• Adrienne (5/5): Not Bad, But Definitely Could Do Better - I loved the spaciousness of the rooms. It was clean for the most part, and the patio area was nice. The beds were comfortable and I appreciate the wireless charging lamps. The owner was hard to get up with, and he never sent instructions the day before our trip. My family and I came in on a late flight going into the morning. I messaged the owner earlier that evening and he never responded. Since he didn't send instructions, my family and I almost end up sleeping in our rental. I called and messaged multiple times and never got an answer. I thank God the Lord worked it out , because the owner was no help at all. Since I couldn't get up with the owner, I remembered he mentioned a code, and I had one. I used it and the Lord blessed to be able to finally get in the room. We was out there for a couple of hours. Another, thing I didn't like was the misrepresentation of the room I was choosing. When I booked, it made it seem like we were getting one room, when we really got another. I would've liked the option to choose. It cost me and my family half of our day when we were informed we were in the wrong room and had to change. This cost us a good part of our trip seeing we were only there for a few days. Another thing in the hall bathroom, one of the shower doors was missing and the bathtub wasn't properly cleaned. This listing also mentioned a "fitness facility " There was a "fitness facility " alright , a set of adjustable hand weights growing dust and collecting cob webs. You'd do well to keep those up in good shape. Either way it's misleading. One of the bunk beds had a nail exposed underneath the top bunk. That is very dangerous, my sister got her hair caught on that nail when she got up. It could've caused serious injury or worse it could've hit her in the head. That isn't safe at all and it needs to be taken care of. The patio could be cleaned up more and regarding the room on floor 3 the back doors didn't lock and neither did the refrigerator water/ice dispenser work.

• Maik (5/5): Appartement mit guter Lage, aber leider nicht guter Kommunikation und Ausstattung. - Das Appartement hat eine gute Lage und ist ganz in der Nähe von einem großen Einkaufscenter in Glendale. Betten und Wohnzimmercouch waren sehr bequem. Die Ausstattung und Fotos zum Appartement haben sich nach unserer Buchung verändert, ohne das wir von Booking oder dem Vermieter eine Info bekommen haben. Aus einem Zimmer wurde das Doppelbett entfernt und gegen zwei Etagenbetten ausgetauscht. Was bei unseren Teenagern gar nicht gut ankam. Die Terrassenmöbel waren auch andere, als auf den Fotos und leider von Mäusen zerfressen. Wir riefen daraufhin den Vermieter an, aber leider ging hier 3 Stunden niemand ans Telefon. Erst als ich mit einer Beschwerde bei Booking drohte, hat er sich gemeldet und mir eine andere Telefonnummer gegeben. Er bot mir eine Kompletterstattung an, allerdings war es da schon 19:30 und ein Umzug nicht mehr möglich. Wir haben dennoch entschieden in dem Appartement zu bleiben, da es nichts bezahlbares in der Nähe gegeben hätte. Wir bekamen im Nachgang einen Rabatt von 1 Übernachtung, aber leider hat das unseren Urlaubsabschluss ein wenig getrübt.

• Sabine (8/5): Wohnung super, einchecken Katastrophe - Die Unterkunft ist so, wie sie auf den Bildern dargestellt ist. Sehr groß und geräumig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die Lage fanden wir toll. Sehr ruhig und eine hübsche Gegend. Der Check In war eine Katastrophe!!!! Die Straße ist falsch geschrieben, was wir im Vorfeld aber selbst rausgefunden hatten. Aber die Hausnummer war auch falsch angegeben (!!!!!!!!!), was uns bei Ankunft total irritiert hat. Es war auch im Vorfeld nicht ersichtlich, dass wir über eine Schlüsselbox einchecken. Nach 1,5 h Ratlosigkeit hat sich ENDLICH der Vermieter gemeldet und uns die fehlenden Informationen geliefert.

• Stefan (9/5): Schönes Appartement in super Lage ! - Das Appartement ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt und die Lage ist wirklich super ! Es sind viele Shops und Restaurants fussläufig zu erreichen ! Eine der besten Malls ist gerade einmal 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ! Die hinterlegte Adresse war falsch und wir konnten den Vermieter bei der Ankunft vor Ort nicht erreichen, da auch die angegebene Telefonnummer falsch war, so mussten wir uns an Booking.com wenden was wir jetzt machen sollen! Dieser Vorgang hat Stundenlang gedauert, da aufgrund des Zeitunterschiedes auch da niemand zu erreichen war und die Online Dienste nicht wirklich hilfreich sind ! Nach ca. 3 Stunden und diversen Telefonaten haben wir dann doch noch Kontakt herstellen können und die richtige Adresse sowie die Zugangsdaten erhalten ! Der Vermieter hat mir die Telefonkosten nachträglich erstattet und uns ein Abendessen ausgegeben !

Loved the outdoor patio! Beds were very comfortable. Loved the open floor plan. The grandchildren loved the bunk beds‼️ Secure parking garage …underground & behind a locked gate. Grocery store nearby. Wi-Fi was good. 🙂 Text the host when you arrive. Upload your ID card and host will send you info on how to get into the apartment…how to access the garage. Wrong address listed on Booking .com Address is actually 325 Myrtle Street, Glendale, CA. Map on booking.com was correct. Kitchen needs to be stocked with oven mitts.

• Arina (10/5): Абсолютная рекомендация. - Это тот редкий случай, когда реальность превосходит ожидания! Прекрасное жилье! 3 спальни, в одной из которых стоят двухуровневые кровати! Обалденные 2 веранды. Квартира совершенно новая! И парковка на 2 мм. Разрешено проживание с питомцами! В квартире есть все необходимое для комфортной жизни. Рекомендую и сама приеду не раз. Спасибо.
