Simona (1/5): Bad - The customer service was absolutely terrible. The agent or the owner not sure who she was ,were very rude literally insulting me! When I have complained to booking.com they did nothing because the conversation was via WhatsApp. There is no cancelation policy so I had no other choice than simply deal with it but it wasn't easy. Be gentle to yourself and AVOID that place. Nothing
