• Dariusz (9/5): Bardzo przyjemnie i w świetnej lokalizacji - Świetna lokalizacja przy samym rynku. Mieliśmy apartament nr 2 z oknami na rynek. Apartament bardzo duży, z wygodnym łóżkiem (a właściwie dwoma) i aneksem kuchennym. Łazienka czysta z możliwością włączenia elektrycznego kaloryfera. Bardzo dobre śniadania do wyboru z karty w restauracji na parterze. Brak suszarki w łazience. Łóżko małżeńskie to de facto dwa połączone i łatwo rozsuwające się łóżka.

• Petr (9/5): - Výborná snídaně, skvělá míchaná vejce Zavazadla je nutné uložit v restauraci, kde nám je ale ochotně po checkoutu dvě hodiny nechali a vyzvedli jsme si je před odjezdem z města.

• Jan (6/5): - Skvělá lokalita, parkování o víkendu přímo na náměstí (zdarma) pár metrů od ubytování. Kód ke vstupu do budovy i apartmánu jsme dostali dopoledne před příjezdem (odpadá domlouvání při přebírání klíčů), takže i příjezd ve večerních hodinách bezproblémový. Výborné jak snídaně v restauraci přímo v budově (výběr snídaně z jídelního lístku), tak výborná kuchyně i pro případnou večeři. Velice ochotný a vstřícný personál v kuchyni. Bohužel úklid - prach na podlaze, parapetech, policích, pavučiny nad postelí. Důkladnější by měl být také úklid koupelny, hlavně WC (a pod ním). Celkově nám přišlo, že v apartmánu (č. 3) nebyla delší čas vytřená podlaha. V mikrovlnné troubě zapomenutý špinavý talíř, nádobí k kuchyňce by chtělo asi taky překontrolovat. Možná šlo o výjimku, ale celkový úklid zbytečně kazil dojem z jinak pěkného apartmánu. Každopádně bych se zde asi nebál ubytovat znovu.

Nefunkčné topenie radiátormi, po príchode tam bolo cca 17C - bolo nutné topiť klímou čo malo nejaký efekt až od nastavenej teploty 24+C (asi nefukčný alebo zle umiestnený snímač teploty) Raňajky sa podávajú až od 8. hodiny, počas pracovného dňa na služobnej ceste to je dosť nevyhovujúce.

• Monika (7/5): pobyt udany - lokalizacja super, na samym ryneczku i pyszne śniadanie, przestronny apartemanet pokój miał być z 1 łózkiem małżeńskim a były dwa pojedyńcze, WIFI zupełnie nie działało po wpisaniu podanego hasła, w dniu przyjazdu podano nam zły numer pokoju (nr 3) i bez problemu weszliśmy tam, gdzie były rzeczy innych osób -telefon, portfel, plecak itd. Dopiero po telefonie podano numer i kod do pokoju nr 2

Comodi il parcheggio sul retro: si potrebbe migliorarlo segnalandolo con cartello anche in inglese per i turisti. Non ho potuto usare il bollitore in appartamento perché all’interno era arrugginito.

• Lucie (6/5): Disappointment - The apartment is beautiful at first sight but has a great potential for improvement to justify its price. Our expectations were high, and we were disappointed. I would choose different place next time. Easy self-checking. Great location. Fast wifi. TV which you can watch from bed. Kind staff at the breakfast. For breakfast we could choose anything from the breakfast menu. This place has great potential, but it is let down by poor attention to detail and basic standards not being met. With some relatively easy fixes, it could offer a much better experience. The price is too high for what is offered - or rather, for what is lacking. For this cost, we expected a much higher standard of accommodation. Fortunately, many of the problems could be fixed easily. The room was not properly cleaned. There were visible chunks of dust in the corners next to bed, spider webs by the windows, and even three dead flies left behind. Although the listing didn’t promise a hairdryer, it’s a standard feature in most accommodations these days and was noticeably absent. The kitchen was missing basic utensils - there were no forks at all. The shower had no shampoo, only an "all-in-one" product. The cold water tap in the shower was difficult to adjust, making it hard to get anything but hot water. Taps in the kitchen were confusingly installed in reverse. A kettle was provided, but there were no complimentary tea or coffee supplies. These cost very little and would go a long way in making guests feel more welcome. The listing described a double bed, but it was actually two single beds pushed together. This was misleading. Electrical sockets next to the bed were limited - you have to choose between plugging in a lamp or charging your phone etc. If you choose to charge your phone, the only lighting option is the bright ceiling light, which is not ideal especially in the night. The windows had only one single drape each, which barely covered the window.

Despite the large number of people in the market square, we didn't hear anything, the apartment is very well soundproofed. We ate in the restaurant one floor below, the food was very good. And the breakfast surprised us with its quality, it was fantastic. We were served by a very nice waitress with long hair - Thank you!
