• SiddharthaB (10/5): Ecellent stay, will be back again - Location is really good, chris is a top bloke. He lives next door and he is always available for anything. In the middle of the central street. So everything is close.
• Piotr (7/5): Bardzo czysty apartament w idealnym miejscu. - Idealna lokalizacja. Bardzo czysto. Apartament przestronny. Głośno od ulicy. Okna nie tłumią dźwięków imprezujących ludzi. Drugie łóżko (w salonie) nie było bardzo wygodne, nawet po założeniu dodatkowego materaca, który miał wyrównać powierzchnię. Zależało mi na ekspresie do kawy. Co z tego, że był skoro kapsułki do niego nie były możliwe do kupienia w okolicznych sklepach.

Justo en una calle céntrica, peatonal y llena de restaurantes y cafeterías. Daniel y Chris, fueron extremadamente amables y dispuestos a ayudar en todo. Repetiría sin dudar y lo recomiendo 100% The apartment is luxurious. The sofa and bed are incredibly comfortable. The location is unbeatable, right on a central, pedestrian street full of restaurants and cafes. Daniel and Chris were extremely kind and willing to help with everything. I would definitely stay again and recommend it 100%. Nothing. Everything was good

• Juleanne (6/5): We were forced to pay an extra €35 to the cleaners as there was a miscommunication with the host. We left our luggage in - Big place. Good location, like the Oxford Street of Sofia. Communication from the host is bad. There’s a bad smell constantly coming from the bathroom, the sofa bed is not comfortable. Not enough linen, e.g we had to use a duvet without a cover. Windows are really hard to close which brings the loud street noise inside.

• sébastien (8/5): Appartement à recommander - L' emplacement était idéal dans la rue commerçante, tous les équipements nécessaires étaient là (manque juste un torchon). Tout était propre. A recommander. Le principe des wc dans la douche n est pas pratique car ils sont éclaboussés et difficilement utilisables après.

When we arrived at 12:30 p.m., we kindly asked the owner, Mr. Daniel, if we could leave our belongings in the house, and he was extremely helpful with everything. Unfortunately, by mistake, we took the key with us, so the cleaner couldn’t get inside. However, Mr. Chris, the other owner, came to the house with his son and cleaned everything thoroughly. He even did the laundry, cleaned the bathroom, changed the sheets, and took care of everything. He was a very pleasant and kind person. We will definitely choose this place again and highly recommend it to everyone.

• Lucía (8/5): - La ubicación muy céntrica, rodeado de tiendas y restaurantes. Apartamento muy amplio, reformado y con todo lo necesario. El inodoro dentro de la ducha no es muy cómodo y no llega el ascensor a esa planta. Por lo demás, bien.

Lo terrei presente in altri viaggi. Cortesia e disponibilità totale di Chris e Daniel. Comunicazione eccezionale. Grazie Non ho nulla da dire di negativo.

• arturo (1/5): - No entiendo las notas que tiene este alojamiento o hemos tenido muchísima mala suerte, todo empezó denegando la entrada algo antes de las 16 horas, una vez llegadas dicha hora, entramos y estaba la casa sin limpiar, sin recoger,las camas con la ropa de los anteriores inquilinos y sucio como nunca me he encontrado un alojamiento, sobre las 16:45 abren la puerta viniendo a limpiar con la excusa de que se les olvido, no pudimos entrar hasta las 19:30. Aún así, todavía se pegaba uno a los armarios de la cocina. No nos dejaron ropa de cama para los 2 sofás camas como estaba avisado, además uno de los sofás no era cama. Seguimos no había agua caliente, se les dijo y contestaron que vendrían al día siguiente, no vinieron y nos ignoraron en los tres días que estuvimos. También fue la primera vez que tuve que pagar una fianza de 77 €, teniendo que insistir para su devolución, devolviéndome solo 63€, cobrándome a mí la comisión que tuvieron que pagar ellos. Por último y aunque no es motivo de queja, hay que indicar que es el apartamento más hortera y con peor gusto que he visto nunca. Por todo lo expuesto, y la falta de atención por parte de los dueños o gestores del apartamento, aconsejo huir de este apartamento, advertidos quedáis futuros inquilinos.
• Lorenza (9/5): Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento nel cuore di Sofia, in una posizione semplicemente perfetta: direttamente sul - La posizione comoda, l’appartamento spazioso e pulito e la cordialità del proprietario. Praticamente tutto perfetto tranne la mancanza di alcune stoviglie in più e uno stendino, ma sono piccolezze.

El anfitrión, la persona más amable que he encontrado desde que viajo, muchísimas gracias por todo. Aunque la calle es peatonal y con muchos bares y gente, en el apartamento no se escucha nada, además la climatización es silenciosa. Para mi, un diez. Nada, estuvimos muy cómodos.

• Plamena (9/5): Perfect location - at the heart of Sofia - Perfect location. Renovated, pretty and comfy. Check-in was super easy with a lock box. There’s very little to say here. The adjustable shower head was broken and we could not use it. However, I guess the hosts just couldn’t replace it on time.

Large bedroom and living room, new furniture. My bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay again there if I visit Sofia a bit noisy because you are staying right on the Main pedestrian Street in Sofia.
• Cynthia (5/5): Could be a great place, is not hypoallergenic as advertised, and kindly answer the texts and phone. - I liked the apartment lay out, light, the huge kitchen table. I liked the kitchen and the washing machine and clothing hanger was a great convenience. The directions to the location and the drop box was easy to find. Lack of communication, wrong password for WiFi and though they say they are hypoallergenic they are not. They promised to bring me sheets not washed in scented laundry detergent but never did. I could not use the bed so had to sleep on the couch and luckily I brought my own blanket. If you are going to advertise that you are hypoallergenic and use ECO friendly cleaning material then you must do so. I suggest they take down that they are hypoallergenic. Also luckily the noise outside goes away around midnight.

• Fabienne (9/5): Absolutely amazing place - Absolutely amazing place just like the pictures show. Very clean, well equipped and organized into every detail. Everything matches and the interior is fantastic. Bed was very comfortable and they even provided a high chair, a crib and a stool for the kids. Washing machine, drying rack, vacuum cleaner… everything was there. And the location is great right in the center, just go downstairs and you’re right in the middle of Sofia! The window didn’t close properly so it was quite loud. The wifi didn’t work at some point.

Fantastic area lots of shops and restaurants around. Fantastic correspondence from owner replies to questions promptly Chris the host, was there to give us keys and information, he was very friendly and helpful and accommodated us by ally’s to check in earlier. Highly recommended this apartment for comfort, cleanliness, and bright open space at a fantastic location Would definitely stay again! There was nothing we didn’t like about this apartment
