• Stefania (10/5): Ottimo relax - L’appartamento è ben posizionato,facile da raggiungere,pulitissimo,arredato con mobili freschi e moderni corrispondenti alle foto, il letto molto comodo e grande,ottimo il bagno e la gigantesca doccia,in cucina non manca veramente nulla per prepararsi i pasti ,gli elettrodomestici funzionano tutti ,gentilissima e presente Alba a risolvere piccoli problemi verificatosi ,perfetto il check-in out in autonomia,siamo stati veramente bene e speriamo di ritornare, l’isola tempo a parte è meravigliosa ! • Alexandra-Muriel (10/5): We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back one day! - The apartment is very well located in a nice area with restaurants, supermarktes, a mall and best of all - it is a 3 min walk to the beach just down the road. The apartment itself is super nice, clean and well equipped! We stayed here for 3.5 weeks to enjoy a bit of holiday and also do some remote working which went perfectly fine (stable internet, big table). We felt right at home! Furthermore, our contact at Marlava Holiday Homes was super nice and helpful. She always responded within minutes and was able and willing to help with every question and ask. For a few days the upstairs neighbours were a bit loud especially during night time and we were able to hear a lot as the walls are not very thick. Marlava told us that they were long-term renters and that the apartment belonged to a different owner, so they could not talk to the renters themselves but they offered to talk to the owner. But is has gotten better after a few days so there was no need.
• Ivan (10/5): - Vynovené ubytovanie, čisté, pohodlné. Klimatizované miestnosti jednotlivo. Kuchynka, kúpeľňa boli vybavené dostatočne. Postele komfortné. Ubytovanie je vedľa cesty ale ulica je slepá takže počas noci bez premávky. Mali sme auto a na ulici sa vždy našlo miesto na parkovanie. V blízkosti (300m) je aj supermarket SPAR v prípade nákupu potravín... alebo 10m obchodík s ovocím-zeleninou. Blízkosť miestnej pláže (cca. 100-150m), dostatok reštaurácií. Komunikácia ohľadne ubytovania (check-in/out) bola cez WhatsApp a bez problémov. Na prípadné otázky odpovedajú rýchlo. O dva týždne ideme znova a keby mali voľné ubytovanie tak sa vrátime sem. Všetko OK.
• Marta (10/5): Einfach perfekt ! - Das Appartement hat uns super super gut gefallen . Ist gut gelegen und sieht genau so aus wie auf dem Fotos .Die Betten sind sehr bequem und man schläft so gut wie zu Hause . Es war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Apartment ist in einer ruhiger Gegend , weniger Minuten vom Meer entfernt. In der Nähe Promenade , Restaurants , Bars , Einkaufszentrum. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut und die Dusche ist sehr angenehm. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im apartamento Masmar gehabt . Uns hat super gefallen ! Wir kommen wieder !

• Virginie (8/5): Appartement Moderne et propre - L'appartement bien situé pour visiter toute l'île, il est très propre et bien équipé. La climatisation fonctionne très bien et la douche est très agréable. L'appartement se trouve à proximité de l'aéroport et le bruit des avions peut être gênant sur la terrasse et quand les fenêtres sont ouvertes.
• Bea (10/5): - El apartamento tal cual se ve,bonito,funcional,camas comodísimas para el descanso,como en casa,una maravilla en un entorno tranquilo,sin ruidos,paseo marítimo...se respira tranquilidad,cerca hay un centro comercial,Mercadona, Lidl a 3 minutos. Compramos una sombrilla la dejamos en el apartamento para otros huéspedes,viajando con niñas y si te gusta la playa,aunque allí hace viento es un imprescindible en la isla si pasas días y días fuera. Gracias por el detalle de bienvenida y información sobre la isla, un 10!!
• Maria (10/5): Exceptional - I had a fantastic stay at Deluxe Apartamento Masmar. Communication with the team was smooth. The pictures show the apartment accurately. It has been decorated to a high standard and has all the necessary things to relax and enjoy your holidays in lovely Lanzarote. Location is excellent, just a few seconds from the promenade and beach, close to lots of cafeterias and restaurants, shopping mall, public transport, Arrecife, Puerto del Carmen, less than 5 mins from the airport. If you rent a car, it can be parked outside relatively easy in any of the surrounding streets. I liked it so much that I wanted to buy it!
