• 12cim (10/5): Ideal si in afara sezonului - Abaolut totul este superb. Am ajuns in perioada de extra-sezon dar locatia si camera arata extraordinar. Am primit o camera foarte mare - poti sa traiesti acolo fara probleme, este un adevarat apartament cu 2 camere cu un balcon imens pe 2 laturi. Personalul este nemaipomenit. Gazda noastra ne-a asteptar mereu cu cate un cadou pt copii. Noi am ajuns foarte tarziu la cazare, mult dupa ora de check-in dar gazda a fost foarte amabila si ne-a lasat cheia la receptie. De asemenea, gazda ne-a ajutat si cu aerul conditionat pt caldura. De asemenea, este foarte aproape de plaja si de o strada cu magazine. Daca as putea sa dau 100 de stele, as da fara retinere, este minunat. -

Alle Personen klagten über Rückenschmerzen. Das Zimmer war sehr schlecht gereinigt. Überall war Schimmel und Rost. Selbst auf dem Boden lagen Scherben. Es war ekelhaft.

• Vanessa (9/5): We really enjoyed our stay and would happily choose Fedra again - Friendly owners/staff, really accommodating. Great location. Apartments really spacious and we had a huge balcony. Heading towards the end of the season so some things were looking tired, some small bits of maintenance would just give the apartment a more polished feel. (Our bathroom door didn’t close, which wasn’t a problem for us but might be for some)

• Roehle (10/5): Great and beautiful apartment if you want everything in walking distance - Very beautiful apartment and overall facility in the heart of Hersonissos. Everything is in walking distance. The apartment is very clean and the owners are happy to help with everything you need. The AC in the bedroom didn’t turn on. But probably the battery of the control was empty. I’m sure they would have fixed it immediately if I had said something. But it was fine for me. So there is nothing really I didn’t like.

Internet speed was slower than I expected. Booking.com was promising high speed internet. However, internet speed provided was between 5-11MB range. (adding it here for people who would like to work remotely)
• Andrii (6/5): Good value for money, - Apartment for 4 people had more than enough space. Extra blankets, linen, towels were available. Air conditioning works. Swimming pool was good and extra towels next to it were welcome. Shared kitchen / eating area next the pool was nice, too. Hotel is 3 minute leisurely walking to the beach, which is also great. Hotel stuff was kind to offer us early check in. In general, hotels appears to have been great 10 years ago, but now needs maintenance. Kitchen lacks a cooking pot and the single frying pen looked rusty enough to be unusable. Room doors don't lock well (but entrance door works fine), especially the bathroom. When taking shower, water went through the shower drainage and then re-appears from the overall bathroom drainage. For one person, it's a not a a deal breaker, since excess water eventually drains, but this could be problematic with many people.

• Emmanouil (10/5): Exceptional - We stayed at FEDRA apartments and I was impressed.Not only for how comfortable and clean it was but also for the breakfast that was offered for free… even though the breakfast isn't mentioned in booking facilities I ate one of the best handmade cake I've ever eaten in my life. Also hot coffee anytime in the day we wanted... Excellent thought

We totally recommend staying at fedra apartments even though one time we had the music really loud after midnight and the owner asked us politely to turn it down so we didn’t disturb other residents in the apartments.

• Nevena (6/5): Amazing location apartments but not so clean - Location was perfect! Staff is really nice. We loved Crete and Hersonissos have perfect location for exploring Crete. Room hasn’t been really cleaned for 10 days. We got new towels two times and 0 times bed sheets changed. Nothing was cleaned in the room, only garbage was taken away. Wi-Fi stopped working one day at 9pm one day at half past 1 in the morning. We really had trouble with Wi-Fi. Toilet is really small. No one was at the reception so we just left money for city tax that no one told us at the beginning we should pay. I think this apartment really have perspective, location is excellent rooms are good but there are thing that could be fix. Please take care of cleanliness.

• Maj (7/5): Good - The breakfast was good, and most of the staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel has its pool so in case the sea gets a bit rough you can still go swimming. The location is quite close to the airport and serves as a good starting point for exploring the island. You can find loads of restaurants, bars, car rental dealerships and shops nearby. Our apartment came with a big balcony, a refrigerator, two AC units, a TV, a stove and some basic utensils, as well as some complementary soap and shampoo. Breakfast is the same on most days, only the type of eggs and pastries served changes daily. The reception is not available in the evening or morning. The rooms are not cleaned every day. We also had issues with a clogged bathroom sink and leaking toilet. The Wi-Fi signal was essentially non-existent and some of the TV channels did not work or had no sound or no picture. The rooms had been renovated and are spacious, however, the images you see on this site are only an architect's concept design, which was later badly executed or was done properly but has since been worn out. Still, our room was satisfactory for the price and time spent at the hotel.
