• Valeria (7/5): Una settimana piacevole con qualche intoppo iniziale. - Posizione centrale, a 5 minuti da Plaza de la merced. Appartamento spazioso e staff abbastanza premuroso. Il Wi-Fi funzionava bene e anche l’aria condizionata anche se presente solo nel salone. Presenza di un balconcino e di bidet in bagno. Odore di muffa nelle scale pesantissimo (era presente una parete completamente ricoperta di nero che maleodorava tremendamente appena entri nel palazzo). Assenza di materasso nel divano letto (il 2 giorno su nostra richiesta lo staff ci ha portato il materasso). La signora al check in non ci ha spiegato quale fosse il divano letto (il divano piccolo perché quello nero più grande è solo divano). Da migliorare la pulizia in generale dell appartamento e consiglio di comprare una macchinetta del caffè o una nuova moka.

• Denise (5/5): Good for the old town and busses to get around. Shortis walk to beach. - No host nearby. Not able to access the accommodation the first night as flight delayed and host told me area unsafe at that time so had to find somewhere else for first night. When I arrived next morning nobody to open door to block from the road only by ringing other flats could I get in from the street to the building but not to the flat. The key lock didn’t work with the code and I had to sit on the stairs for 45 mins until I was given keys. The host didn’t speak English and I don’t speak Spanish so she turned and left immediately without showing me how to work coffee machine, oven, Wi-Fi or where anything was. There was no shared terrace and the ‘shared access’ to the basement small space was occupied by noisy people from the flat below who seemed unaware that there was accommodation in the window above. No view or possibility to open any window.! Roads dug up around accommodation for laying pipes in road which meant noisy generators sometimes when I was in the property.
