- Patsy (10/5): Another great stay -love this wonderful place and Team that run it, thank you! - Loved our stay and keep returning here as Cat, Rebecca and Team are just wonderful from communication, booking, after booking and stay. They kindly let us check-in early and late checkout with no extra charges if able to and really appreciated. The apartment isb ust beautiful and well laid out and just brilliant with quality from the facilities of the rooms, crockery, cutlery, beautiful glasses, cups, cooking equipment, and thenapartment is so clean, just wow on everything, and could go on, but it is just beautiful and well cated for, and the nice touches of tea, sugar, milk and large bottle of water and a bottle of prosecco, on arrival and we just keep coming back as Cat Rebecca and Team are just so wonderful and also the views from the windows of Beaufort Square and on corner of Princess Street, Beaufort Square and on same street as Queens Square either a great coffee shop No 11 Espresso beneath itnfor lovely coffees teas and pastries and The Griffin Inn on corner and to left walk down and at top of Bath centre. Also Corkage walk down Princess Street and then left and just there and also The Raven turn right and head to Quiet Street all just lovely and down hill to The Black Fox andnup hill to The Circilus restaraunt, and the apartment is in a lovely spot for all of these and also Thermae Spamand The Crystal Palace. Just lovely also for movie nightsnin apartment as we did too amd cooking and relaxing, just a wonderful place tobstay. Thanks again and booked to come back already! Nothing to dislike.
Staircase is typical of a Georgian building - we take' pack bags' in our cases to take out of cases and carry upstairs and then take up more empty cases as staircase narrow in places amd makes it easier, but not a problem.

- Matt (9/5): - Very comfortable home
Beautiful bath It was a nice place
- Charlie (10/5): Super luxe and great location, we’d love to stay again! - The location was amazing, so close to everything but ticked down a quiet side street so not too noisy.
The house itself was beautifully decorated, with really good amenities. Wait until you see the bathroom - it really is as good as it looks in the photos. Nothing I can think of
- David (9/5): Nicely modernised, yet characterful two floor flat above a charming little coffee shop. 5 minutes walk to everything. Pe - Lovely historic property in the centre of Bath. Very nice conversion.
- elena (10/5): - El apartamento estaba decorado con primor y muy limpio. Además, situado muy céntrico. Nos gustó todo. Pero éramos cuatro y solo había dos sillas para sentarse.
- Stuart (10/5): We had a most enjoyable stay in the heart of Bath - This was such a perfect location for our one night stay right in the Centre of Bath, the townhouse was really clean and tidy and close to where we needed to be
Well stocked kitchen with all the necessities, gorgeous bathroom and comfortable bedroom. The house is above a small cafe but it closes early and the bedroom is 2 floors above the cafe so there was no real disturbance at all
- Ceiran Bray (9/5): - Quaint traditional townhouse with beautiful bathroom excellently located in the center of bath.
- Geraldine (10/5): Quirky little apartment truly in the heart of Bath. - The central location of the property was exceptional. Location is top priority when I make a booking and this didn’t disappoint. The apartment is beautifully furnished with its own unique style and very comfortable for two people. It was spotlessly clean with high quality bedding and a stunning bathroom. We loved this property and had a wonderful stay in Bath. There is absolutely nothing negative I have to say about this property.
- Samantha (9/5): Lovely central location - Very central and clean
Rebecca was very helpful
- Paul (10/5): -
- Cheryl (10/5): A really beautiful town house luxury facilities it had everything you could possibly need I would highly recommend and w - It was right in the centre of the town so everything on top It was a bit of a squeeze to get in two doors to the property
- Caroline (10/5): Absolute gem of a property in the centre of Bath !! - Beautiful property..
Location is perfect, everything you need is right on your doorstep.
It really is an absolute gem.. beautifully kept.. the bathroom especially is stunning !
Great communication as well from the management company.
One of the best properties I've ever stayed in..
I liked it so much I've rebooked to stay again. Nothing to dislike it was perfect
- Margaret (9/5): Wonderful ,great stay . - Lovely apartment very well done loved the decor and on the door step to Bath ,no problem getting in to the property would stay again The heating could have been put up a little more as it was cold when we got to the place and took quite a while to heat up .
Spoken about this to the owner and they would rectify it in the future .
- Mohamed Osama (10/5): Modern chic house - It is a beautiful house with a very rustic feeling yet very modern. Absolutely chic and fantastic. It is ideal for a couple and not really for kids due to the stairs and narrow entrance.
- Hilary (9/5): Beautiful apartment/house in perfect location - Self catering It was very cold when we were there and the property took a bit of time to heat up.
- Karri (10/5): Little gem - Excellent location.
- Owen (8/5): A perfect little hideaway in the centre of Bath. - It’s a great location and a useful place to explore the city from. The washing machine and dryer helped make it a great stopover on an extended trip, allowing us to refresh our clothes. It’s not something to really complain about, but to accept as a small apartment in an older building. The stairs are narrow, the hot water may run out if you have a bath and a couple of showers. But then just wait a bit and it will heat up in a short time. These things might also be considered quaint. And the benefits of having your own little space, rather than a hotel, far outweighs any cons.
- jonathan (10/5): - Very well appointed with quality fittings and bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and the decor was pleasing. Not too far from Charlotte St car park and a short walk into the town.
At night the road outside is quiet as it’s a side street. The cafe downstairs opens about 8 am and there is some noise but it didn’t worry us as we wanted to be up and out.
- Ruth (7/5): - Beautiful property Lack of storage
- Judith (10/5): -
- Jaime (9/5): Great little flat in the centre - Location is excellent. A quiet street but a really short walk to the centre. Kitchen has everything you need, shower has decent pressure and the bed upstairs is very comfortable. Code entry to the property very easy. Whilst sleeping in the lounge, street noise can be heard quite early in the morning. However, as street is not a main road it's not too disruptive.
- PanamaChris (10/5): High Quality Flat - High quality flat with exquisite appliances and linens. The host had coffee, milk and bottled water waiting. Two big screen TVs, umbrellas, and a well equipped kitchen. The bathtub is fabulous. You can't go wrong renting this well located flat. There are a lot of stairs so pack light.
- Catherine (10/5): Well presented and central location - It was a good size, central and reasonably priced. The windows rattle in the wind if you leave them open.
- Tamsin (10/5): Perfect location for exploring Bath. - Accommodation was ready early so we were able to drop bags and host allowed us to leave bags until train so didn’t have to carry heavy rucksacks around Bath.
Everything about property was lovely, well decorated and clean. Milk and water in fridge.
Bathroom was luxurious.
- 林小凡 (10/5): - 地點在市中心的小巷裡,到各景點都很方便。房間非常漂亮舒適,廚具一應具全。

I booked with my heavily pregnant friend and asked them to make up the sofa bed, and they tried to charge us extra to use the sofa bed, despite the sofa bed and linens being listed under the facilities and nowhere being made clear there are extra costs to use the sofabed. I had to spend a week trying to get this resolved, and go to booking.com customer services, who fully agreed I should not be charged and put in a complaint with the owners to honour the policy. This was stressful and took a lot of time. I have still received no apology or acknowledgement from the owners, despite this being their error.
When we got there, they hadn’t made up the sofa bed for us as asked (though linens were there), and the house was generally but not fully clean - the kitchen sideboard was dirty and the sofabed was filthy. No shampoo.
This is a big shame as the location of the place is great and it’s a nice flat, but the way the owners dealt with this ruined the stay.
- Nicky (10/5): Beautiful accommodation in the heart of bath. - Such a lovely, beautifully decorated and well appointed Townhouse. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in and I’m told the sofa bed was comfy too! We stayed here for our daughter’s graduation and the townhouse is located about 6 minutes walk from the Abbey and 7 mins walk from Charlotte Street carpark. It is really good value for money with quality fixtures and fittings and has everything you need - I would definitely stay again and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Bath. It was very warm when we stayed and the owners provided a fan in the bedroom which was great but it would have good to have had a second fan in the living room area as it was really hot at night. Also, not related to the Townhouse but to Bath in general, the seagulls are very noisy - be prepared for an early morning wake up call!
- Barbara (9/5): - Sehr gute Lage; gute Informationen der Vermieter. Trotz Ventilatoren sehr heiß; Möwen recht laut.
- Ronan (10/5): Sensational - Wow the attention to detail in this beautiful apartment
It was exquisite
From the bath, the shower, the door knobs, the floor, the light switches, the lamps. Absolute luxury
Anyone that doesn’t rate this property doesn’t know class
It’s seconds away from the centre yet right on this beautiful cosy corner with the most beautiful simple coffee shop underneath.
Loved everything
Hats off to the owner. You’ve created a most spectacular space. There was nothing we didn’t like. Every single thing you need is there. Top class property
- Patsy (10/5): Fantastic stay in May 2025 - Fantastic communication from booking, prior to during, and after stay for rebooking.
We had a fantastic stay and also benefitted from the fantastic cafe beneathnproperty and The Griffin Inn pub opposite, plus all the bars, cafes, and rsstaraunts around property and opposite end of street.
Lovely location and property is peaceful and beautiful.
We enjoyed the kitchen living room area as was fantastic facilities and well.thought out.
All the glasses, pots, pans and plates just lovely and well stocked for eating in flat.
We loved our stay and have booked again for another stay. Would like sofa opposite way so can watch tv easier or slightly tilted, due to wall TV on., but not a major issue.
- Paul (10/5): Recommend and will stay again - Quality
- Alex (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kari (10/5): Luxury for sure! - The apartment is beautifully furnished and comfortable. The bathroom is one of the nicest we have ever had in a rental! The location was close to so many things we wanted to see and do. The locks worked perfectly. The only strange thing that happened in the middle of the night were some very loud squawking birds. This is not the fault of anything to do with this place but it was pretty hard to sleep though.
- Rebecca (10/5): Exceptional -
- Conrad (10/5): Fantastic quality accommodation, i would highly recommend - Excellent quality accommodation, fantastic location, everything has be thought about you want for nothing! Even an umbrella by the door! First class ! Nothing! All was great!

Great communication with the owner! Loved Bath so much! We’ll be back! Nothing! It was perfect
- Jo (10/5): Home from home. Highly recommended. - Central, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We were able to check in a little earlier, wonderful shower, comfortable bed, coffee machine and an overall luxurious finish. Nothing
- Craig (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location, stunning bathroom facilities bed was super comfortable and, property manager was very helpful
- Joanna (8/5): Rebecca property manager extremely helpful ans accommodating all our enquiries. Really beautiful property that is in an - Location was brilliant, and house was beautifully decorated and furnished. Once sofa bed pulled out in the lounge difficult for the four of us to sit comfortably together to chat and have breakfast.

- Alex (10/5): Beautiful home in central Bath, well furnished, and great communication with hosts - A beautiful home in central Bath, well furnished, great facilities, great communication from the hosts, easy entry using a door code, nice and warm in winter, and a very convenient location!
- Georgia (9/5): Perfect! - Gorgeous interior in a central location
- Juliet (8/5): Very good - Clean , home from home appartment . I would stay again if issues addressed below. Oven too small . Only one shelf. Difficut cooking christmas dinner.
Shower had no hot water on one of the days stays .i never got to use the beautiful bath. Had to shower in cold water . Not too pleasent. Bearable as needed to go out . Not worth complaining about , would have done if happened again. . But all was well on next use. Probably the water ,heating setup went odd ??
All in all nice appartment .
Was locked out of appartment when we went out after our arrival. . Strange as all was well when first arrived. Had to wait around to be let in after locksmith arrived . My conclusion . ....is ...below.
, my partner thought someone was staying downstairs in the staff room from the cafe next door which seemed to have access between the outer front street door and the inner front appartment door , the outer security door was constantly found open after we had closed or even locked bolted it especially at night. .we was not made aware of this at first until we meantion it , found it very
unnerving . . Lack of security made us feel on edge when we went out .
- Jennifer (10/5): Wonderful stay, great space - Clean and beautiful
- Jackie (10/5): A great place to stay. Highly recommended. - Well equipped and tastefully decorated. In a central location but a lovely quiet little street, plus a long stay car park is only a 5 minute walk away. Cannot fault it.
- Heather (10/5): Exceptional - Tucked away in a quiet street minutes from the town centre. Close to all the brilliant restaurants, bars and shops in Bath.
Beautifully decorated and furnished, with a super comfy bed !
There was milk, water and coffee pods when we arrived. All these little touches make such a difference after a long drive Nothing - all worked for us
- Cooper (10/5): Christmas Market Visit - Beautiful townhouse, tastefully decorated with high-end furniture and equipment, hosts were amazing, accommodating an early check-in and resolved a little mistake we made when booking. In a brilliant location, quiet area but just off the busy Christmas market streets :)
- Monika (10/5): Exceptional - Rebecca was a great host! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs/requests. The property was very clean, stylish and well stocked. We could not have asked for a better location. We would definitely recommend, as we feel so lucky to have found this little treasure in the beautiful town of Bath. Overall a wonderful place; we would stay here again easily!

- Carly (10/5): Beautifully decorated hidden gem in central Bath - What a wonderful stay. Newly refurbished and beautifully decorated this little gem of a property is located centrally on a quiet street. 5 minutes walk to shops, restaurants, bars, parks and gardens. Everything is on your doorstep. We found the property quiet and comfortable. Perfect break for a couple or a family with well behaved children. We were 2 adults and 15 & 10 year old daughters who shared the comfy sofa bed. We all loved our stay here and can’t wait to come back! There was nothing we disliked, all was truly perfect!
- Brooks (10/5): Fabulous day and night . Comfortable modern apartment very comfortable bed and loved it all . Sadly wanted long soak in - Beautiful, modern and comfortable Shame we could not get hot water . But the sent someone out straight away but still not working. Owner very good and refunded our money back . Which was very kind and I appreciate that . Will definitely return .
