- Paul (1/5): Don’t stay here. - Awful staff and provider
Refusing and ignoring to give me an invoice for the stay, and have not refunded my deposit yet with zero communication The management or employees ignore your requests for things they legally have to provide.
- Andrea (8/5): After seeing negative feedback I was worried about our stay. However it was a pleasant stay and my deposit was returned - Clean, bed linen and towels clean and fresh. Beds comfy and clean (double a little too soft for me). It was well equipped. Cleaning products and basics provided (tea, sugar).
Location good for us, near to start of Marathon.
The communication overall was good. Lady was polite at check-in. More towels and sheets (for sofa bed) provided on request. The water didn’t run hot for washing and for cleaning dishes at any time during the 3 days.
The electric shower was poor power and could definitely benefit from replacing. It was either very hot or too cold!
Walls could do with a fresh coat of paint.
The required £300 security deposit was a lot and isn’t clear in the listing (hidden in property details right at the bottom) at the time of booking. However feedback said it was hard to get it back but mine was returned within the 7 working days (still a long time, should be within 3-5days). Photo
ID for each person had to be provided which again wasn’t clear at booking. I refused to send over WhatsApp for security and they were happy to see it at check-in, not happy that it was photographed though. I’m trusting that it is correctly deleted.
- Joseph (1/5): Don’t bother - Absolute ripped me off took my money then sent a message requesting a £300 deposit. After receiving the message tried to pay the deposit and got completely ignored and told my booking was cancelled without a refund of £371 pounds. Total scam host!!!

- Agnieszka (1/5): strongly do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. My stay here was one of the worst travel experiences I have ever had. F - strongly do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. My stay here was one of the worst travel experiences I have ever had.
First of all, I had no electricity in my room for two full days. Two days. No proper lighting, no ability to charge my phone, no normal functioning facilities. I reported the issue multiple times to the reception, but the response was extremely poor. Instead of taking responsibility and fixing the problem quickly, they kept giving vague answers and showing no real interest in solving it.
The biggest issue, however, was what happened after check-out. They refused to return my deposit. They claimed there was “damage” in the room, which is completely false. I left the room in good condition, and there was absolutely nothing broken or damaged. It felt like they were just looking for an excuse to keep the deposit. There was no clear explanation, no proof, no photos, nothing. Just accusations.
The communication with the reception was terrible from beginning to end. Very unprofessional, dismissive, and at times even rude. It was extremely difficult to get clear information about anything. Every time I asked for clarification regarding the deposit or the alleged damage, I received different answers.
Another serious issue is that they do not issue proper receipts. When I asked for a receipt, they avoided the request and did not provide a proper document. This raises serious concerns about how this place is managed.
Overall, the entire experience felt dishonest and unfair. Between the two days without electricity, the false damage claims, the withheld deposit, and the poor communication, this stay was extremely stressful.
There are many other hotels available. I strongly advise choosing a different place and avoiding this one. It is simply not worth the risk, money, or frustration. strongly do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. My stay here was one of the worst travel experiences I have ever had.

- Patel (5/5): - We still have not had our deposit returned after the week and still have had no contact from the host regarding this despite many emails trying to make contact. Shower was Ice cold and ran like a tap.
- Christian (8/5): -
- Dan (9/5): - The property was amazing. So clean, welcoming, and comfortable.
The facilities were exceptional, and all the on-site staff were great. Communication from the external staff has been poor. I stayed over a week ago now, and I’m still waiting to receive my return of the £300 deposit, and have had no reply. I provided all relevant details, and need to hear back soon!
- Amanda (4/5): BE AWARE THERE IS A £300 Refundable deposit to be paid. Ridiculous considers we were staying less than 24hours - Location was good for what we needed Tired, kitchen draws broken
Holes in bedroom walls
- Ben (8/5): - Easy to check In. Clean and tidy Shower head needs fixing
- Olivia (7/5): Good for its price! - The property was good, spacious kitchen which was handy for a big group! The sofa beds were super hard to sleep on, and the shower water kept changing temperature to very cold, as one of my friends had to have a completely cold shower.
- Ethan (7/5): Good -
- Jackson (9/5): Superb - Plenty of beds for everyone, very spacious living room with a big TV and the location was perfect for our needs. Shower wasn't the best but besides that everything was pretty bang on.
- Jtaulbut (8/5): Very good -
- Adam (8/5): Great for a large group. - Very good sorted last minute. Loads of space for chilling and plenty of beds. Great for the price. Bit of a delay on return of damage deposit and struggled with communication after stay.
- Ashley (8/5): Very good -
- Lee (10/5): Exceptional -
- Milli (6/5): Beautiful place, unresponsive staff/ owner, and extortionate deposit rate for an 18 hour stay :/ - The actual property itself was really really nice, the exterior was so pleasant too The extortionate damage deposit was awful. £300 deposit for one night? It’s just far too much.
The staff were very unresponsive before our stay when I was trying to contact them, and quite unwelcoming on arrival.
Check in was at 4pm which I find BERY delayed and when asked for an earlier check in we were told it would be £20 extra for one hour, and we were kicked out at 10am. £270 for 18 hours, plus a £300 deposit I thought was very unreasonable.
- Thomas (10/5): Exceptional -
- Logan (9/5): Superb -
- Jordan (10/5): Perfect, I had the best birthday there with my friends. - The property is super spacious with a living space and a kitchen. I loved how there were numerous beds in each room, like a big sleepover with my friends. It didn’t bother me and my friends too much but if I had to pick something, it would be that there’s only one bathroom/toilet.
- Lee (10/5): Exceptional -
- George (8/5): Very good -
- Paul (10/5): - Umar has been the best host, I will be returning to this property again, all rooms were excellent and the lounge area was exceptional. I’m glad we found this apartment!!! And thank you once again umar!!!
