• Melissa (8/5): - Très joli appartement, bien équipé .. Situation idéal et lit confortable. Le bruit du vendredi au dimanche.. de 22h a 2h30 dû au bar en face .. je recommande de pensé à changer les châssis . Et peut être prévoir des housses de couette ..

• Gabriele (8/5): Geräumige Wohnung mit tollem Blic - Geräumiges, super ausgestattetes Apartment mit wunderbarem Blick auf Park, Strand und Meer! Sehr positiv fand ich, dass auch eine Grundausstattung an Tee, Kaffee, Öl, Essig und Gewürzen vorhanden war. Der Vermieter Jesus ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gegenüber vom Schlafzimmer in einer engen Straße ist ein Musikclub, in dem von Freitag bis Sonntag gute Rockkonzerte gegeben werden. Der Club ist bis 4 Uhr morgens geöffnet, sonntags bis 23 Uhr. Wer gern Rockkonzerte hört und dabei auch schlafen kann, ist hier richtig. Alle anderen sollten sich Ohrenstöpsel besorgen!

It had no extra blankets, light in bathroom was very dim. There was no kitchen towels or dish rack. Just a few things that we needed. But great!!

• Zsuzsanna (10/5): Awesome view - Modern apartment with amazing view of the sea and the castle. Spacious, comfortable with fast wifi. Excellent location, very close to everything. Almuñécar itself is very walkable and a lovely town. Many mention the loud music from across the street. We stayed from Sunday to Friday, and there was music (which is indeed loud even with closed windows) only on Sunday until 11 pm, so it didn't bother us. We will definitely be back. Nothing, everything was great.
• Harwood (10/5): Exceptional - Friendly and accommodating host. Place was spacious, clean, nice angled view of the beach and view, great location. We had a room each and could open the windows and so it was very airy and light The ground floor lift area smelt of drains, but the apartment was higher up and no problem there.
• Angela (4/5): 3 week stay spoiled for 3 weekends by inadequate soundproofing of windows overlooking live music bar - Almunecar is a lovely town full of interesting sites, walks, shops and delightful people. The location of the apartment is central to beach and all amenities. The apartment has been very well refurbished except for lack of double/triple glazing on the kitchen and 2 double bedrooms which is an essential requirement to counteract the noise from the adjoining alley and live music bar. The 3rd floor apartment's 2 double bedrooms and kitchen faced onto a live music bar below these rooms which holds events at the weekends from 10 until midnight and Sunday evening an open mic event 6pm until 10pm. The amplified music is made louder by the acoustic effects of the alleyway and surrounding buildings. The noise of the music made sleep impossible on weekend nights until after 12.

Shops and restaurants are only minutes away.The appartement is spacious. Beds are excellent. A very special thank you for Jesús for sending us our Teddy/mascot we had forgotten. Especially during the weekend you will have to put up with quite a bit of street noise. It is a busy area, but if you can live with that ...
