The location is ideal for the golf course which was the main purpose of our stay. 10 minute walk to the golf club. Nothing.

James (8/5): Relaxing and stress free. Macrihanish beach a very short drive and excellent for walking dog. - Clean and comfy. Stunning views. Good level of kitchen utensils. Good heating and hot water system. Off lead dog walking area really handy. Wi-Fi was sporadic so just had to find more “traditional” activities when weather played up.
Kirsteen (10/5): The park is a great place to getaway from it all whether with friends or family. - The location is wonderful, just a few minutes drive from Machrihanish beaches and a great base for touring the Kintyre peninsula. The lodge was very well equipped, clean and comfortable with plenty living space. Second bedroom wouldve been nicer a bit bigger, but wasnt a problem.

Lily (8/5): Was a lovely stay in a beautiful location, just what was needed to get away for the weekend definitely good for the soul - It was a beautiful clean caravan in a stunning location and had everything I needed loved the fact it had a bathroom and then an en suite on the double bedroom as well. That if the decking door was left open all the flies would get it in and the Wi-Fi-internet connection was quite poor.
N (10/5): We were lucky when we were staying at Machrihanish caravan park the weather was great - The park is in a beautiful area close to the beach but in the countryside the caravan itself was immaculate with everything you'd need and more the staff we met were so friendly and couldn't do enough for us the sunsets and sunrises were well worth getting up early for There was no fault to the caravan or the park the scenery was breathtaking next time we visit will be for longer also the Ugadale hotel within walking distance is friendly and has menu to suit all food tastes and very reasonably priced

Ian (10/5): A tranquil beauty spot to rest, replenish and discover in awe - Superb location, very picturesque and so peaceful. Beach close by, surrounded by sprawling fields yet only 4 miles from Campbeltown (that has pubs, cafes, supermarkets, petrol and restaurants as required). Macrihanish is closer (400m walk) with a nice pub (great food), a hotel and golf club. There are two distilleries in Campbeltown if you like a tot! Walking through Machrihanish, you pass a sea bird viewing point (sadly shut when I went), and seals chilling on the rocks. You can choose the Kintyre Way which leads around the coast through farms and/or turn into woodland and go up into the hills where I found a secluded Loch and saw nothing but sheep for nearly 3 hours. Staff extremely accommodating and friendly, all locals I spoke to were very friendly too. Nothing at all. The office sells a few provisions but not extensively, this is clearly noted in the checking in instructions (basically get what you need from Campbeltown on the way through, though it’s 5 minutes in a car and it’s not a busy town for traffic even during the day when I went).

Will be booking again for another trip this year. Honestly can’t think of a single thing worth mentioning, hands down the best lodge experience we have had.
