• mustafa (5/5): - Warm, groß, schöne Ausblick, schnelle Internet 🛜 Möbel und Kochtöpfe sind alt, besonders das Sofa war alt und dreckig. Schlafzimmer riecht nach Zigaretten. Kühlschrank ist gut aber ohne Tiefkühler..Kein Freezer !!!!

• Alex Raptidis (9/5): - Πολύ ευχάριστος και μεγάλος χώρος! Εύκολο check in χωρίς παρουσία του οικοδεσπότη, ο οποίος σε ό,τι χρειάστηκε, ήταν άμεσος και πολύ βοηθητικός! Μεγάλο και ασφαλές parking στον χώρο του καταλύματος. Ακριβώς δίπλα, υπάρχει στάση για λεωφορείο (31Ε) το οποίο σας πάει στο ιστορικό κέντρο του Γκρατς (τερματικός σταθμός) σε 15 λεπτά! Πολύ ικανοποιημένοι από τη διαμονή μας. Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!
• Zsófia (7/5): Great place for a weekend. - Michael was so fast with responding, it was great! The parking was easy, in nearby is a lot of supermarket! Maybe a bread slicer knife and ladle would be nice.

• Yi (7/5): Good for a Couple of Nights - Generally comfortable stay for a family for a couple of nights in Graz. Kitchen and dining facilities were sufficiently equipped. Location is decent if you have a car. Free parking within the compound was very welcomed! The Spar supermarket next door is convenient too, except that it closes by 6pm and doesn't open on Sunday. The seal on the shower doors had worn down and didn't keep the water in. Hence the bathroom floor would get wet during a shower. It would also have been nice if the cleaning staff had provided a clean new kitchen sponge for washing the dishes. We didn't notice the new sponges stored below the sink till later. The electric kettle was grimy and REALLY needs to be changed for a new one.

• Rene (10/5): Exceptional - Great Apartment for a Family of Five Modern Havanna Appartment is well located in the City of Graz. It is easy to drive to the city center or to the outskirts of Graz. The apartment is spacious, clean, and well equipped. When there was a problem with the refrigerator, the landlord responded immediately and was at the flat (apartment) in 15 minutes. I would stay again at Modern Havanna Appartment.n/a
