążki, ale niestety tym razem jesteśmy bardzo rozczarowani. Proszę nie sugerować się zdjęciami, ponieważ nie oddają prawdy. Nasza opinia dot. apartamentu z trzema sypialniami. Apartament znajduje się w innej lokalizacji niż oferta na stronie (nie jest to oczywiście wielki problem dla nas, ale też o tym nie wiedzieliśmy).

Nikt nie przyniósł mi żelazka, później odpisali że się zepsuło, jeszcze później przestali mi odpisywac.. w kuchni jest bojler do ciepłej wody który jest bardzo głośny. Trzeba brac prysznic na zmianę bo inaczej nie ma ciepłej wody..

• Noemi (5/5): Bastante mediocre en comodidad. - Fuimos 3 adultos a pasar 4 días, uno de los colchones muy cómodo con edredón bueno y buenas almohadas. La otra cama con un manta muy muy fina y sin edredón. La ducha sale poca agua y o sale congelada o hirviendo, imposible regularla. Sin una sola balleta, para limpiar la mesa, sin servilletas, ni lavavajillas, la calefacción preguntamos si era posible ponerla y me dijo el dueño por wasap que la controlaba el ayuntamiento ....., No hay cafetera, solo un hervidor de agua, bastante escaso en comodidades, siempre viajamos y estamos en apartamentos y este ha sido de los más incómodos.

Per non parlare del cattivo odore che usciva dai bagni affiancati ai letti.

• Olga (4/5): - Δεν έχω γράψει ποτέ κριτική αλλά εδώ είναι απαραίτητο για να προειδοποιήσω. Μειναμε 3 βράδια με την οικογένεια μου και ήταν το χειρότερο ξενοδοχείο που μείναμε ποτέ. Στα κρεβάτια στα μαξιλάρια και στα παπλώματα βρήκαμε παντού κοριούς και τσιμπούρια και όταν εννοώ πολλά εννοώ πάρα πολλά κάθε μέρα. Μας τσιμπήσανε όλους και έκαναν την εμπειρία ακόμα χειρότερα . Τα σεντόνια ήταν λερωμένα και δεν μύριζαν καθαριότητα και ήταν με λεκέδες από αίματα από τους προηγούμενους. Θέρμανση δεν υπάρχει οπότε θα παγώσετε σίγουρα. Η κουζίνα δεν έχει απορροφητήρα ούτε υπάρχει κάτι να πλύνεις τα πιάτα σου . Οι τοίχοι και το πάτωμα είναι αρκετά ταλαιπωρημένα όπως και όλα τα έπιπλα δεν είναι ότι δείχνει η φωτογραφία . Οταν μπήκαμε στο δωμάτιο πρώτη φορά η τουαλέτα ήταν χρησιμοποιημένη από κάποιον και ξέχασαν να πατήσουν καζανάκι και να την καθαρίσουν ποιος ξέρει πόσο καιρό ήταν έτσι . Το μόνο καλό είναι η τοποθεσία και τίποτα άλλο

• Davide (2/5): - Abbiamo prenotato presso Vatican Catone Apartments a settembre per soggiornare dal 14 al 17 novembre in 8 persone, quindi abbiamo preso un appartamento con 3 camere e 3 bagni. Abbiamo avvisato la struttura circa 15 giorni prima per informarli sull’orario di arrivo (check-in dalle 14 alle 18) e ci è stato detto che l’appartamento si trovava in via Catone N.21 al quarto piano. Nella mattina del 14/11, durante il viaggio, abbiamo contattato la struttura e ci è stato detto che ci avrebbero dato l’appartamento un po’ più tardi perché non ancora pronto; arrivati in via catone N.21 scopriamo che l’appartamento non era in via Catone ma in via Giulio Cesare (5 minuti a piedi). Arrivati finalmente a destinazione per appoggiare i bagagli e riuscire, visto che non era ancora pronto l’alloggio; apriamo la porta e troviamo la casa in condizioni pietose: era tutto sporco di vernice perché avevano finito di imbiancare da poco (non vi dico l’odore); fortunatamente le ragazze delle pulizie presenti sul posto hanno fatto un gran lavoro per riuscire a rendere la casa in condizioni decenti per le 18. Dopo una giornata molto stancante, con 2 minorenni, entriamo finalmente in casa per lavarci e riposarci, magari mangiare anche qualcosa e ci arriva un messaggio che sarebbe arrivato il “manutentore” per sistemare 2 cose: perdita in un bagno e presa elettrica scoperta… Finita la riparazione scopriamo che altre prese non erano funzionanti, di 3 televisioni non ne funzionava nemmeno una (cavi antenna tagliati e alcuni finti all’interno del muro) di 3 condizionatori ne funzionavano 2 e con un solo telecomando perché gli altri 2 non andavano e una perdita dal doccino del bagno in un’altra camera.
• Hayes (9/5): Perfect location to explore - The location was perfect to explore. The apartment was clean and had plenty of room. The beds were comfortable so had a great night's sleep. Check in was easy but the apartment was in a different location. For a longer stay the kitchen and cooking facilities would be a problem for me. The kitchen was very small, the fridge was large but the cooking facilities were basic. We ate out so this didn't impact our stay.

As a group with adults and children stay we literally struggled for privacy at times Two female staff were extremely arrogant while children taking photos and chit-chat at stairs. Apartamento mal conservado, poca higiene, no funcionaban los AACC, los utensilios de cocina en mal estado y sucios, ruido en la termo de agua caliente, que parecía que iba a explotar. Aunque lo peor de todo fue la gran cantidad de chinches que tenían las camas. Nos cambiaron por esta razón de apartamento y en el segundo apartamento también habían. Parte de la familia se fue con picadas en el cuerpo. El trato para solucionar el problema del chico de recepción fue insuficiente, pero el del gestor del apartamento fue bochornoso. • Oliver (1/5): Ruined Our Rome Vacation!!! - If there is, the location is good. The beds are full of bugs, we couldn't sleep. We requested to have our accommodation refunded even on the first and they told us we cant anymore. When we were about to leave, we even had to check our bags and saw bugs in there, and we had to wash all our clothes as we arrive in our next accommodation. The becomes cold while taking a shower, even if you choose warm. The sponge they have for washing dishes looks like a sponge that was used in toilets. There was no air conditioning. The staff promised thay he will come back to fix it and we never saw him again, not even his shadow. Stay away from this place!
• Alexis (1/5): Dirty, expensive, disappointing. - None. DO NOT STAY HERE! Me and my friends (10 girls ages 18-22) booked 3 rooms here as one apartment. Upon arrival we found bugs in every single room. They were on the beds, curtains, headboards, and walls. When I messaged reception about this, he told me not to lie about bugs being in every room. He then offered an alternate room for the night that would only sleep 4 people. I told him there were 10 of us and so we would need more rooms than that. He said that one room was the only one available and that we could get new rooms in the morning. This was unacceptable because it was between midnight and 1 am and we now had no clean rooms to sleep in while being young girls in a foreign country. When I contacted the manager, it was clear that he was at a party or in a club. I could hear music and people talking in the background. He insisted that there was nothing he could do for us and when I asked for a refund he stated that the “usual procedure” would mean filing for a refund through booking.com and then he would look at it in the morning. He told me that “if you have enough money to be in Italy, you have enough money to buy another hotel”. When I repeated that this wouldn’t work because there were 10 girls now without a place to sleep at 1 am, he hung up on me. My group had to go find and pay for another hotel in the middle of the night. We were out on the streets trying to find somewhere to stay for over an hour. The next day I filed for a refund through booking.com and the hotel assured me that I would get one. I had videos of the bugs in the room complete with room numbers, a video of us on the phone with the manager, and a video of us checking out of the hotel. I found out that the hotel told booking.com that we were a “no-show” and refused to give us a refund. I explained the situation to booking.

• Manvi (8/5): Very good - Location was perfect. 5 mins walk to Vatican museum and st Peter's Basilica. Train station and bus stops are very close. Very spacious. Cutlery was very limited. 4 spoons for a family of 6 are too less. Some Beds were uncomfortable. Checkin in a different building and apartment was in another building. The bathroom shower mixer wasn't working properly. It was very cold and then very hot all of a sudden.
• Maria (10/5): Fantastic location, great spacious property in the middle of Rome! - Fantastic location to get to everywhere. All accommodation in Rome try to conserve space as much as possible. We found the apartments amazing and had loads of space. No problems with any amenities. Also staff were very accommodating and kept us informed as much as possible. Also grateful for the help and support of the staff in storing my father’s wheelchair for a few days. Nothing - could not recommend this property enough.

• Roland (1/5): Nightmare with bed bugs - It was a nightmare. We didn't get the apartment we paid for, the one we reserved on booking. We got a room with a smelly bathroom, bad beds and dirty walls. We didn't want to cause problems, so we didn't say anything. But when we went to bed at night, we noticed that something was crawling on us: the bed was full of bed bugs. I called the owner, from the conversation it seemed that he knew there were bed bugs, yet he rent out the apartment like that. He didn't want to help me until the next day, but I didn't let him, so he offered another room in another appartment. After 10 p.m., it's half an hour's walk to the new apartment. It was even worse: dirty walls, smelly bathroom, with very, very old furnitures. We didn't sleep all night. The next morning we went to the host to ask for our money back. He said he can't help, won't give money back, why don't we accept what we got... I had to book another appartment, I paid twice for this short holiday. Now I'm waiting for the booking.com response. I do not recommend this apartment and this owner!

• Rina (7/5): Comfortable and good sized rooms, clean and affordable for Rome. - The space was clean and it was great to have 2 washrooms for the 7 of us. It was also nice to have a kitchen to keep some snacks and drinks. The owners were responsive whenever I had to get in touch with them. There was a broken pipe under the sink and they had it fixed before we got back from sightseeing at the end of the day! The only thing that was difficult was actually finding the rooms in the building as things weren't clearly numbered. Especially since we arrived late at night and the reception was closed.

• Francesca (2/5): Inadequate accommodation - It was close to the Vatican and close to shops.in walking distance. I was told the apartment was disabled, friendly couldn't get my mothers wheelchair into the lift because it wasn't wide enough,my husband and nephew had to carry her in the wheelchair up and down 3 flights of stairs.couldn't get her in the bathroom because it had a step my mother can't walk.the apartment wasn't the one advertised.(false advertisements)
• Anonm (10/5): Apartment very near to the Vatican - The apartment is very near to the vatican and near to a metro station. It has aircondition, the apartment has 3 separate rooms with shower and toilet in each room. The kitchen is a bit small and it is hard to cook your own meal. It does not have an electric kettle so we can atleast drink coffee in the morning. No microwave, only a small electric stove.
• Kata (6/5): no working air conditioner - Location was good. The air conditioner was broken, so a 37 degree day with inadequate air conditioning wasn't ideal. It was obviously a known issue and they had tried to put a a small little unit but on such a hot day, it didn't work. They tried to send a maintenance guy, but with the language barrier it was difficult to understand what he wanted. We did let him in to fix the unit, but then he left without doing anything. We later found out that he wanted us all to leave so he could do the work, but we didn't understand. After understanding what he wanted, we then set up another time for the maintenance guy to come over while were weren't there, but he never showed. The room itself wasn't an apartment or what we envisioned, it was just a big room with our beds and a little kitchenette on the side.
• Karol (10/5): Excellent location. Great quality and space - The apartment was big,clean and well located. The electricity was cut during the morning and after was fixed.

• Olivia (7/5): Overall good value for money. - Excellent location. Spacious rooms, clean beds. Small things might need fixing here and there; window didn’t close, showers were alternating hot and cold, wifi stopped working during our stay. Hair dryer generated smoke. Elevator was old and small so we took the stairs. Had to leave stroller in the corridor.

• Merdes (9/5): A great location and enough room for a family of 5. - Perfect location, near Vatican. Few minutes walk to metro station. We also walked to Roman sites, about 30-40 minutes away. Close restaurants and gelato. There was a small washing machine, we were able to buy soap at store across the street. Beds were comfortable, refrigerator and toaster oven available. No hand towels for kitchen, but we were able to use bathroom towels as needed. I asked prior to arrival if we could drop bags prior to check in and was told yes. When we arrived, no one was available. After asking around, we found a luggage storage place about 5 min walk away. Once we stored bags, hosts responded that they could meet us. Which was too late. A slight inconvenience (and cost).

• Biju (2/5): Very poor - Key had to be collected from 3rd floor with very small and old elevator, hardly one person and a bag can accommodate. We struggled to reach 3rd floor with all baggage but came to know our apartment is in another building!!! Also, surprised that we got 4 keys in a bunch, and instructions to use similar 4 keys at different door locks. It was very difficult to handle, otherwise to write the instructions on a paper!!! Hence, we had to shift the baggage to said building in 4th floor with same conditions of elevator! It was really shocking when we saw the apartment. Not clean, many things were dumped on many corners and shelves. Devastating thing was that we found many bed bugs on the beds, wall etc...!!!!! We communicated this with manager and said we cannot sleep in this apartment. He addressed us properly and provided two rooms in another building, and some discount as compensation. However, that evening was ruined...
