L’accueil d’Alexia était incroyable. Le meilleur accueil qu’on a pu avoir durant tout notre séjour en Crète (3 nuits passés ici sur les 10) Une formidable personne et en + nous donnait tous les jours des petits gâteaux et apéritifs.

Baño amplio, cama cómoda, zona tranquila (estuvimos en abril fuera de temporada). Al estar casi en el borde del pueblo, hay mucho espacio para aparcar. El centro del pueblo a unos 10 minutos a pie. A 5 minutos tienes restaurantes con vistas al mar. Todo el mundo súper amable. Volveríamos sin dudarlo.

Es ist sehr hell und der Blick aufs Meer ist einfach magisch. Die Gastgeberin war unglaublich herzlich und freundlich! Sie hatte sogar selbstgemachten Kuchen und Früchte für uns. Auf Nach- und Anfragen reagiert sie schnell und versucht alles, um diesen nachzukommen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl bei ihr gefühlt.

• Claire (10/5): Séjour absolument parfait - Alexia et sa fille sont d'une gentillesse, comme j'ai rarement vu. On est accueilli avec du gâteau fait maison délicieux et des fruits, je venais de passer la nuit dans le ferry et elles ont pu préparer ma chambre en avance pour que je puisse me reposer. Leur présence chaleureuse s'est même fait sentir pendant la grosse tempête de sable qui m'a contrainte à rester dans la chambre, j'ai découvert sur ma porte un sac avec du gâteau et des fruits. La chambre en elle même était lumineuse spacieuse et très confortable, la literie un rêve. Je recommande et j'espère bien y revenir !

• Roelina (10/5): - De ontvangst door Alexia en haar dochter Ilana. Zij zijn heel hartelijk en behulpzaam. Onze fietsen mochten veilig achter slot en grendel bij de receptie staan. De kamer is mooi en praktisch ingericht. Vanaf het balkon mooi uitzicht op de zee en je hoeft de straat maar over te steken en je bent op het strand.

• Stefanos (10/5): A warm and memorable stay with a stunning sea view and an exceptionally hospitable host. - We had a truly wonderful stay. The host was extremely kind, warm, and always helpful. We especially appreciated the thoughtful welcome gift of olive oil and fresh tomatoes from her own garden – such a personal and authentic touch. Even at departure, we received a very heartfelt goodbye along with more olive oil and vegetables as a lovely memory. The sea view was beautiful, and the apartment itself was cozy, very clean, and well maintained. There was nothing to complain about – everything was perfect for us.

También responden rápido en Booking y son serviciales (me hicieron un early check-in) y atentos (ella me regalo una porción de tortas entre otras cosas). La habitación es muy moderna y la vista es bonita. Todo me gustó pero quizás se podría agregar un microondas y una escoba.

Ruhig, direkt am Meer gelegen und Restaurants, Cafés und der Ortsplatz sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und mit Kaffee, Tee, Wasser, Croissants und frischem Kuchen vorbereitet. Die Besitzerin Alexia hat uns bereits im Vorraus kontaktiert und sehr freundlich empfangen und verabschiedet.

• Ursula (10/5): Griechische Gastfreundschaft - Das Apartment ist genau wie abgebildet. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist wunderbar. Um diese Jahreszeit sehr ruhig.In unmittelbarer Nähe sind einige Tavernen wo man gut isst. Alexia und ihre Tochter Eliana sind sehr um ihre Gäste bemüht. Sie stehen für Fragen jederzeit bereit, und verwöhnten mich mit Obst und kleinen gebackenen Köstlichkeiten. Sehr herzliche Gastgeber. Die Lage ist perfekt um den Nordwesten der Insel zu erkunden.

The host Alexia was super attentive and went above and beyond to insure our stay was wonderful. She added unexpected extras like fresh baking every day including drinks. We were very appreciative of her effort. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in the Kissamos area exploring the beaches etc. From here it’s also an easy drive to Chania.

• Maximilian (10/5): Perfektes einschlafen beim Meeresrauschen - Alles perfekt. Die Alexia ist super freundlich und hat uns gleich mit Essen begrüßt. Apartment ist neu und sehr angenehm. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Einschlafen zum Geräusch der Wellen ist ein Traum :) Fliegengitter bei der Balkontüre wäre praktisch.

Alexia non parla una parola di inglese, se proprio devo darle un consiglio, ma alla fine si comunica ugualmente.

• Barbara (10/5): Soggiorno perfetto! - Struttura nuovissima, di fronte alla spiaggia di Kissamos, in stretta adiacenza ai ristorantini sul lungo mare. Comodo parcheggio di fronte la struttura. Camera ampia, con terrazzino comodissimo con vista mare, pulitissima e con tutto l’occorrente. Alexia, la proprietaria, gentilissima, ogni giorno ci portava in stanza del cibo preparato da lei, comodo per spuntini veloci e per la colazione. Soggiorno perfetto, se torneremo a Kissamos sicuramente torneremo da Alexia!
• Mauro (9/5): Alloggio top, Alexia super-Top - Camera nuovissima e pulitissima davanti al mare di Kissamos. Gli appartamenti sono nuovissimi e silenziosi. Ma la vera chicca è Alexia, una persona dolcissima e super sorridente e accogliente, che vi vizierà ogni giorno portandovi a sorpresa delle cosine da mangiare cucinate da lei, a volte dolci e a volte salate. Vi vizierà. Peccato aver soggiornato solo due notti Ci è piaciuto tutto, se proprio dobbiamo compilare il questionario, unica cosa aggiungeremmo un tostapane, perchè se ne sente la mancanza se si desidera preparare una colazione.

Als besonders freundliche Geste gab es leckeres Gebäck - nicht nur als Willkommensgruß, sondern an allen Tagen unseres Aufenthalts. Dieses neue, sehr geschmackvolle Haus ist nicht nur schön & praktisch eingerichtet, es wird durch die freundliche Aufnahme zu einem perfekten Wohlfühlort. Wir hätten uns nicht wohler fühlen können! -

Cet établissement récemment est propre, joliment décoré, construit avec des matériaux de qualité. Une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer et à deux pas des restaurants. Je recommande forcément ! Tout était parfait, aucune remarque négative à faire.

• Claudia (10/5): - L’appartement est directement sur la plage, l’hôte est très gentille et il y a même un petit espace détente devant l’immeuble qui sert des cocktails en soirée.
• Sathusha (9/5): Coup de cœur pour ce petit hôtel familial. - Alexia est d’une grande gentillesse, accueil chaleureux, des petites attentions (boissons, gâteaux, tortillas). L’hôtel est très bien situé, la plage se trouve littéralement au pied de l’hôtel. En prime, un bar à cocktail en plein air. Le séjour fut court mais je reviendrai sans hésiter.
• Venturini (10/5): Soggiorno perfetto - La struttura è nuova, pulitissima e di fronte al mare. La proprietaria è gentilissima e attentissima.La comunicazione con lo staff è perfetta. Abbiamo apprezzato la calma del luogo, la vicinanza a punti di interesse facilmente raggiungibili ( sia in auto che bus). Non ci sono state cose che non ci sono piaciute.

• Jada (8/5): Alexia is an amazing human and goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable! - Alexia (the apartment owner) was extremely kind! We felt right at home with her and she was generous enough to offer us pastries and even coffee. The location of the property was perfect, within walking distance to the beach and some other delicious restaurants. The room was extremely clean and the shower was amazing, great pressure! Overall, I would recommend staying here if you are visiting Kissamos. Infront of the property there is a little lounge area which at night, turns into a bar. On our first night, it was quite loud. Especially from other guests coming in late and not respecting other people’s sleep.
• Michael Dahl (5/5): - Fin indrette lejlighed med et dejligt badeværelse. Vi sov godt i en god seng. Men altanen. Det var ikke under vores ophold muligt at have det mindste fred og ro på altan, når vi ville nyde aftenen. Foran lejligheden er bygningens bar, som har åbent fra 18.00 - 01.00, hvor der er høj musik og larmende gæster. Dette fremgår ikke af billederne på nogen udlejnings sider. Ydermere er altanen på Calm Sea, fuldt oplyst fra trappe belysning hele natten. Larm fra bygningens bar, som ikke figurerer på billeder, eller beskrivelse af lejligheden :-( Det giver overhovedet ingen mening at booking.com skriver at: "der skal være ro imellem 23.00 - 07.00" og at: der må ikke holdes arrangementer eller fester, når der er larm fra bygningens bar. Lørdag nat var der larm til klokken 3 om natten, før de sidste opstemte gæster forsvandt. Få opdateret beskrivelsen og billederne af udsigten fra lejligheden, så man ved at der ligger en bar lige foran.
• Cristiano (10/5): Incantevole casa davanti al mare - La posizione della casa è davanti al mare, le camere quindi hanno tutte la vista dal balconcino. All'arrivo l'appartamento era curato e ben tenuto, si vede che è stato ristrutturato di recente. La stanza luminosa e spaziosa, con un piccolo angolo cucina (a cui però mancavano i fornelli). I bagni erano pulitissimi e completi di tutto (una delle poche strutture con il box doccia invece della tendina). A due passi dalla struttura ci sono locali, ristoranti e bar, ma comunque la zona rimane molto tranquilla. Il centro di Kissamos è a 5 minuti a piedi. L'host è semplicemente deliziosa, ci ha accolto calorosamente e ci ha offerto continuamente rustici e ciambellone. Un soggiorno assolutamente fantastico!

• Simone (9/5): Ottima soluzione a due passi dal mare. - Residence di nuova costruzione letteralmente a due passi dalla spiaggia. Siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e con un piatto di dolci locali. La camera matrimoniale non era eccessivamente spaziosa ma adatta a due persone con due bagagli. La camera aveva anche un balcone con tavolino e sedie e un piccolo angolo cottura per un'eventuale preparazione. Il bagno piccolo ma confortevole e con arredi nuovissimi. Doccia nolto comoda. Bonus finale il piccolo bar esattamente davanti al residence. Nulla

• Deborah (10/5): - Alexia could not have been a better host. We had a warm welcome and she even left out some gorgeous pastries for us which we devoured after our Journey up! The rooms are beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean! They even smell amazing in the whole complex all day long! There is the cutest area across the road to sit with a drink on beanbags watching the sea and sunset. There is also a fab Taverna beside it with traditional blue tablecloths right on the sea edge. Its a great place to base yourself if you want to visit Balos, Falassarna, Elafonisi etc! We really loved our stay here! Thank you Alexia! :) Nothing we did not like!
• Chiara (10/5): Relax in riva al mare - Camera ampia, dotata di tutti i comfort, inclusi: un piccolo angolo snack, ampio balcone con arredo da esterno, ampio stendibiancheria per asciugare i teli mare, phone con diffusore per capelli ricci e altri ancora. Al nostro arrivo Alexia ci ha fatto trovare un aperitivo di benvenuto. Nonostante nella nostra prenotazione non fosse inclusa la colazione, tutti i giorni Alexia ci ha portato qualcosa da mangiare. A fine vacanza ci ha anche lavato la macchina per rimuovere la salsedine. È presente grande disponibilità di parcheggio gratuito direttamente sotto l'appartamento.

• Flavia (9/5): - Camera pulitissima con vista sul mare e letteralmente a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. Attorno alla struttura non c'è caos, ma c'è qualche ristorante sempre sul mare con una vista stupenda...perfetto dopo una giornata di mare! La struttura si trova a 20 min da Falasarna e 40 da Elafonissi, così si possono vedere spiagge stupende usando Alexia come base. La proprietaria è una signora gentilissima che ci ha dato il benvenuto con dei buonissimi prodotti fatti da lei.
