• Lucian (8/5): - The location was very good. Close to the restaurants and shops The flat was not proper clean. Dust was everywhere.
• Kornelia (10/5): Super location, comfortable, quiet and clean. - Super location in the heart of Gerlingen and yet very quiet and green . Restaurants and shops around the corner, public transport a short walk away. Clean, well equipped and comfortable- second time I stayed there, would not consider staying anywhere else when visiting this city. Honestly - nothing to dislike , the TV channels needed retuning but the friendly host was going to see to it when I mentioned it to him at the end of my stay.

• olivia (9/5): Great choice - It was very central but quiet as well as it was back from the road. It is a newly refurbished apartment, beds were comfortable. Very clean too. I would definitely stay here again. The locking system was through an app. It took some time to get used to it. Had to make sure my phone never ran out of battery.
• Gabriele (2/5): Nein danke - Lage in einem ruhigen Innenhof. Apartment war nicht bezugsfertig zum Check-In Zeitpunkt, mangelnde Sauberkeit, schimmeliges Bad. Unvollständige Beschreibung der Apartments auf Booking. Vermieter wenig hilfreich. Anzeige auf Booking erweckt den Eindruck eines privaten Vermieters, Kommunikation unter "Fransziska & Florian". Tatsächlich handelt es sich aber um einen gewerblichen Vermieter. Die Apartments werden auch auf Airbnb angeboten.

• Ellen (10/5): Ich war sehr mit meiner Unterkunft zufrieden. - Die Räumlichkeiten und die Ausstattung haben ein Gefühl von Gemütlichkeit und Wohlbefinden vermittelt. Genau mein Stil. Große Tassen, um türkischen Kaffee machen zu können. Wer Ruhe mag, auch zum Schlafen, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Danke den Gastgebern.

• Bernd (7/5): Es ist OK gewesen- - Sehr zentrale Lage, hat alles gepasst Das Bad hätte etwas sauberer sein können. Ein Hinweis, das einer der Glasbausteine als Lüftungsöffnung vorgesehen war hätte geholfen. Würde sicher auch die Schimmelbildung auf Dauer verhindern

• Gudrun (9/5): Für mich waren es schöne Aufenthalte in den City Apartments Gerlingen - Ein schönes, ruhiges Ambiente. Keine Parkplatzsuche auf den überfüllten Straßen Gerlingens. Kostenloser Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Man wohnt mitten in der Stadt im Grünen. Sehr gemütliche Terrasse oder Balkon. Freundliche Gastgeber. Bei Fragen hilfsbereit. Ich war schon 2 Mal zu Gast (oben und unten) und war jedes Mal zufrieden. Das einzige Minus. Es wäre schön, wenn die unteren Fugen in der Dusche nachgearbeitet werden würden. Aber vielleicht steht das schon auf der To-do Liste der Gastgeber.
• Unal (9/5): Very pleasant - Clean, quiet neighbourhood, close to everything including shops, restaurants, public transportation. The apartment had items where you wont find in most others like cooking oil, tea bags, shampoo. No hair drier and microwave
• Sabine (10/5): - Parkplatz im Hof, sehr schön ruhig gelegen, sogar das Hallenbad gleich um die Ecke, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Gehweite, der Bäcker hat sogar am Sonntag geöffnet, Schloss Solitude in der Nähe für perfekte lange Hundespatziergänge, man kommt rein und fühlt sich sofort wohl, danke!
