• Vasileios (9/5): Ένα μικρό διαμαντάκι - Το κατάλυμα είναι πολύ προσεγμένο, καθαρό, όλα δείχνουν ότι έχει γίνει πρόσφατα η κατασκευή ή ανακαίνιση. Το μπάνιο μικρό αλλά κουκλί, το ίδιο και το δωμάτιο - κουζίνα. Το δικό μας δωμάτιο είχε ένα μικρό μπαλκόνι. Το πρωινό σε καλαθάκι είναι υπέρ αρκετό, πολύ καλή ιδέα. Η κυρία ευγενική και με διάθεση να εξυπηρετήσει. Η θάλασσα είναι κοντά, 4-5 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο. Δεν υπάρχει κάτι γύρω, παρά μόνο αλλά σπίτια, για ότι χρειαστείτε θα πρέπει να μετακινηθείτε με αυτοκίνητο.

• Simona (4/5): Mixed feelings: While below average accomodation, the proximity to beaches between Parga and Lefkada, is a huge plus. R - One particular lady working there daily from morning till around 4 pm. Did not catch her name as we don’t speak Greek and she didn’t speak English With that said,exceptional service by a true superstar! This amazing lady does it all - from immaculate room cleaning to tending reception and ensuring breakfast is perfect daily. Five stars to her for HER customer service skills ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ First and foremost, the beds were a major letdown. Instead of the promised comfort and relaxation, what I got were worn-out mattresses that seemed to belong to a bygone era. The lack of support and noticeable sagging in the middle made it difficult to find a comfortable position to sleep. It felt like I was lying on a lumpy, uneven surface, leading to restless nights and waking up with backaches every morning. The bathroom situation was equally underwhelming. One would expect a decent-sized bathroom in a tourist destination to freshen up and unwind comfortably. However, what I encountered was almost claustrophobic. The bathrooms were so cramped that it was challenging to move around without bumping into the walls or the fixtures. The shower space was particularly tiny ( approx 60 cm / 60 cm), leaving barely enough room to stand comfortably. Unacceptable Customer Service: A Missed Opportunity to Address Bed Issues Instead of addressing the issues with the uncomfortable bed in a proactive manner, they offered a half-hearted solution that fell far short of what one would expect from a reputable business. When I approached the touristic administrator with my concerns, I expected a professional and empathetic response. However, their lack of concern and dismissive attitude was appalling. Instead of offering to immediately address the issue, they casually suggested canceling my reservation and refunding only 50% of the cost. This response was not only unsatisfactory but also demonstrated a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. A more proactive and customer-oriented approach would have been to: Replace the mattress: Taking the initiative to replace the worn-out mattress promptly would have shown a commitment to guest comfort and satisfaction

• Xmaria_a (7/5): Not the worst, definitely not the best - sorry :( - We really liked the bed, as it was very spacious and comfortable. We also enjoyed how clean everything was. The room was cleaned and sheets and towels changed every 3 days. The breakfast was a little bit different every morning, we had boxes with boiled eggs/omelette, pastry and jams from a bakery I believe. The breakfast was given to us between 9 and 10:30. The host was very nice, she was there every day. From what we understood it was a family business, but we only interacted with Anastasia. We also had a kitchenette which made it very easy for us in evenings when we didn't feel like going out to eat, or mornings when we didn't want to go buy coffee - there was coffee (and sugar) offered by them, we only had to brew it. There wasn't an area designed specifically for parking, but we were pretty lucky to leave the car on the side of the road next to the accommodation. The shower was actually something we couldn't get pass over - it was so small (like a shower for children) we kept having trouble washing comfortably. Because it was so small the curtain would either stick to us or move over, and the whole bathroom floor would get wet. Another thing we didn't quite enjoy was the noise - not all the time or every day, even though we were away every afternoon, in the morning there were other visitors or neighbours that would be very loud and there is also an echo, so if you're a person that really enjoys silence and wants a quiet place, I wouldn't necessarily recommend this. At night you could hear a lot of dogs barking, even late in the night, so it made it a bit difficult for us to fall asleep in a few nights (even with all the windows and doors closed, there wouldn't be much of a difference when it comes to the noise). Also, the owner doesn't really speak English, and so we didn't talk much, other than informing her we were there to pay our accommodation and to get breakfast.
