- Muriel (8/5): - Hôte à disposition rapidement. Emplacement idéal proche de la JR et à 15min à pied de Shinjuku. 3 lits 140 cm. Donc idéal pour une famille de 4 mais vu la taille des lits difficile de mettre 2 ados ensemble dans le même lit. Canapé pas du tout confortable pour s'asseoir. Nettoyage pas parfait. Plusieurs endroits un peu poussiéreux

- Muy (6/5): Great location however would not recommend for families with babies due to lack of cleanliness of property - Great location, rooms were renovated and had washing machine Living room and kitchen facilities were dirty. Toilet was dirty on check in and had to be flushed. Customer service could be improved.

Our luggage delivery somehow ended up in the room which was a Pleasent suprise considering we didn’t list the address and only the only the owners phone number; we were anticipating it being delivered to a local convenience store for pick up. Pillows were varied Limited storage space
