• Daniela (10/5): - Lindo y amplio departamento en Dubrovnic. Está muy bien equipado para 2 personas, tiene lavavajillas y lavadora. La dueña muy amable y preocupada. Sólo por decir algo, está un poco alejado del casco histórico de la ciudad, pero se puede llegar en transporte público.

• shuolin (8/5): It is a good place to spend a night - It is quite compact for 2 bedrooms. but good enough for 3 of us to spend a night, we only needed a place to sleep. It is a good location, within walk in distance to Dubrovnik old town. Host provided pleasant housemade wine!

• Emer (10/5): Great location. Very responsive host. - Great location. Very clean. Had everything I needed. Jasmina was very responsive and sent very helpful videos to support check in and also about buses, supermarkets etc.
• Baran (10/5): Like home - A great apartment for four people. Two separate rooms separated by a living room, a large bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony. Clean, nicely decorated, free parking, and 100 meters to a shop and bus stop. Jasmina is a very friendly and wonderful hostess. We'll be back again, see you soon!

• AlbaBP8912 (10/5): Estancia de dos días en Dubrovnik - El apartamento estaba muy limpio y tenía todo lo necesario. La cama era cómoda, las almohadas son altas. La presión de la ducha una maravilla. Nosotros sólo estuvimos dos días, pero si te quedas más hay espacio suficiente para estar muy bien. Tenían una sombrilla para la playa. Está a 30 min andando (paseo fácil) de una de las puerta de las ciudad amurallada. La zona es bastante tranquila, la anfitriona muy maja. Está cerca de varias calitas de piedra a las que puedes ir andando. ¡Tiene lavadora y persianas! ‘O hace falta comprar aceite y vinagre porque hay de anteriores inquilinos. La tele tiene Netflix por si queréis descansar un rato por la noche. Para aparcar no tuvimos problemas y tienes un mini supermercado al lado.

Decent location, there is a bus that goes to the city centre, but you can also use Uber/Bolt, etc. There is a small grocery store nearby. A private parking space is not included, but a free parking lot is available in front of the building. Rooms are not very spacious.

• Andrew (7/5): - The apartment only had Aircon in the living room and not in the 2 bedrooms. There were no fans provided as an alternative. The apartment is about 1.5 miles from Dubrovnik city walls so it's not realistic to walk it in the summer sun. So it was a no 4 bus or an Uber.

• FZ (9/5): Fabulous stay in Dubrovnik - Jasmina was a great host, I had the joy to meet her during our stay. It’s a charming cozy apartment with a nice balcony to unwind after a long day of walking in Dubrovnik. It was spotless and comfortable. If I had one thing to change/add, I would have loved a fan or an AC unit in the room, as it was quite warm there. But everything was nice

With free parking in front of the building. I would definitely stay again.

• Nancy (8/5): Apartment mitten in einem Wohnviertel mit allem Komfort und gut gelegen zum Stadt erkunden. - Wir hatten einen kleinen Balkon zum Frühstücken und einen kleinen Supermarkt gab es gleich an der Ecke. Das war eine Wohnung mitten in einem authentischen Wohngebiet, mit Spiel- und Sportplatz davor. Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet und alles neu und sauber. Zu Fuß war es ca. 3/4 Stunde bis in die Altstadt, aber in 1/2 Stunde kommt man an eine tolle Badebucht mit Höhle. Also perfekt, um Dubrovnik zu erkunden. Zurück haben wir einfach den Bus genommen. Wenn man nicht überteuert in der Altstadt wohnen möchte ist das Apartment super. Alles perfekt.

• Varvara (10/5): - The location was perfect!Only 30 minutes walk with amazing view all the way to the Pile Gate!The neighborhood was safe and I liked that kids was playing outside!The bus is only four stops away from the old town!The apartment was very clean and well equipped!Eventhough it doesn't have elevator it's on the second floor and you can exercise cause the food and drinks and gelatos in Dubrovnik are absolutely amazing!!!Jasmina has very helpful every time we needed her!The car park was no hard to find and there was a mini market round the corner! Everything was great!!!

The bedside shelf fell off from the wall on the last day of our stay and we reported to the host/owner. She told us not to worry and was so kind asking us if everything else is okay. Parking is a bit difficult to find free parking spot.

El portal del bloque y las escaleras de acceso al piso necesitan pintura y reformas,están descuidadas
• puel (8/5): Appartement pas mal - Très grand appartement très bien rénové. A 3 arrêts de bus du centre ville. Très belle douche. Bonne literie. L'immeuble est dans un quartier très populaire où on ne peut rien faire à pied. Très difficile de se garer après 19h même aux alentours. Le balcon don̈ne sur un immeuble et on ne peut pas manger à 4. L'étendoir est trop petit pour 4.

• Priya (8/5): - The apartment is beautifully kept. Jasmina checked in with me many times just to make sure everything was good! Location was a bit far away from the old city center but still reachable.
• Camilla (10/5): - Dire tutto perfetto è quasi riduttivo. L’appartamento è arredato alla perfezione con tutto l’occorrente e molto moderno. Ampia cucina con piastra ad induzione, grande frigorifero aria condizionata,lavastoviglie, lavatrice e tv a schermo piatto grande con la possibilità di vederci anche Netflix ecc. Il bagno è spazioso e presenta un’ampia doccia molto moderna. La proprietaria Jasmina è stata con noi molto gentile e disponibile. Nei giorni precedenti al nostro arrivo ci ha mandato video con l’indicazione della casa alcuni consigli per il parcheggio gratuito (che si trova proprio davanti agli appartamenti ma purtroppo non abbonda) e indicazioni anche per i supermarket lì nei dintorni. Il check in è stato comodamente online, l’appartamento è stato disponibile anche prima dell’orario previsto dal check in. La proprietaria inoltre è molto disponibile anche nella risposta nei messaggi per qualsiasi tipo di informazione. Appartamento molto comodo come posizione anche per il raggiungimento delle principali spiagge a piedi ( ad es. Bellevue e sunset beach) e a 2km a piedi dal centro storico. Come pensierino iniziale la proprietaria ha lasciato un sacchettino di lavanda tipica della zona. Consiglio assolutamente il soggiorno qui. Unica piccola pecca la mancanza di una tapparella nella zona giorno

Die Apartments waren super und sauber, es war alles vorhanden so wie es beschrieben war. Danke Von außen sieht das Haus nicht so schön aus, war gewöhnungsbedürftig ( hat aber nichts mit dem Apartment zu tun)

The host was very responsive and provided very clear instructions about keys, parking and all other facilities available. The view from balcony is very good. It has a small grocery store next to the apartment, the bus stop is nearby. Free parking available right outside (if there's space). It's very close to old town. Nothing to complaint in the apartment. Just that, finding a free parking spot right outside the apartment is a bit of a challenge.

Sauberkeit, Ausstattung, Lage und die Betreuung durch Frau Jasmin – alles spricht für diese Unterkunft. Alles war PERFEKT, und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Ich kann die Wohnung allen empfehlen, die Dubrovnik besuchen möchten.

• Sofia (10/5): Muy lindo! - El piso es espectacular, en una zona residencial muy tranquila. En 30’ se llega caminando al centro histórico y las vistas son espectaculares. La cocina estaba muy bien equipada, y también hay un lavaropas que facilita a los que hacen viajes largos y necesitan lavar sus cosas. El balcón le da un toque especial. Y la atención del personal es excelente. Nos sentimos muy cómodos. Lo recomiendo! La ubicación es beneficiosa para gente que viaja en auto, de lo contrario es muy difícil llegar, ya que no hay autobús o transporte público desde la estación de autobuses. Además que es todo en subida.
• Denise (9/5): A very nice apartment in a great location. - Jasmina was a great host, sending us information 2 days before we arrived. Finding the apartment was easy. For us, it was a great advantage to be outside the Old Town, but withing easy walking distance and on the bus route to the old town. The neighborhood appeared a little run down, but it turned out to be safe and quiet at night.

• Maciej (9/5): Praktisch gelegen und komfortabel ausgestattet - Die Lage ist sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist gut erreichbar und es gibt einen Parkplatz vor dem Haus (meistens). Direkt am Haus gibt es einen Supermarkt und unweit davon eine Bushaltestelle, was die Lage perfekt macht. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, neu, hochwertig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin ist super freundlich, antwortet auf alle Fragen praktisch sofort und kann sehr gut Englisch. Vor allem wenn man Dubrovnik und die Gegend erkunden möchte, ist die Wohnung super. Eventuell wären Mosquitonetze in den Fenstern empfehlenswert :)

Sam obiekt nowoczesny, kompletnie wyposażony, czysty, pachnący. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielką. Odbiór i zdanie kluczy bezobsługowo ( skrytka na kod przy drzwiach ) . -

It was full equipped, and also ideally located if you want to avoid Dubrovnik’s touristic madness - especially during late August when we visited.
