• David (7/5): Het verblijf was in een top locatie en het was netjes. - De locatie is ideaal, en het appartement was netjes en ruim. De bank moet echt vernieuwd worden sinds die helemaal ingezakt is, daarnaast zaten er vlekken in het beddengoed en heb ik ze zelf moeten wassen. Er kon ook meer toegevoegd worden aan het appartement.

• Maria (1/5): Not good.... - The location is amazing The flat is very unkempt, areas like the sofa and the bed are very very old. The bathroom looks like it hasn't been properly cleaned in years. It's a pity, it wouldn't take much to make it great. Although the staff responded to WhatsApps, we never met anyone, even after having to evacuate due to a broken pipe in another flat.

• Zahra (4/5): Not recommended - Location was really good The facilities were not bad overall, but the couch was broken and you couldn’t really lean back on it at all. In general, if I look at the overall experience, I think the main advantage of this accommodation is only its location. The apartment itself was not very nice and didn’t feel comfortable or clean at all.
• Alejandra (5/5): No es un Estudio Deluxe - Tiene buena ubicación, el estilo es moderno. El apartamento no estaba limpio del todo.... eso baja mucho la calidad de la estancia y la sensación de estar a gusto. Los bajos de silicona de la ducha blanca estaban negros, espejos de la entrada con huellas, mesa del comedor sucia de aceite....Las calidades del piso no son de "Estudio Deluxe", rodapies etc bastante machacados. Baño pequeño sin baldas ni cajones para poner tus cosas. Hay almohadas de sobra en un armario pero sin fundas...aggg Las vistas son a un patio interior.
• Katya (7/5): Excellent location makes up for minor faults - Location is exceptional. The host was communicating fast on WhatsApp. The matress was good (pillows were hard though). No noise from the street- which is great as it is right smack in the centre of a busy old town with crowds of people on the streets. AirCon was good. The apartment is spaceous and modern enough. No kettle, no handwash and the only washing liquid in the bathroom (supposed to be shampoo and bodywash)- was very bad quality. The smell in the bathroom is stale and at time - like sewage. Looks like ventilation system is bad in the bathroom. The mirror in the bathroom was very old and mouldy which is so strange considering it does not cost much to replace it. We also found pillows too hard.

• Janet (6/5): very nice, fun - Right in the centre of Malaga Old Town. Spacious and secure. very clean. Good for tourist attractions and all the bars etc. The bedroom door stuck when shut, could be a bit tricky.

• Viktoria (10/5): Excellent! - The apartment is in the center of town, in a good location, which is great; it’s a nice and comfortable apartment. You are literally next to tapas bars and everything you need in the center – you can walk to everything, no transport is necessary. The insulation is bad; we could hear everything from the apartment next to us and in the hallway. There is a Spanish school below, so in the early morning you can hear loud voices from downstairs. Also, the bathroom mirror is not very good/it’s old.

• Claudita (8/5): - Estuvimos muy bien! El apartamento está ubicado en pleno centro y cerca del Museo de Picasso. Es perfecto para visitar la ciudad, y para llegar fácilmente andando a la Malagueta. El apartamento está bien equipado para cocinar y tiene todas las comodidades. Tal vez el baño sea pequeño y la ducha nos dió un problema de agua caliente que solucionamos rápidamente. El Staff es muy amable y profesional, nos dió asistencia en cada momento. Super!
• Hans (8/5): TOP locatie midden tussen restaurants en terrassen - Locatie is helemaal TOP. midden in het drukke centrum. Appartement ziet er erg leuk en gezellig uit. Schuifdeuren om ruimtes af te sluiten. Erg goed gedaan. Keukenapparatuur er staat wat nodig is voor een paar dagen verblijf. Moest alleen zoeken hoe een percolator werkt. Contact met verhuurder liep soepel via telefoon en whatsapp. Uitzicht geen. Je kijkt op een betonnen muur in zowel slaapkamer als huiskamer. Doucheruimte is wat smal voor Nederlandse begrippen. geen koffiezetapparaat maar percolator. Moest hier echt aan wennen.

Si è veri - Layout interno dell’appartamento, molto ben fatto e accogliente. Il palazzo ha una certa età, l’ascensore non è proprio una favola. Da migliorare l’insonorizzazione.

• Schaich (9/5): - La ubicación y el equipamiento La ducha se inundaba. Por otra parte pedimos para ingresar unas horas antes pero se nos indicó que teníamos que esperar a que el personal de limpieza que terminara. Esperamos en frente del apartamento y vimos salir el personal de limpieza horas antes del check in. Nunca se nos informó la posibilidad de entrar antes como habíamos pedido el favor ya que yo y mi pareja trabajábamos y necesitábamos el espacio para hacerlo.

Mindenképp ajánlom, amint tudunk mi visszatérünk. - Nagyon kényelmes, jól felszerelt, légkondicionált apartman, kiváló bázis 2-3 főnek a város és a környék felfedezésére. A város szívében, szinte minden gyalog pár perc alatt elérhető. A képek alapján utcai nézetű szobára számítottunk, ez egy szomszédos apartman, ezt a foglalási oldalon érdemes lenne jobban feltüntetni.

• Amy (7/5): We felt comfortable and safe but a few simple changes could be made;) - The property is in an excellent location and tastefully decorated and well thought out. We loved the wallpaper and decoration. Also the sliding doors between the rooms were great for blocking the light from the other rooms at night. We loved being able to prepare a small meal in our cool little studio. The main complaint is that you can hear a LOT of what is happening in the neighbor apartment (sex, fighting at 2 a.m., music, doors slamming, etc.) Otherwise, the baseboards need a good cleaning and in the bathroom to be replaced. They are starting to fall apart due to water damage. The silicone in the shower needs to either be cleaned better or replaced. Also the shower fixtures are beginning to rust. Many people have complained about the mirror in the bathroom, I understand the aesthetics of it but, it would be better placed over the couch perhaps. A person shaving their face or applying makeup would have a difficult time and need a proper mirror in the bathroom. As others have pointed out, a washing machine and perhaps microwave would be handy. The windows do not close properly and we did have a few mosquitos in the apartment. The upholstery on the couch is also not in the greatest shape anymore either, perhaps it could just be cleaned… And lastly, the view. There just simply isn’t one and looking at the ugly wall and air conditioner is just not nice. I have stayed multiple other places where this strange area was made beautiful with paint, stones and plants.
• Rosemary (8/5): Amazing city and the apartment was ideally situated and comfortable to stay in, thank you! - The location was amazing. Right in the centre of the hustle and bustle of the city. The apartment has very good acoustic insulation from the noisy streets outside. Nicely decorated apartment with everything you need. Can hear the neighbours. The bed could be bigger - 140cm wide bed a bit small for 2 adults. The shower could do with a freshen up - grouting coming away and shower handheld nozzle broken. Not a problem, just to let you know.

• Kathryn (8/5): Perfect location! - We loved the location. Apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. No view! We reported a fault with the shower head and no electricity supply next to one side of bed which weren’t fixed during our stay.

• Artur (6/5): Very stressful to get instructions, especially when they told us there is no reception! - Location is great. getting instruction on how to get to the property was very stressful! We didn't get the instructions until one hour before check in after we had to call the Letmalaga (company that rents out the property). Lats thing you want to do on your holidays is to check the email every 5 mins for the instructions to your apartment.
• Bruno (7/5): Amazing location, nice style, but not well preserved/cleaned - Amazing location in the city of Centrum, the bed is comfortable, good shower, good TV and internet. We couldn't use the air conditioner because it's super dirty, the shelf in front of it was full of dust, almost black. My partner and I were coughing while using the sofa, maybe mite or dusty. Since we couldn't use the Air conditioner, it was necessary to open the windows and it brought mosquitos. Also, the walls is super thin, we were able to listen to the other rooms, footsteps, even the alarm phone of someone early in the morning. Not so important, but a microwave/oven was missed in the kitchen.
• Benjamin (8/5): This apartment meets my expectations, will surely stay again. Clean with very comfy beds. - The apartment is located in a very central area bang in the middle of the heart of town. Modern. Apartment was clean and the bed was very comfortable. There is plenty of spaces to hang your clothes and the room is large which allows for plenty of space to keep your luggage open on the floor. The bathroom mirror had the old mirror texture - This was awful for makeup application. There is a large beautiful mirrored wall at the entrance and we took the kitchen chair there in order to be able to apply make up. Still not convenient but at least there was an option. Some areas of improvement was the showerhead, shower cream bottle (empty) and sink which needed to be unclogged. Nothing major that was reported in order to get this fixed.

• Richard (9/5): Great apartment in a great location - The apartment appears to have been recently renovated so all the furniture was new and modern. It was well equipped with cutlery, crockery and even had a washing machine so ideal if you are staying for a longer duration. The location is perfect, right in the centre so easy access to all the main sights- the cathedral is pretty much around the corner! Despite being in the thick of everything, the apartment is pretty quiet, there are shutters on the windows and black out curtains so you don’t notice the street noise. As a couple, it was an ideal place to base ourselves and explore Malaga. Nothing that affected our stay but helpful for the owners to be aware of for future guests; the key to get into the building is a bit hit and miss, some days we would spend a good few mins trying to get in, it may be the lock as opposed to the key.
