- HUNDA (4/5): POOR, No value for money - The area is central, safe and convenient. I booked and paid for 77 Greystone, which is the advertised now but later I got a whatsapp message from the host whom I dont even know the name, that the place is not available and gave me another place at Hydro Park 86 Graystone. The place is good, clean and secured but the appartment needs a lot more attention. The pillows, bed linen and curtains are old, there should buy new ones, some windows do not even have curtains, we had to improvise by putting a blanket to block the light coming in my kids bedroom. The appartment is so hot it needs an aircon, bathroom shower doors dont close properly so water spills out on the floor, one of my daughters even slipped and fell, after every bath one has to mop the water with a dirty mop provided.
Next tym pliz tell people be4 they pay that this Sandton appartment is not available or remove it completely from booking.com and add the Hydro appartment thus available. I felt like I was tricked, I did not have value for my money.

It was false advertising as this was different from the one on the site

- Marise Mubili (10/5): Family Vaction - I loved the view and the space in the apartment. The two bathrooms were a plus for me. I thought we would have a sofa bed, but that wasn't the case. It's not that much of a deal, though. It didn't bother me as much. It's just something I wanted to point out. I would have liked a change with the linens, too, since we were there for 7 days

- Phumla (2/5): Unpleasant. - The furniture and facilities were of a proper standard The first issue is with the cleanliness of the property. It was incredibly filthy, making it extremely difficult to feel comfortable with our stay. The next issue is with one of the security guards, he was of an unkind nature and we do not appreciate how he acted towards us when we attempted to leave. We attempted to give him the key to the unit as we got it from a security guard when we arrived and he made it seem as though what we did was irrational, we did not appreciate that at all.

- Ronnie (8/5): Very good - The rooms were lovely to stay in. Initial hiccup with the wifi was quickly sorted by the host. Love the big bean bag and couch. Will stay here again if we come back to the area. Nothing.
- Fathima (1/5): A very unprofessional and upsetting experience - The host, Paul, refused to give us the room we booked, payed for and was confirmed. At arrival, he said we would need to move to another apartment as the tenants in the room we had booked hadn’t checked out. This was highly unprofessional as he had us moved to multiple locations with no prior notice. He made many excuses, gave us no formal notice via this site or on email. We eventually moved to another apartment, after he had made two offers. The apartments were not up to standard and not what we paid for. The tv did not work. The next morning (we had booked two nights), they tried to relocate us to a new apartment under the pretence of making it more comfortable to us. The real reason was that there was no adequate housekeeping. We were very unhappy with our stay. We had also asked Paul to confirm all these moves via this app, which he failed to do. We had called asking for written confirmation and he shrugged us off saying we misunderstood and then later he paddled back when called out saying these moves happen often at this location.
