- Niamh (10/5): Exceptional -
- Judy (10/5): Great stay! Would come back again! Thanks !! - Such a great location and easy to come and go to our apartment. Great places to find food and view was lovely!
- Brydee (3/5): Ultimately I paid almost $300 for that room and we ended up leaving to go home and neither me or my partner were happy t - Easy to find
Easy access to room No proper blanket on bed only a top sheet and the blanket provided in cupboard was covered in stains and dirt (not washed)
Made the mistake of looking under the bed was absolutely disgusting!
- Val (4/5): Location was good but facilities did not reach my expectations - Location was good Accommodation was supposed to include a toaster also there was no plate or knife to spread butter or spreads. Also the accommodation was to include body wash which was empty. Also no TV reception.
- Meryl (10/5): Perfect little spot in town! - Prime location! Balcony! Key codes are perfect for friend groups and partying (no need for extra keys and eliminates risk of lost keys). No front reception but staff are very responsive online. Room is a little small but it's perfect if you only ever need a place to rest your head at night. Low clearance for the garage.
- Sweta (1/5): Bad - No sampoo, Conditioner and bodywash
No wifi password work
No water available
- Ellen (9/5): Superb -
- Ruby (6/5): Pleasant -
- Deborah (4/5): Disappointing - We parked in the underground carport, we followed the exit signs to get out and honestly thought we were part of the next saw movie! The directions were piss poor! We are alive tho which is a bonus!
- Connor (4/5): Disappointing -
- Here (5/5): Passable - Location Bed and cleanliness
- Georgia (5/5): Passable - Location was great Original room booked was not clean on arrival. Had not been cleaned since last guests stay. Room had to be changed to an alternative
- Roisin (8/5): To summarise I would 100% stay again if I ever come back to airlie, just bring a backpack 😅 - I liked that we didn’t have to check in and were sent very good details on how to check in ourselves, It’s so humid out so was nice to have a room with good aircon, it was really clean nice comfy bed and pillows and it was nice that tea and coffee and milk was there if we wanted it Two items were left in the room so my worry is it wasn’t thoroughly cleaned for our stay, We are backpacking so I also didn’t like that there was no ramps/lifts it was all stairs to our room which was tough with such heavy suitcases, it also said WiFi available while booking, as there was no check in I wasn’t able to get the password and it wasn’t included in my email I received
- Adrian (6/5): great accommodation, great location - location no luggage storage or reception or on-site staff
- Sacha (6/5): Pleasant - On arrival the air conditioner did not work.
After hrs staff were very helpful.
- Tameka (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jodie (7/5): Okay - Central Car park and stairs
- Oliver (6/5): Pleasant -
- Wendy (8/5): Very good -
- Jackie (9/5): Superb - Clean and convenient
- Maria (6/5): It was good for one night but I would not stay for any length of time - It was very close to the Main Street, restaurants, shops and short walk to the lagoon A little hard to get in to, lots of stairs if you use the fire stair entrance. No remote control for the tv
- Shane (3/5): it's a backpacker style. - Location is great, the building has restaurants, walking distance to pub, groceries, food, beach. No window and poor ventilation
- Clement (5/5): Passable -
- Kyle (10/5): Exceptional - Underground parking was fantastic, self check in was very easy.
Fantastic location Unit was clean, but noticed a few areas had been missed
- Lilli (10/5): The best weekend of my life - I loved the location and that I was able to check in earlier than planned. The staff were so helpful over the phone. Just the right amount of room for my friend and I to get ready and everything. I got quite confused when trying to enter after the roller doors closed. We tried to go up through the stairs but then when we got to the door that takes you through the Mexican restaurant, it would say unlocked but wouldn’t actually open. We then had to try go through a different door after about 30 minutes
- Stephen (8/5): Very good - Location was excellent, close to restaurants and bars.
- Bree (7/5): Best location, tiny room no windows - Good location, close to beach , shops, restaurants,, keyless access Parking, no windows in room, bathroom tiny, no where to put bags, hang towels, no cleaning, no staff
- Callaghan (5/5): Rushed out before check out time - The accommodation is basic but clean and in a good location. However, we were visited by cleaning staff over an hour before check out time informing us that check out time was earlier than usual because they had 'back to back bookings with someone checking in at 10am'. This was despite the booking confirmation staying a check out time of 10am. I'm not sure who checks into accommodation at 10am?? That's a crazy turnaround. The staff were insistent we leave asap and we felt very pressured/rushed.
- Chloe (7/5): Conveniently placed and clean even if comfort was a little lacking. - Location is fantastic. We stayed in one of the small windowless rooms, so price seemed steep, but being so close to everything was so convenient it made it fairly worth it. The place was clean. But only provided a sheet and no additional blanket. Being in such a small room, a fan and/or AC was needed for airflow so it was easy to get cold.
Although it can’t be helped, you could hear every person that came in an out of their own apartments including the pins pads on the doors.
- Jaime (4/5): Disappointing -
- Felim (7/5): Good -
- Anna (9/5): Excellent we would stay there again - It was central to everything Did not need a car to get around The lagoon was just across the road and all restaurants walking distance We stayed 4 nights we needed to get our own toilet paper and had no means of doing a bit of cleaning like vacuuming the floor But otherwise everything was great
- Tania (6/5): Excellent location, very convenient - Very good location Room was very small and not clean - rubbish still under the bed, dirty floor and mugs in drawer not clean
- Marina (6/5): Great location, but dirty floors - The location was super convenient in the heart of Airlie Beach, the aircons and fans worked perfectly, great water pressure in the shower, and having a fridge/hairdryer/shampoo/conditioner/bodywash in each room was great The floor was dirty, especially in the bathrooms and underneath the beds; the ashtrays on the balconies were full; there were no spare blankets
- Dallas (6/5): Good value simple accommodation in a great part of Airlie - Great location and underground parking below the complex was handy. Overall standard of cleaning was poor, old milk found in a fridge, bathrooms not very clean, ashtrays not emptied before our visit
- Bruce (3/5): Poor - Close to everything Looked like faeces in the shower on the frame of the door all the satchets of coffee were mouldy and there were no staff to be seen.
- Chris (7/5): Good -
- Cherie (6/5): Good location shower and Airconditioning not so good - The location Our rooms where not close ,as we asked for the room 106 aircon was not working the flitters were blocked very uncomfortable to sleep in with no windows 117 the room had a horrible smell that we could not get ride of thinking maybe that aircon need a clean as well shower was so small
- Amanda (9/5): Superb -
- Karina (8/5): Good value for money in great location - Location and value for money. Had an issue but got fixed same day. Excellent No complaints
- Aardoom (1/5): DO NOT EVER STAY HERE - Absolutely nothing We got flooded out of Airlie and the airport was closed and the accomodation refused to even accomodate to the impossible situation
- Etelaaho (9/5): Great place to stay if you are looking for an affordable bed after a big night out or in between activities. Would happi - The location and quietness of the room. How disgusting staircase from the carpark to
the lobby was. It was wet and smelled like Grease and mould.
- Maddy (3/5): Poor -
- Tamara (1/5): Bad - Location is great! That’s about it! No window in the rooms! Claustrophobic and a fire hazard
- Ironside (6/5): Pleasant -
- Ian (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jestin (10/5): it was an excellent stay - the location and cleanliness of the room maybe a small table
- Jason (3/5): Poor -
- Mavis (10/5): Exceptional -
- Holly (2/5): *beep beep beep beep* “unlocked” - location - in the heart of airlie could not find how to get in to the actual apartment complex.
can hear everything from outside - huge bangs during the middle of the night. do not expect to sleep.
- Bridget (10/5): Exceptional -
- Brendan (8/5): Very good -
- Cameron (10/5): Exceptional -
- Melinda (5/5): Passable - location was excellent Our room wasn't ready at check-in, staff were only contactable by phone ( though they were polite it lacks the personal touch of face to face), room needed a chair or 2, only place to sit was on the bed.
- Suzanne (7/5): Great location and great value for money - Location Nothing really
- Lorena (5/5): Passable -
- Ben (8/5): Great location - Location Bit expensive
- Ruth (3/5): Never again will I book this property & nor should anyone else unless absolutely last resort - In centre of town Absolutely disgusting.
Car park very tight. Not user friendly
No lifts, unclear even with a video how to exit car park
Rooms , you can hear everything in the rooms around you
No wifi even though advertised
- Raeni (4/5): Very expensive for what you receive. Definitely only paying for the location. - Good location, easy to access. Room was nice, comfortable bed. Toilet made loud noises every few minutes. Had to turn the water off after using each time to stop the noise. Was hard to sleep the first night due to this.
Parking garage does not have enough space and is extremely hard to manoeuvre
No reception so no interaction with staff at all.
- Mitch (10/5): Exceptional - Location and simply check in...
- Nicola (2/5): Terrible wouldn’t stay here if you paid me - Not much to like If you stay here you might as well put a bed in a busy shopping mall, the noise between 4-10pm is excessive. At least three restaurants operate over two floors and an extra large section is spacious in the middle, so every sound is amplified. Kitchen equipment was poor and the management agency was the worst I’ve had to deal with. Great if you don’t need to sleep because the noise starts again at 6.30 am. If you’re not well you are going to suffer more than you can imagine. Terrible accommodation
- Jane (8/5): Very good - Great location. Across from the water. Walking distance to almost everything, restaurants and bars, etc Room was clean and tidy. No window on the room. Had to walk upstairs carrying bags to get to room. No lift access
- Milo (8/5): Very good -
- Craig (4/5): Disappointing - Bit small felt a mining camp room
- Sean (3/5): Poor - Air conditioner not working
Toilet had a number 2 in it on arrival
Had a microwave but not one plate, knife or fork The above
- Mark (7/5): Good -
- Suzanne (6/5): Pleasant -
- Vaughan (7/5): Average - Location No windows
- Camille (1/5): Bad -
- Jessi (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ben (9/5): Superb -
- Mathieu (6/5): Pleasant - Localisation I book one room but no spécifications on the website no Windows on the roon i spoke with one person by message but no rallye answer 🥲 Just YouTube book thqt qnd ask for show le where i fini this information and no answer ,disapear
- Sandra (1/5): Awful - do not go here! - This room is AWFUL. Everything is sooo loud!!! I did not sleep for two days, because of all the noise day and night. There are no blankets, just sheets. There is a microwave, but no plates, bowls or cutlery. I can hear my neighbors doing their thing in the bathroom. No one answers, because they are off on the weekend (??!). Even after my stay I never got a reply. The floor was very dirty. There is nothing good about this accommodation - do not stay here!
It is a disgrace to ask these prices for such a horrible room!
- Pania (7/5): Enjoyable stay, right in the heart of everything. - Location was good but thought we were getting a sea view, turned out to be the back of the building. Wasn’t aware of this when I booked it. The view or lack of lol
- Darcy (7/5): Good -
- David (8/5): No issues - Location
- Wilk (1/5): Bad -
- Désirée (1/5): One felt like in a prison cell - Central location, underground parking and the video explaining the check-in process The room has no windows (it is not mentioned anywhere online. It's only in the confirmation email, which we received on the third day of our stay). It feels very cold and heartless. Other furniture, such as a chair, is also missing. In the "closet" there is also only space for about 2 shirts and the room is by far not 30 m^2 in size.
There is also no partition between the restaurants on the lower floor and the rooms, which makes it very noisy in the evening until 10.00 pm. The noise then starts again at 6.00 am, as this is probably when the deliveries for the restaurants arrive.
The room was also never cleaned during the 3 day stay and the towels were not changed.
In short: worst hotel I have ever stayed in!
- Ian (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alemzadeh (8/5): Very good -
- Kym (5/5): Great Location for a short stay - The bed was very comfortable and the toilet and bathroom was a good size. It was clean and well presented. The underground car park was quite small and it smelt bad along with the stairwell. It also would be great to have a sign to direct guests how to exit the carpark to the stairwell. A sign with Beach Plaza Accomadation on the door would be advisable. No windows in interior rooms.
- Daryl (1/5): Bad - Over priced for $315 a night worth no more than $150. In a shopping centre, no plates, cutlery, tiny fridge, dangerous step up into bathroom.
- Michael (5/5): Passable -
- Meaghan (7/5): I really enjoyed my stay. I tried to rebook today for a couple more nights, but no availability. - Great location, easy to find and access instructions were clear and liked the secure parking. Staff answered the phone promptly when I needed to call and were helpful. No window. Would have liked to know that before I booked (maybe I missed it when booking? I only saw it mentioned in the conformation email). I wasn’t expecting ocean views, but some natural light would have been good.
Also, a small table and/or chair would have been handy.
- Robson (8/5): all over was good - Good nothing
- Kiara (6/5): Good value for money, especially if you’re just here to sleep - Good security, not needing a card was perfect for my weekend. The code system was fantastic It was much smaller than expected, however had all the items I required even in the small space
- Vicki (10/5): Very relaxing - Central
- John (7/5): Good -
- Chris (10/5): Exceptional -
- Helen (10/5): Exceptional - Loved everything about it especially location😀 The entry to carpark, had to park at Woolies carpark because I have a big car😀
